We ordered a very large tent, as well as tables, chairs, a dance floor, flatware, and more. We also worked with the team to design custom string lighting that made the tent glow with beauty. It was absolutely perfect for our big day. Additionally, the customer service was above and beyond all expectations. Bob was kind and responsive throughout the entire rental process. On the day of the wedding, the forecast changed and meteorologists called for a large rainstorm. That morning, Bob personally delivered and installed additional sidewalls for the tent. We cannot thank him enough for his exceptional service and dedication to his customers. Furthermore, I got quotes from more than a dozen rental companies in the area. This was the only affordable rental company I could find! I highly recommend working with Midwest Tents & Events.

LONG REVIEW BUT READ BEFORE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR EVENT:…read more I should start out with saying I have been in contact with the owner Stacie MULTIPLE times and am left with nothing but frustration. Stacie is not a bad person but I do feel she is completely overwhelmed in running this business. I've been dealing with Funtime Services since April 1st 2025 trying to book a mobile petting zoo for my daughter's first birthday planned for June 2025 and the experience has been frustrating to say the least. Communication has been a major issue throughout the process, especially with Stacie herself since anyone else I did get to talk with couldn't help me in the slightest other than they'll leave a message for Stacie and then I never hear from her UNLESS I were to reach out and call and some how catch her available in office. Getting clear answers or even timely replies to emails has been nearly impossible. After multiple attempts to try and talk to Stacie herself once I did reach her two different phone calls I was turned away with "I'm busy right now doing something else , I can email you once I become available" (mind you then I'd never heard back at all) to which I'd have to reach out again and finally durning one of our last conversation, she provided general information she had to text to me at that moment and discussed two different pricing options for a petting zoo. She explained that she would be reaching out to two separate vendors at different price points. I informed her that I was more interested in the lower-priced option NATURALLY, but made it clear that I would be willing to book either one, as my main priority was securing a petting zoo so I would be waiting to hear back from her regardless who she was able to secure but to just let me know. So money was not the problem. Mind you any time I would voice my frustrations she keep reminding me "I don't make much money off doing this you know, at most I make $20" What should have been a straightforward booking has dragged on for over a month, and I'm still left with uncertainty and decided to not continue "service" with the company FunTime Services Event Rentals. If you're even considering Funtime Services for your event, just be aware that it may take an unreasonable amount of time just to start the process of securing your event. I really expected more professionalism and reliability for catering to such a nice suburban area like Naperville. Just leaving this review to show all what i experienced so anyone else out there knows what entails if interested in booking with them. Seriously proceed with caution.

I'd first like to say THANK YOU to Jasmin and her entire staff for making my daughter's birthday…read moreparty a big hit! I cannot express the gratitude I have for the seamless setup and take down. The first thing that stood out was their amazing selection of bounce houses. From small tot jumpers, to large elaborate water slides. They have so many to choose from, you would be crazy not to get one of these for your child's party! In addition to the abundant selection, this company exceeded all expectations. ALL! -Prompt polite communication, updates via text and phone regarding timing of drop off, and pick up. -Set up was the most organized, thorough, and safe I've ever witnessed. They ensured they didn't place it in any areas that seemed unsafe, laid down a large, double layered tarp to protect the bounce house as well as my grass. -Extremely warm, friendly staff. Jasmin, the owner is so beautifully helpful and thoughtful. She has a way about her- that makes your day just that much brighter. -Her staff were all so very professional. Each one of them carefully set everything up under her guidance, and took it down with ease-without interrupting the party. -They vacuumed, sanitized, and double checked the devices to ensure all was in tip top shape. - They educated my husband and I on how to operate, how to resolve any issues if any were to arise. And provided a number to text in case any issues did arise- but of course that wasn't needed, as it was well put together and in great condition. I would recommend everyone use this company for any celebrations! You will not be disappointed! I look forward to hiring them for our next event!

I booked a bounce house last minute on the eve of a busy holiday weekend and they made sure they'd have something for me. Prices were competitive as well. I'd give them a 5 stars if it wasn't for the delivery and set up fee that appears at checkout. So while you're shopping you'll see the bounce house price. And then price increases quite a bit once you're about to input your credit card number. Nothing major but just a budget surprise.

Not only were their prices were great but they didn't make you jump through all these hoops and sign multiple waivers. We had the bounce house near a tree and we heard other companies say things like "have to be 10 ft clearance from tree" or can't go on concrete. We put the bounce house on are driveway, we did support it with tarps and cheap blankets and it worked great and these guys didn't have any issues they are very accommodating. FYI, the hot dog warmer was a big success. Great meal for the picky kids! great snack for the adults, nothing to worry about just put some water at the bottom and turn it on. It was great!
