He responded so quickly to our initial inquiry and every message after, sent photos, and even helped us figure out how many tables we would need for our party. When it came time for delivery, Nick was thoughtful and efficient. They unloaded everything and even carried all of the rentals down a hill and around to the back of our house. At the end of the party, pickup was just as easy. Everything we rented was high quality and in great condition. We even rented a high-power fan with misters, which was so easy to use and a lifesaver in the heat! We would absolutely recommend Muy Tranquilo Rentals to anyone looking for rentals. Very easy to deal with, I simply e-mailed them the message I wanted placed in the yard of the recipients and they did the rest. They custom tailor the theme of the sign based on whatever you want. Most recently we had them do a yard sign for our daughters 7th Birthday. I told the what I wanted it to say, the colors and asked them to add some cupcake and balloon signs as well. They arrive after dark the night before and place the signs in your yard. The signs stay for about 24 and they come and remove them the following evening. Prices are very fair. I highly recommend.

Just hired this "company" to put sign on my son's lawn for his 40th. When ordering, we discussed…read morethat lawn guys come on friday morning, and it was agreed upon that stuff would be picked up early am friday before mowers came. My daughterinlaw called me and said the sign she ordered had been removed, but the one i ordered had not, and yard guys were next door. I called to speak to woman who i placed order thru. She told me they had two signs to put out in middle of the night, and they would not be there to pick up until 5:00. She said i needed to tell the mowers to be careful, or "first they would go after them for money, and if they didnt pay, then they would go after me." WTF!! What was supposed to be a fun thing has now become a huge pain in my butt!! My son wanted his yard mowed, so my daughter helped me move the sign to her driveway. Later that evening I get a call from "Mike" telling me signs had been picked up and "how lucky I was there was no damage" to them. I told him I KNEW there was no damage, I had carefully moved them so mowers wouldnt throw grass on them etc. He continued on to say if it had been windy, blah, blah, blah. I hung up on him. Do these people not understand that we have social media nowadays?? Had they come when they said they would, there would not have been any issue. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!
