    Sabrina helped took the stress of planning my birthday party away completely! She listened to how I visioned my outer space themed birthday party and brought it to life. Sabrina is easy to work with and such a pleasure! I highly recommend her for any of your future events - big or small!

    I can not put in to words how great Sabrina is!! I asked her to be my day coordinator, and she went above and beyond... took care of everything for me and I didn't have to worry about anything. She is so detail and thorough, Im a procrastinator, and she was always on top of everything keeping me in track.. I would totally recommend her for any wedding planning or day coordinating!!!

    I can't even begin to put into words how absolutely amazing Sabrina is. But I will try my best. I was unbelievably calm on my wedding day and I know that it had everything to do with her. She is so organized that I was able to focus on getting ready and had the utmost confidence that she knew my vision. Our wedding day was a dream and I can't begin to thank her enough.

    Sabrina was the first vendor we booked for our wedding and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. Wedding planning is difficult and there are so many elements that need to be considered. From going through a long list of venue tours to booking vendors, Sabrina was there to support us the whole way through. And thank goodness for her organization skills! We were so impressed how she stayed on top of budget tracking, vendor payments, and the wedding day schedule! She is also very sweet and friendly that we felt comfortable sharing with her our ups and downs throughout the planning process. Her day-of coordination was on point. She made sure all our planned events/tasks throughout the night were completed in a timely manner and was not afraid to usher us across the room to make things happen. And we can't forget the way she placed all the decorations so beautifully to complete our vision! We just don't know how we could have made our wedding happen if it wasn't for Sabrina. We recommend any couple planning a wedding to book a planner early on and Sabrina should be at the top of your list! Thank you Sabrina for being there for us from the beginning all the way to the end!

They were there for us throughout the entire wedding planning process. They also supported us the entire day - bringing us drinks, appetizers and even lipstick when I needed a touch-up. The flowers and proprep decorations were beautiful. We got so many compliments on the cake from I Do bakery!! It was delicious! Guests loved the drinks, appetizers and salad, but mentioned the entrees were a bit dry. The bartenders handled the busy bar with ease and the DJ kept the dance floor packed until the very last song. Our banquet captain Leandra packed up all our decorations and personal items from our suites and loaded it into our car at the end of the night. The team was so efficient, it allowed us to continue mingling with our guests as we headed to our after party. Everything went perfect and it was all because of the wonderful team at Eagle Ridge. We can't recommend them enough!!

    Last Fall we rented a tent from A Festive Affair in Gilroy for a celebration of our late Aunt's…read morelife. We were away when they set up, but on our return discovered a cut in our own nearly-new garden canopy. We notified Ruby and sent her a manufacturer's quote for a replacement canopy. A different crew, based in their Half Moon Bay headquarters, arrived to remove the tent. The leader of that team analyzed the possibility our canopy was cut by their workers' action and even re-enacted the scenario, saying he would personally confirm our claim to the company's owner. After more than a month of waiting for a response, we phoned and Ruby said the quote attachment didn't open for her -- yet she never bothered to let us know that fact -- so I sent her a new copy. More time passed without communication from A Festive Affair, so I visited their Gilroy office and was told the company owner refused to believe his workers tore our canopy. Ruby said his decision was final. I purchased a new canopy at our own expense, but condemn A Festive Affair (An Infected Affair?) for causing the damage, failing to let us know our initial notice did not fully display, and denying our claim despite the testimony of their own representative. I strongly advise against employing this company!

The photo quality was outstanding--crisp, vibrant, and perfect for keepsakes. We also appreciated how efficiently they handled the printing process, ensuring there were no long waits for guests. Another highlight was the digital sharing option, which allowed guests to instantly send photos to their phones or email. It was a huge hit and made the experience even more special. After the event we received a large file with a digital copy of all guest photos via email. They were by far the most responsive and engaged from the beginning. One of the things I value most when working with wedding vendors is timely communication, and Vanissa delivered on that completely. We texted back and forth to confirm details, and when I needed to adjust the timing, she was flexible and accommodating. What really impressed us was Vanissa's thoughtfulness and attention to detail. She even took the time to review our wedding website and designed the photo booth screen to match our theme perfectly. She also sent over a detailed PDF outlining all the design options for the booth, including print layout, fonts, and background choices, which made the process smooth and enjoyable. On the day of the wedding, Sebastian ran the booth and was incredibly attentive with our guests. He made sure everyone was ready before each shot and operated the booth seamlessly. One small but thoughtful gesture we really appreciated was how he would move the photo booth back to accommodate larger groups whenever needed. It was such a simple thing, but it showed that he was paying attention and wanted everyone to be included and comfortable. I've been to many weddings and events with photo booths, and this was hands down the best experience. Our guests had a blast. We upgraded to the 4x6 print option and it was so worth it. The photos looked great, and each guest received a physical copy, just like we did. The day after the wedding, Vanissa emailed us a ZIP file with all the photos from the night.
