The assistant managers have a history of a power complex they would abuse their power on their co-workers. There are some people who have worked there who were genuine and really cared about their job, but those workers leave because of the stress from the managers and management not upholding their promises and lying about the promises. The company is ran by greed and deceit as Sahrene (the owner) only cares about what goes in her wallet, even if it means the workers get skimped out on their paychecks. Employees will get heavily penalized for honest mistakes (and sometimes fired for mistakes) while Sahrene Feldman gets away with coming into the office, belligerently drunk and yelling, saying she wants to fire all of the office workers while being escorted out of the store. This company is very harmful. You can do your job and be good at it, all the while being told you are expendable. I would be weary of this company as the owners have a history of issues as Dan Feldman (Sahrene's father) has used sexual coercion with managers (before he handed ownership to his daughter). This company is not to be trusted. Not to mention the enormous amounts of OHSA violations that they choose to ignore; only one person being forklift certified who is barely at the store, and many more that are genuinely concerning for employee safety, of the lack of. I would also be very cautious about buying any livestock from this company as animals get sick left and right with little to no sanitation and unhealthy living conditions. The animals there are seen as a 'second thought'. The store manager Zach only got a vet involved for the sick goats when multiple employees got together and explained they were dying. Zach was planning on selling them regardless of their condition as he stated "They can be someone else's problem, we don't have a vet for them. This isn't worth my time." I nice family came into the store and bought a pair of goats, which turned out to be very sick. The family came back to tell management and Zach told them he couldn't do anything about it. Many people came back to exchange chicks as they would die left and right, infecting the established flock.

However, the delivery company they use (I believe it is Door Dash) was VERY lacking. As in on the 3rd day I had still not received my "same-day delivery" and I had prepaid a nice tip for the driver. I was online shopping for some kitchen items I needed to replace. I was planning on either going to the store to pick it up or do curbside pickup. Once I had reached a certain amount an ad popped up for free same-day delivery. Why not, right? It's less than three miles, so I was not concerned about a delivery holdup. My order confirmation arrived at 10:31 am. I clicked tracking and the message read that I would have delivery by 9 PM Monday evening. No delivery on Monday. I messaged the automated system and they checked my order and eventually connected me to a customer service representative. He checked my order and told me it was released and was ready for the currier. I was not overly concerned once I heard that and assumed I would receive it on Tuesday. On Tuesday in the early afternoon, I had still not received my order. I called the store directly and they told me the entire order indeed had been processed and was still at the store. I asked if they had drivers delivering that day. I was told they did and it should definitely arrive in Tuesday. That evening I returned home about 10 PM. No package. I checked online to make sure I had not missed a delivery. Again I was connected to a customer service rep who looked up my order and said it should be ready and I could expect it the next day. On Wednesday I had some errands and stopped by the store and checked my order. The young lady at the return / customer service desk contacted someone who checked abs said the package was STILL at the store. He retrieved it for me. I mentioned that I had pre-tipped the delivery and would like to get my money returned as it had, in fact, not been delivered. I was put in touch with a store manager who was gracious and returned my tip. Everyone I dealt with at the store was very kind, patient, and understanding. One of the nearby cashiers said they had a woman just the day before with the same issue. I would NOT recommend trying the same-day delivery as the company they contract with (Door Dash) does not appear to be very reliable. Henceforth, I will either do curbside or in-store shopping. .

We get the item and battery, go to check out the battery isn't ringing up so they get a manager the manager goes and looks at the product and instead of honoring it, he got the product rep who then claimed that a customer moved the free battery tag. Check this out, even orange plates were half off. Tons of staff walking around in the store. Costume area had 3 staff working the wall of costumes to help customers with orders. Staff everywhere. And they were courteous, considering the crowded store. The line was backed up clear to the door, moved fast. Very fast. I got in and out in 15 minutes. The thing is, this place is totally worth checking on just before the holidays, cause of the deals. Napkins, plates, holiday decorations galore!
