I did my research and couldn't find anyone who's prices compared to TM's. I contacted Tracey and the entire process was seamless. I put down a 50% deposit and as the wedding got closer she sent me some samples for the picture printouts and I chose which design I liked best. Every time I emailed questions I had, she always got back within 72 hours. You don't have to worry about anything with this company. The set-up and break-down was seamless, quick, and quiet. The Photobooth was a hit and everyone gave me rave reviews about the variety of props they had and how easy it was to use! I highly recommend using TM Fotography for your next Photobooth rental! Thank you for making our wedding day even more memorable!

These guys were hired for my cousin's wedding a couple weekends ago…read more Not only was the TM Foto staff lady SUPER UNDERDRESSED for her client's (my cousin's) most important day ever (believe me, she stuck out like a sore thumb), but she also stopped shop 15 minutes before her 7pm break-down time. She literally stood in line and told everyone behind her that she was closing up. Get this: She started breaking down the actual photobooth WHILE my other relative and her husband WERE STILL TAKING PICTURES. To add insult to injury, we had the bride confront her and ask her to stay longer (THE BRIDE HADN'T EVEN USED THE BOOTH YET) and of course be paid for the extra time. The TM Foto girl said flat-out no, and that we had her until 7. What is up with that logic? Her job is literally to stand there while other people take photos. Why wouldn't you take the extra $$ for just standing there? That's absurd. Come 6:45PM (party stopped around 10PM) she started telling all the little kids that they couldn't take photos anymore. Trust me, parents were P*SSED OFF. I definitely would never recommend TM Fotography, at least not for a wedding or other formal occasion. Lots of better, professional services in the SF Bay Area that are worth your time and money.

We are so lucky to have found Jen…read more We hired Jen as our wedding month-of coordinator and she did an amazing job. I sat down with her about a month before the wedding to run through what I had already planned. She took what we had and made it come to life. On the day of the wedding, she made sure every detail was in place, everyone was where they were supposed to be, every vendor knew what was supposed to happen, and every guest felt like they were taken care of. I'm not really sure how she did it all. Without Jen, our wedding would have not been the same. I highly, highly recommend Jen for any event, small or large.

He was even kind enough to keep sitting the photo strip layout to my exact specifications. In addition to that, they also had to shrink the space they occupied because we didn't have any additional square footage for the booth. Nevertheless, they did an awesome job with making it work and the other cool thing about their photobooth is the video message option. I'm not sure our guests utilized the option but I know if I attended a wedding or any event with that, I would totally use it.

It has taken me a bit longer to write this review but the experience has not been forgotten…read more We used this company y for our wedding reception in Santa Clara Summer 2014. This started off real easy getting ahold of Mr. Mendoza (owner/manager?) Via email to set things up. They break down payment due 1/2 at booking and the balance to pay 2 weeks prior to your event. Sounds easy enough. 3 1/2 weeks prior to the event I sent in the final check. Just to do the good deed i sent an email a few days after asking if they received it. Just like the first check I sent it included the last name of the groom and date of the event. I received a reply back via email confirming they received the final payment. So i went on taking care of the other small details leading up to our big day. The day of the wedding came and while my new hubby and I were taking pictures with the photographer at another location, our guest began arriving at the reception site in Santa Clara. The girls who showed up representing Blacktent photobooth, unexpectedly ended up an out-of-town Aunt of mind for the balance. Yes... the balance that I sent via check .. the same balance in question that I received a confirmation for saying it was received... all of a sudden is now due. They threatened my Aunt that they will pack up and leave if they don't get paid. My Aunt stressing out on behalf of me, offered to take care of it via credit card. Which was bitterly declined....."WE NEED CASH OR WE ARE LEAVING." They even told our guest the booth is NOT AVAILABLE with a bit of attitude, leaving our guest feeling a bit akward. My Aunt begged them to stay for a bit longer until the bride and groom arrived so it can be settled. When we arrived before even being able to hug and greet our guest, they attack. I told the girls I received a confirmation from Mr. Mendoza, that he received my payment but must have fallen on deaf ears since they went on demanding CASH OR PACKING UP. No consideration, no understanding. I know it's just a job for you to do and make your moeny... but these events are a part of people's memories. What was a bride to do?! I had no checkbook, no wallet, not even a phone. Just my wedding dress and bouquet. My wonderful loving cousins poured into the bridal room offered support and cash to pay them so they can start doing the job they were hired for. The rest of the evening went well, the pictures are decent nothing spectacular. The girls who tended to the pgotobooth, behaved at least as far as I know. But the disappointment of the experience loomed. Livid about the situation I ended up writing a cuss filled review on that evening. my husband told me to hold off writing this post until the incident was forgiven. My husband called the next day asking what had happened with the check we sent and to fill him I with our experience. He apologized but it didn't sound sincere. He couldn't or wouldn't explain to my husband at all but rather tried to divert it. Mr. Mendoza offered to make it up to us by sending us an extra something the bride and groom's photobooth pic on a customized canvas frame and something else..i can't remeber. We never received it so we are sure he only said it to shut us up and get us off the phone. Thank you for disappointment #2. We wouldn't have cared about the "extra" custom frame at all....but we did want a sincere apology and a clear explanation as to what happened. That would have sufficed. Did you even receive the check? If you didn't how and why did we receive the confirmation? If you didn't receive it why would you send the confirmation in the first place. This would have been easier to deal with if it didn't happen on the day of our wedding. So here we are 10 months in and it still hasn't changed in my mind that this experience well deserves a 2 star review. Note to those who do hire them.MAKE SURE YOU get everything in writing. Do what you can to make sure they are on the same page as you. WE WOULD NEVER WISH THIS EXPERIENCE IN ANYONE WHO'S PLANNING AN EVENT. Wish I could have given a better review but unfortunately it just didn't happen that way.

I wanted to wait until after our wedding to post this review - but I am seriously convinced that…read moreall of these other reviews are fake, and Sabrina is not actually a wedding coordinator at all - or at least doesn't do it anymore. We started planning our wedding 2 years ago, and found Sabrina via the Knot. We booked her because of her positive reviews and her pricing, and I can confidently say it was the worst mistake of my entire planning process. Sabrina started off very responsive and organized up until I signed the contract. Immediately after I stopped receiving email responses, and had to text her or call to beg for some kind of response. She had told me I could ask her questions whenever and can have monthly check ins as needed, which I never did end up getting. Some emails would go 2-3 weeks without responses, some no response at all. I started to become very worried about 6 months out when we still had little to no contact with her. I reached out and let her know that I was feeling this way, and asked when we can expect her full attention and she just kind of said "it depends on the brides needs" so I communicated that I did need her to respond in these next few months. Again, ghosted. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt as most people who I asked about it said coordinators don't jump in until 60 days out. So many people told me to fire her, but I tried to stick it out. When those 60 days out rolled up, nothing changed. No vendor comms were sent without us prompting Sabrina to do so, I made my own timeline because she took too long to respond to my email and get me hers, I also had to redo my own floorplan because hers was too vague and incorrect. Once we hit the 2 week mark, and we still saw no improvement on her part, I knew we had to let her go and find someone who would actually do the job. I'm still convinced I was scammed, and am devastated over the amount of tears and stress Sabrina caused me this entire process. I am SO glad we fired her and went with someone else. Our new coordinator immediately hopped in and did more than I think Sabrina ever could. Sabrina did give us a partial refund after we told her the contract was over, which I appreciate - but there was never an apology or attempt to make it right. Weddings are a big deal, and I had made my expectations very clear and even gave her a way out if she couldn't do the job. Such a disappointment. Brides - PLEASE save yourself the stress and do not hire Sabrina. If I could go back and redo this whole process I would 100% go with someone else.

Sabrina is awesome!!…read more What I wanted most in a day of coordinator is someone who would get stuff done but be totally chill about it. During the day, she popped up at exactly the right moments with small things I would've otherwise forgotten about - like my bouquet haha. We really enjoyed working with Sabrina and would highly recommend anyone to hire her for your next event. She's got experience at numerous local venues including Pearson Ranch and Saratoga Springs, and I found that to be extremely valuable! Thanks Sabrina!!!
