I even tried asking for an ETA and she refused to give one. That was an immediate red flag to me. Their design portfolio is also very outdated and they are very inexperienced. When we tried to ask them for past examples of work they've done, they had no portfolio to show. Unfortunately Ruban events is inexperienced and incapable of working on large projects, which we learned the hard way since we had to scramble to find a decorator last minute. Their customer service is abysmal and they make false promises. For every married couple, I would avoid this decorator!
