They were there for us throughout the entire wedding planning process. They also supported us the entire day - bringing us drinks, appetizers and even lipstick when I needed a touch-up. The flowers and proprep decorations were beautiful. We got so many compliments on the cake from I Do bakery!! It was delicious! Guests loved the drinks, appetizers and salad, but mentioned the entrees were a bit dry. The bartenders handled the busy bar with ease and the DJ kept the dance floor packed until the very last song. Our banquet captain Leandra packed up all our decorations and personal items from our suites and loaded it into our car at the end of the night. The team was so efficient, it allowed us to continue mingling with our guests as we headed to our after party. Everything went perfect and it was all because of the wonderful team at Eagle Ridge. We can't recommend them enough!!

Cynthia and Amanda were absolutely incredible to work with, and we can't recommend them highly enough. From the start, they knew our venue (Rengstorff House) inside and out, which made planning and walkthroughs smooth and stress-free. They helped us put together a detailed timeline, down to the minute, for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and they guided us through the rehearsal with confidence, making sure everyone knew their role. They put together a useful timeline document and had all our vendor information for coordinating on the big day. On the day itself, they handled everything with all of our vendors, getting them to the right place and making sure they had everything they needed. Cynthia and Amanda managed setup and placed the decorations we ordered, and kept everything moving without us ever feeling rushed. When a last-minute hiccup came up with ice (at first we didn't have enough ice for our drinks and cooling needs), they handled it quickly and quietly so we never had to stress - we didn't even know there was a hiccup until it was all over. Right before the ceremony they took a moment to reassure us, and helped move us around through the venue so we wouldn't see each other before our first look. During the reception, they kept everything going according to schedule, and several vendors and guests even commented to us that it was one of the best run weddings they've been at. 10/10!

    I wanted to wait until after our wedding to post this review - but I am seriously convinced that…read moreall of these other reviews are fake, and Sabrina is not actually a wedding coordinator at all - or at least doesn't do it anymore. We started planning our wedding 2 years ago, and found Sabrina via the Knot. We booked her because of her positive reviews and her pricing, and I can confidently say it was the worst mistake of my entire planning process. Sabrina started off very responsive and organized up until I signed the contract. Immediately after I stopped receiving email responses, and had to text her or call to beg for some kind of response. She had told me I could ask her questions whenever and can have monthly check ins as needed, which I never did end up getting. Some emails would go 2-3 weeks without responses, some no response at all. I started to become very worried about 6 months out when we still had little to no contact with her. I reached out and let her know that I was feeling this way, and asked when we can expect her full attention and she just kind of said "it depends on the brides needs" so I communicated that I did need her to respond in these next few months. Again, ghosted. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt as most people who I asked about it said coordinators don't jump in until 60 days out. So many people told me to fire her, but I tried to stick it out. When those 60 days out rolled up, nothing changed. No vendor comms were sent without us prompting Sabrina to do so, I made my own timeline because she took too long to respond to my email and get me hers, I also had to redo my own floorplan because hers was too vague and incorrect. Once we hit the 2 week mark, and we still saw no improvement on her part, I knew we had to let her go and find someone who would actually do the job. I'm still convinced I was scammed, and am devastated over the amount of tears and stress Sabrina caused me this entire process. I am SO glad we fired her and went with someone else. Our new coordinator immediately hopped in and did more than I think Sabrina ever could. Sabrina did give us a partial refund after we told her the contract was over, which I appreciate - but there was never an apology or attempt to make it right. Weddings are a big deal, and I had made my expectations very clear and even gave her a way out if she couldn't do the job. Such a disappointment. Brides - PLEASE save yourself the stress and do not hire Sabrina. If I could go back and redo this whole process I would 100% go with someone else.

Sabrina answered all of our questions leading up to our wedding day...and sometimes there could be a lot! But she stayed patient and somehow sorted through all the emails to help execute our day flawlessly. During the day, she popped up at exactly the right moments with small things I would've otherwise forgotten about - like my bouquet haha. We really enjoyed working with Sabrina and would highly recommend anyone to hire her for your next event. She's got experience at numerous local venues including Pearson Ranch and Saratoga Springs, and I found that to be extremely valuable! Thanks Sabrina!!!

Our ceremony was personal and emotional, filled with lots of love, tears, and laughs. Steve has the ceremony memorized, which allows him to be completely present in the moment. He does a wonderful job at connecting with the couple and the guests during the ceremony. The sand ceremony was a lovely element after exchanging our vows. It was a great way to include our mothers and add an extra personal touch. You also get a great keepsake to remind you of your special day. Steve went above and beyond to put us at ease and make our wedding day as stress-free as possible. From meeting with us the night before for the marriage license (so we didn't have to worry about it on the day of the wedding) to pouring the wedding party champagne while we were hiding away before the ceremony, Steve takes care of all the details. Steve is a personable, kind, sincere, and honest. He was a pleasure to work with and we are so grateful to him for helping to make our wedding day absolutely amazing.

I wasn't sure if I wanted a day of coordinator or not as I was very much a DIY bride and wanted to save on cost, but I am so glad I decided to go with Adrienne and Serenity Events Co. I found Adrienne via a Facebook Bay Area Brides group - I had listed an ISO post for a day-of-coordinator and she was the many that responded to my post. I interviewed at least 10 different coordinators and after reviewing how each interview went and their price points, I decided to move forward with Adrienne. I appreciated that her accepted method of payment was via credit card as many had asked to be paid via venmo/zelle. In our first meeting, Adrienne, although based in Santa Cruz area, kindly drove up to us in San Jose to meet at a cafe near our home. We started working on the initial skeleton of our timeline during this meeting and continued to work on the timeline in the months coming up to the wedding. We had planned to go to the venue together a week or two prior to the wedding to meet with one of the coordinators from the venue but unfortunately, I got COVID the day right before the meeting. Adrienne still went in person for us both and familiarized herself with the venue since it was her first time working there. Things I had tasked for Adrienne on the wedding weekend/wedding day included putting out all my centerpieces (as my florist was my aunt, so she needed assistance), putting out all my menu frames, table numbers, votive candles, floating candles in hurricane vases, arranging my welcome table, handling my dessert deliveries throughout the event and setting up the dessert table, managing all 20+ members of my bridal party, all while ensuring the event went according to our planned timeline! Adrienne was so effective in her work and she made it look so easy! I would recommend Adrienne and Serenity Events Co. to any of my friends or family looking for a day of coordinator!

I am so grateful that Patty was recommended to me, I have no idea what I would have done without her. If you have no experience planning a wedding, then Patty is a great option. She will go above and beyond. She helped me with EVERYTHING. We had so many phone calls about planning, venders, timelines, you name it. We got married at the Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa, Patty got our marriage insurance (didn't know that was a thing) and every detail was done to my exact wishes; our rooms, a get-ready room, timeline. She helped me find and book my venders; makeup, hair, live music. She knew about the area restrictions and completely managed all my venders. She made the best timelines I have ever seen in my life, had everything to a tee with wiggle room in case things did not go according to plan (which they rarely do). She even helped my officiant (who was our best friend) with his ceremony timeline and speech. Patty took care of everything, even when I had vender drama, she took care of it without me having to deal with it at all. And she even ran to our room when our ring bearer forget our rings! Day of, Patty has her assistant Carol which is more than a bonus. Both Patty and Carol are adored by me and my family. Truly were like my own family, even helped me put my shoes on. There are no perfect words to describe how truly grateful I am for having them at my wedding. Best decision I have ever made. 10/10 would hire them again.
