The mirror was a bit different than expected - I guess in hindsight, we should've had some sort of spot light shining in the place we had the photobooth since it was a bit hard to see ourselves in the mirror. Also, because it's a mirror, it's easy to think you're centered in the frame, but you're actually off centered. Overall, it was a fun experience that's different than the other photo booths out there. I loved the little commentary that the mirror makes after it takes each photo. We were assigned the following team members: Jess for video, Eduardo for photos, DJ Ramon for DJ, Ryan for photobooth, Grace for desserts and Trixie for dessert cart decor. Jess and Eduardo made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and had super fast turnaround times for both the sneak peeks and full album/video. DJ Ramon played the best songs (+ song requests) and the dance floor was lit ALLL night. Ryan and Trixie kept the balls rolling for the photobooth and dessert cart, respectively, and extra shout out to Trixie as the decor for the dessert and backdrop were the CUTEST! Lastly, Grace made us amazing desserts and the most beautiful wedding cake ever!!! Everyone at Cupkeyk Events was fantastic and so sweet to work with. I have reached out to this company through email, texts and phone call multiple times over the past…read moremonth to try to book them for a wedding in 2026. I have not been reached back out to from this company. I had another vendor tell us to let go of cupkeyk as a vendor if I haven't heard back. It is unprofessional to not get back to a customer, especially one who would will be paying atleast $1.5k. If they haven't responded to get my business, I can only imagine how hard it would be to contact them if I hired them as a vendor. Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. It is unprofessional to essentially ghost possible clients. Because we reached out so many times, I am shocked to hear you don't have anything on file on your end.
