    Sabrina helped took the stress of planning my birthday party away completely! She listened to how I visioned my outer space themed birthday party and brought it to life. Sabrina is easy to work with and such a pleasure! I highly recommend her for any of your future events - big or small!

    I can not put in to words how great Sabrina is!! I asked her to be my day coordinator, and she went above and beyond... took care of everything for me and I didn't have to worry about anything. She is so detail and thorough, Im a procrastinator, and she was always on top of everything keeping me in track.. I would totally recommend her for any wedding planning or day coordinating!!!

    I can't even begin to put into words how absolutely amazing Sabrina is. But I will try my best. I was unbelievably calm on my wedding day and I know that it had everything to do with her.     Sabrina was the first vendor we booked for our wedding and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. Wedding planning is difficult and there are so many elements that need to be considered. From going through a long list of venue tours to booking vendors, Sabrina was there to support us the whole way through. And thank goodness for her organization skills! We were so impressed how she stayed on top of budget tracking, vendor payments, and the wedding day schedule! She is also very sweet and friendly that we felt comfortable sharing with her our ups and downs throughout the planning process. Her day-of coordination was on point. She made sure all our planned events/tasks throughout the night were completed in a timely manner and was not afraid to usher us across the room to make things happen. And we can't forget the way she placed all the decorations so beautifully to complete our vision! We just don't know how we could have made our wedding happen if it wasn't for Sabrina. We recommend any couple planning a wedding to book a planner early on and Sabrina should be at the top of your list! The drive to get to the venue after passing the gate reminded me of the other wedgewood wedding property I went to earlier in the year - nice houses, golf course, greenery. I can't follow directions and in an attempt to follow the instruction from the email, we went through the wrong entrance (aka side door), so for a few min it felt like we were playing escape room to find the phone that we were supposed to call. However, if you follow the instructions right, you should be able to see the fireplace right when you open the door. It's a nice grand entrance. The interior area is pretty nice, although it does look dated if you look closely. However, I feel like the layout didn't suit the vision of what we want for our wedding day. As for the ceremony area, I personally thought the indoor version looks/feels nicer than the outdoor version. The outdoor one would be easy access from the parking lot though. I loooved the bridal suite/getting ready area. The groom's suite was nice and spacious too, but has locker room vibe with hoops. The person (wedding expert) giving us the tour was very good at selling us the vision, giving detailed info, etc. As opposed to touring the venue first, eagle ridge gave us the run down and "sales/informational pitch" first. The sales pitch is v important for wedding venue shopping, so no negative connotation there. We ended up choosing a different venue: one main reason was the fact that we can't try the food first. We didn't feel comfortable locking in to an all inclusive venue that doesn't allow outside catering. The menu options look good enough, but how does it taste???? It would suck if we end up not liking the food during the tasting and having to settle for a "I guess this is fine because we have no other choice". We were ready to pay to be able to have the chance for trying out the food first. Unfortunately, that was not an option. The other reason was the fact that we don't have much getting ready time. If I remember correctly, you only get to go in the suites 1-2 hrs before start time. The club is only open to the members prior to that. Idk about other brides, but I personally would need a lot more than that if I'm doing makeup and hair there. The timing might be okay if you only plan on changing into your dress there.

Cynthia and Amanda were absolutely incredible to work with, and we can't recommend them highly enough. From the start, they knew our venue (Rengstorff House) inside and out, which made planning and walkthroughs smooth and stress-free. They helped us put together a detailed timeline, down to the minute, for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and they guided us through the rehearsal with confidence, making sure everyone knew their role. They put together a useful timeline document and had all our vendor information for coordinating on the big day. On the day itself, they handled everything with all of our vendors, getting them to the right place and making sure they had everything they needed. Cynthia and Amanda managed setup and placed the decorations we ordered, and kept everything moving without us ever feeling rushed. When a last-minute hiccup came up with ice (at first we didn't have enough ice for our drinks and cooling needs), they handled it quickly and quietly so we never had to stress - we didn't even know there was a hiccup until it was all over. Right before the ceremony they took a moment to reassure us, and helped move us around through the venue so we wouldn't see each other before our first look. During the reception, they kept everything going according to schedule, and several vendors and guests even commented to us that it was one of the best run weddings they've been at. 10/10!

Our ceremony was personal and emotional, filled with lots of love, tears, and laughs. Steve has the ceremony memorized, which allows him to be completely present in the moment. He does a wonderful job at connecting with the couple and the guests during the ceremony. The sand ceremony was a lovely element after exchanging our vows. It was a great way to include our mothers and add an extra personal touch. You also get a great keepsake to remind you of your special day. Steve went above and beyond to put us at ease and make our wedding day as stress-free as possible. From meeting with us the night before for the marriage license (so we didn't have to worry about it on the day of the wedding) to pouring the wedding party champagne while we were hiding away before the ceremony, Steve takes care of all the details. I wasn't sure if I wanted a day of coordinator or not as I was very much a DIY bride and wanted to save on cost, but I am so glad I decided to go with Adrienne and Serenity Events Co. I found Adrienne via a Facebook Bay Area Brides group - I had listed an ISO post for a day-of-coordinator and she was the many that responded to my post. I interviewed at least 10 different coordinators and after reviewing how each interview went and their price points, I decided to move forward with Adrienne. I appreciated that her accepted method of payment was via credit card as many had asked to be paid via venmo/zelle. In our first meeting, Adrienne, although based in Santa Cruz area, kindly drove up to us in San Jose to meet at a cafe near our home. We started working on the initial skeleton of our timeline during this meeting and continued to work on the timeline in the months coming up to the wedding. We had planned to go to the venue together a week or two prior to the wedding to meet with one of the coordinators from the venue but unfortunately, I got COVID the day right before the meeting. Adrienne still went in person for us both and familiarized herself with the venue since it was her first time working there. Things I had tasked for Adrienne on the wedding weekend/wedding day included putting out all my centerpieces (as my florist was my aunt, so she needed assistance), putting out all my menu frames, table numbers, votive candles, floating candles in hurricane vases, arranging my welcome table, handling my dessert deliveries throughout the event and setting up the dessert table, managing all 20+ members of my bridal party, all while ensuring the event went according to our planned timeline! Adrienne was so effective in her work and she made it look so easy! I would recommend Adrienne and Serenity Events Co. to any of my friends or family looking for a day of coordinator!

Every Last Detail was the first company I called. I'm normally the type of person who calls around to explore options and find the best price, but Patty was so personable and made what felt like a daunting task seem fun so I booked her right away. I'm so glad I went with my gut because I couldn't imagine working with anyone else! Patty was very helpful and responsive. She also went above and beyond for multiple tasks. We live a few hours away from Carmel and wanted to plan a trip to visit some rehearsal dinner locations. We ended up planning this with only a few days turnaround time. I expected given the time crunch that Patty would give us a list of venues to check out based on our criteria, but she actually planned the whole trip for us! She introduced us to points of contact at each venue, scheduled each tour, and even mapped them out so we visited places that were in close proximity back to back and we didn't have to keep trekking back and forth between locations. It took all the stress off of planning and coordinating. I also know that finding spots that we would like was not an easy task in and of itself. My fiance, future mother in law, and myself all had some different/ vague ideas for the event. Patty did a great job finding locations that fit what each of us was looking for. We were so impressed, my future mother in law even hired her again after the fact to coordinate the day of the rehearsal dinner.
