I walked into this store and immediately found the funkiest looking disco shirt in my size (2XL). Regular price was $39.99. After the discount, I paid $6.99. Needless to say, I was very happy. I went on to purchase many more items for upcoming parties and three bag full items of items later, my total bill was $51.68 including my cool and very colorful, looking disco shirt. I recently had the main pipe at my home burst and was without water for two whole days. During this time my neighbor kindly offered her bathroom to use if anyone in my house needed to shower or use the restroom. After a plumber fixed the water issue at my house I wanted to surprise my neighbor with a treat to show my appreciation for her kind gesture. One of her favorite treats are the Snow Cones Mallow Cones. I searched on where to find them and I saw that they sell them at this Party City. The online site said there were 10 packs available at this location. The following is my experience at this store: I walked in with my mom and headed towards the candy aisle. I searched all the candy and couldn't find the Snow Cones. I approached one of the employees and asked her if she knew where I could find the cones. She pointed to the candy aisle. I thought she was going to help me locate them but she didn't. I stood in the aisle and nothing happened. I went to the front and saw she was at a register. So I decided to wait in line and ask her again when it was my turn. I walked up to her register when it was my turn and I showed her on my phone where it said they had 10. She showed one of the other employees that was there and he said that he would help me look for them when he was done helping his customer. Sure enough he walked with me to the candy aisle and helped me find them. They were stored behind a door up on the top shelf. I asked him what his name was and he said Gilbert. I told him I would give him a great review because of his excellent customer service. I told him what I had experienced with the other employee and he tried to kindly excuse her by saying she was "new". My point to all of this is that even if an employee is new, wouldn't the new employee go to another employee to ask for help for the customer that they cannot help? I don't understand the reason to not help the customer and then on top of that just ignore them and not get another employee to help. I am very unhappy and would not give this location my business. I understand today they are busy but at least don't take their frustration to their paying customers. I recently passed by the last week to find some pirate type stuff. I didn't find much here, but did find chocolate coins. Medium size coins we're 7 cents a piece. Whoa, that's pretty expensive. Even the bag of chocolate coins I found were pretty expensive for the amount in the bag. Since it was getting close to Halloween, I was hoping to find some other pirate stuff other than some chocolate pirate booty. There were a lot off boxes in the seasonal section in the far back, so not everything is out for the Halloween season. But I did find that having all these boxes in the store made it seem very cluttered. I would imagine that boxes don't come out until they're ready to put them on display. The store seems more organized or that things are easier to find. I love how the signage shows what kind of characters are in each section down the aisle. It makes it easier to find things when your looking for a specific character or company like Disney or Marvel. The store is located in the Eastland Shopping center, same building as the Albertsons. Very upset at the service. I ordered 34in Gold Letter Balloons online three weeks prior to be delivered the day of a very important photoshoot where the color scheme is black and gold. I get a call the DAY OF the delivery saying "oh we only had one "R" left and when we inflated it, it was defective, we don't have any more left that was our last one".... So you would think the store would have more than just ONE in that color and size because I ordered ahead of time, THREE WEEKS AHEAD. Why ONLY have one, I know this can't be the very first time the store has ever had a defective balloon, so why were they not more prepared and have more than 1. It's ridiculous, they offered to refund me or I can chose another color. The gold is a very specific color I wanted that's for a very important photoshoot and a different color would just throw it all off. Not happy with their customer service. Bought some latex confetti balloons for my mom's bday and got them pumped at the store! Unfortunately, one of them deflated right when we got home. Came back to see if they could re-inflate it for us and the store manager (Raul/Rahul?) was extremely kind and friendly. Review on: Helium Latex Balloons For the past couple of years, Party City has always been my resort on latex balloons, helium, and ultra hi-float. A couple things you should consider before you order latex balloons: 1) Latex oxidizes (a.k.a. deteriorates due to oxygen). Unless you buy your own packaged balloons, Party City always leaves their latex balloons in tubs classified by color. Regardless how much ultra hi-float you coat the interior of the balloon, the ultra hi-float can only do so much for a poor-quality latex balloon. The latex balloons that Party City sells in packages are great, but not those that are left out for weeks (or months) for the oxygen to eat up. 2) It is much cheaper to buy your own balloons and hi-float (from Amazon or other private online retailers) at [close to] wholesale price. Unless you find some amazing deal on helium, Party City seems to provide the cheapest helium at 69 cents per 12" (-) latex balloon. 3) Some employees inflate the helium until the balloon is barely round. If you don't get ultra hi-float with this, the balloons will fall within 6-8 hours. Even if you get the ultra hi-float, the balloons will only last a couple of days (as opposed to a couple of weeks or more if properly inflated). Another reason to invest in your own helium tank OR pre-inflate your balloons with air prior to taking it to Party City to inflate with helium. On a brighter note, there are a few employees that do inflate your balloons with the appropriate amount of helium. What I do to save $: - buy my own latex balloons at approximately 6 cents a piece on bargainballoons.com. - buy my own ultra hi-float (24 oz. for $13) on bargainballoons.com. This can treat up to 150 11" balloons. This is about 9 cents per treated balloon compared to Party City's price at 15 cents each. - recently found a deal on eBay ($14 for two 8.9 cu helium tanks ($7 each) - each tank inflates about 20 12" helium balloons). This means it costs me about 35 cents to blow up each balloon. Total $: 0.50/balloon (includes balloon, helium, and ultra-hi float) Compared to Party City: $1.15/balloon (includes the same as above) I can basically get 2 balloons for the price of 1. So if it makes a difference on your wallet, I highly encourage that you do your research prior to spending $$$ on balloons at Party City. read more

The stuff here isn't good quality but is decent price and there's are good variety if you look for it. There was like 1 staff work here.. The phone rings and she answers. Once the call was over, she spoke to herself complaining about the weird call. The caller was asking if she had egg confetti in stock. She was obviously upset from the call and started to mumble to herself...I don't know what that is, never heard of it...she was getting annoying so I spoke up. I can never seem to locate any employees. Sometimes it seems like no one is even around.
