The staff there is unhelpful and rude. My family eagerly went to buy Halloween costumes and after we recorded which costumes and sizes we needed we went to the counter to find someone who could help us (as the signs instructed). The three people working were busy. My husband asked someone where to go to get the costumes and the older man working (presumably the manager) rudely told him "this is all the staff we have". No further information was given in terms of which line to get into to get the costumes or the right directions to follow to get the costumes. We went into the main line to checkout, assuming that was correct. The line was long and running slow as 1 person was doing checkouts and the other two were filling balloon orders. We finally got to the front and told the checkout person that we wanted to get and pay for costumes and was told the same man that refused to help us initially is the only one who could help us so we'll have to wait for him. We chose to leave because there are plenty of costume places that can sell us the same costumes. I tried to call customer service to complain after we left and received a recording because we are out of corporates operating hours (understandable because it was a Saturday morning). I did submit an online form to complain but unlike other websites that have online forms to fill out to ask questions, contact customer service, etc, I did not receive a confirmation email telling me my submission was received, so I have no idea if I will be able to discuss the management issues at this store so hopefully they can improve.
