They were so helpful and helped so much with planning out the catering, I had waited two weeks before the wedding before picking catering and they were great with communication. My venue at The Barn at Killcreek Farm required liability insurance and their business license, Heather was great with communication and sent me things very quickly when asked. Most of our communication was through facebook and email. She made it very easy to pay, I was able to pay for it from the ease of my computer at home. She offered meeting in person but my schedule was very busy before the wedding. She let me know of the set up time and they were ready to serve even before the wedding started. They had a beautiful set up with black table covers and a lovely buffet serving style. Both her and her husband kept the food stocked and it was always hot and moist. Our meats included: Pulled Pork with Buns, Brisket and Chicken. Our sides: BBQ Beans, Green bean cassrole and Scalloped Potatoes. Heather was preparing plates for both bride and groom (I was the bride) just in case we had no chance to eat. She also offered to take care of the desserts that we had brought, including the option of icing our cookie cake if needed. She transported all our cookies from our containers to serving plates and did everything so sanitary, including wearing gloves. I appreciated every aspect that both Heather and Scott brought. Our guests loved the food and talked about it all through the night, I personally really loved the BBQ beans and the pulled pork. She brought containers for me to take home the leftovers and was very accommodating. My two young nephews were at the wedding and wanted to help the caterers, Heather and Scott were both very kind and patient with them. Heather and Scott both did the set up and clean up, it was completely stress free. I would highly recommend them for any wedding/event. Our event was 75 people.

She kept assuring us that she and her most trusted partner could handle our needs, but then she showed up with a completely different person the day of the event. My asks from her were that she restage the main room after the ceremony for the reception. I also asked that she play the processional music and the music as we walk out and make a short announcement to the guests that we would be taking photos and that the reception would begin when we came back in. Then I asked that she announce us back into the room after we went out for photos and release each table to get food. Literally no ask I had of her went smoothly. I provided a very, very detailed schedule of events for the day and a very detailed seating chart, where I separated items for each table into bags labeled for each table. I knew things were going south less than hour into her arriving and no one could find her and we later found out she went to QuikTrip without telling anyone. She also left that trash behind at the end of the day that we had to clean up. There was about a 45 second silence between the processional music and the bridal march. The music we selected to exit the room to never got played. There was never an announcement to our guests that we were going to take photos. It took about 45 minutes longer than expected to stage the room. I was very cold outside and I was trapped out there waiting to be announced back in, which never happened. I never got to eat a lot of the food at my wedding because the reception got cut short, and I finally went inside to try to help restage the room correctly, meaning I never got a proper announcement back into the room. When I came inside, I found that the only reason any tables were set up correctly was because family was helping out. They claimed they couldn't find items, all of which I had shown then exactly where they were. Family members had to help, had to go into the kitchen to ask them to please start taking peoples' empty plates and cups during the reception, and they left without telling anyone so I'm not even sure if they stayed until our contracted time. It was pretty much a nightmare. I later found out she posted a video of my design on her business facebook page. She didn't do anything regarding the design of my wedding. All she did was mess up all of the details I put a ton of work into. DO NOT HIRE HER.
