I went to this location because I was in the area they don't know how to make. They don't know how to make tostada all burned the cafe con leche nasty like they don't understand why you're telling them. I will never go back here. read more

My go to bakery for pastelitos, pan Cubano and a quick Cuban breakfast. Always tasty. Service is quick and efficient. Ambiance is fairly basic but still good for a bakery. Can get crowded so allow for time. read more

I'm sad to try this place countless times. I love the product but definitely think their quality of service lacks basic ingredients. The person that took care of my orden was engaged and recommended a few options and her favorite, this came in handy as I wasn't sure what to get. The menu was far and tiny fonts, so she was who I needed in this business. She was the success of this business today then the taste of the food alone side with her kind smile and thirst to help. For these reasons, the gain of the stars. The cashier on the other hand deducted the other 3 stars. This is not the representation of one visit, but so many visits. I don't think the personnel is trained properly, even if they lack good education from their household. I have encountered, bad attitude. I have encountered, loud tone of voice asking "how much tip would you like to leave" while there is a line and others are listening to this. I have encountered, cashiers looking at their phone browsing social media while in standing with my ticket ready to pay for over two minutes. Today was a non-verbal cashier pointing at the screen to avoid telling the total maybe shy of assuming which language to address me in. However after paying and leaving a tip in their bucket...no eye contact nor a thank you. While in USA tipping is a culture and a disrespect move in Japan as they think their service is pride in serving you. This lack of basic standards, flushed down the toilet the years of hard work from the founders and history advertised on their wall as humble family who did strive to make it. A. Was it the hiring? B. The Manager that doesn't train? C. The lack of basic communication in the generation we live in? Or D for all of the above. Sad to stomach. Hopefully they better from this review as intended constructively if someone still care. read more

This place has gone downhill. It used to be very good but lately the service is horrible, they all look bored, angry or annoyed. The cashier didn't even look at us once and just stretched out her arm when she told us our total, while she looked behind her, gossiping with a coworker. The breakfast special they have, which comes with eggs, ham or bacon , Cuban toast and cafe con leche... let me just say the plate had more grease than food. The eggs had burnt pieces and were broken into excessively small pieces. The bacon did NOT look at all edible and it was EXTREMELY salty and the toast was a joke. The minute you picked it up , it would fold and break. Steer clear from this place!!!!! read more

Good croquetas but so crunchy outside. Good service. Pastelitos are good but smaller compared to others. Better than Karla's though who has a generic model now. Good cheese pastelitos. Also they never have Cuban bread?!!! read more

The place is clean, they have wifi and the deserts look good. They didn't have supplies like tomatoes, lettuce, onions to do pan con bistec. For $9.50 just small piece of steak and bread with potato sticks is too much. I don't mind paying for a pan con bistec but not this one again. The people working there are very nice. read more

I have been a customer of this bakery for years. The food and service has always been great, but in the past 3 weeks I have had two negative experiences. I came to the bakery on a Sunday morning at around 10 am and went to the counter to ask for guava pastries and I was told that they didn't have any. I asked if they were making some and was told again that they didn't have any. Again today, I came to the same store to ask for tostada Cubana with butter and was told, no we don't have Cuban toast, however the Cuban bread is in plane sight in the storage case in front of me. I told the attendant why she could use the bread I was looking at and she said that the management told them that they couldn't use the Cuban bread to make toast. I was offered French bread as an alternative. I am totally disappointed and will be looking to take my business somewhere else. M.V. read more

The Party Cake was a bakery we decided to try on our way back to Orlando. The bakery was spacious and had a pleasant interior. They offered a wide variety of selections, including desserts. This is definitely something I would like to try again on my next visit. I tried their croquettes 'de la casa,' which were pretty good. Additionally, I indulged in their cream cheese and guava pastry, which was absolutely delicious. We also ordered their Cuban sandwich, which I would rate 6.5 out of 10--good, but there's room for improvement. I would come back just to explore their diverse dessert options read more

This place sucks !!! Don't waste your money here, before this morning last time I came to get a breakfast here was 2 years ago... and I live 5 min away from the place... it took me so long to come back because last time I had the worst interaction with 2 of the workers here. They are rude, they are bitter and are more attentive to the gossip than on doing a great Service and to talking to the clients as if they were their children. A class or two on costumer service would help!!! I became sick and tired of the way the serve so I decided not go back again. Today my husband went without my knowledge to get a breakfast if I would've known I would've told him this place is a no go. He came back home with the saddest breakfast I have ever seen. Once again disappointed with the service, the food, and the place. With two spoons the breakfast was done!!!! THE SMALLEST AMOUNT OF SCRMABLED EGGS I HAVE EVER SEEN, BACON BURNT !!! And if that WAS NOT ENOUGH I FIND A HAIR UNDERNEATH THE EGGS !!!!! See the picture below I cannot believe that I'm going through it with this place again. They Charged him 35$ for a toddler breakfast with a hair in it. I hope this place shuts down so there is room for real bakery's around here. WHACKEST PLACE ON EARTH read more

Lately We go there for their cafe con leche only. The few times that we have ordered their Cuban toast I end up disappointed, the bread crumbles easily and it's it not pretty looking. Their wide variety of pastelitos (pastries) and cakes is nice. read more

The place is going through a renovation/construction phase and looks pretty disheveled. That does not stop lines forming to buy pastries, sandwiches, omelette, etc I got a mini pastry sandwich of ham & cheese, a Guava pastelito, and an Orange Juice and a Cortadito. The mini sandwich was the perfect sized bite for a breakfast pastry. Flaky and delicious. I also got a pastel de Guayaba. Hmmmmm! I love these pastries. The OJ was freshly squeezed, not the processed kind. The Cortadito was nice, a mini latte. I would like to visit again once all the construction is finished read more

This place is awesome!!! Hidden gem in Miami!!! I had the best cortadito (small coffee with shot of milk) ever!! The made it the way I want it from the get go! The greet you as you walk in... I visited at 6 am in my way to Naples, the croquetas are delish and pastries were so fresh. I really recommend this bakery. Can't understand how can a bakery at 11am runs out of bread? and this is not an isolated incident... it happens on a regular basis. Forget about pan con biste or croquetal preparadas. Staff is great, but please make sure there is enough bread to; at the very minimum, cover lunch. read more

Wait is very long, 15 min average to be seen every single time. They do not have enough employees. Owner is sacrificing customer service for profits. Sometimes they run out of stuff early in the day, makes no sense. Better go somewhere else read more

I would give this place a zero, if I could. I went in today to get some breakfast items for family and was shocked to see the food handling. They would touch their pens to write down the orders, then get the food with the same "gloved" hand, then take cash from one customer, hand him his cafe and take another credit card payment from another customer and give them their order all with the same "gloved hands. My turn came up, I placed my order as she wrote it down with the same "gloved" hands and proceeded to get my items with the same hands. GROSS!!! I stopped her and told her to cancel my order!!! Left in shock!!!!! Do not eat anything from here as the cross-contamination must be on full alert. Sad, this was my favorite bakery and it has gone so down, it hurts. read more

Good croquetas , tostada was perfect amount of butter , place is very clean. The lady was nice .

The breakfast meals are pretty cheap and came out pretty fast. The decor is modern and the variety of pastries is great!

I come here from time to time at opening at 530am. I order a cortadito or cafe con leche and the formula is just right. Not too much sugar not too much milk or coffee. Parking is easy during the early morning but during peak hours you may have to park an isle down since the subway, gym and barbershop that are next to the bakery build up clientele traffic. read more

The pastelitos (cuban pastries) are "off the chain" good! This typical cuban bakery has all the elements you look for when craving that early morning, Little Havana fix of cafe con leche and pastelitos. This bakery is located in a strip mall west of 142nd Avenue and Southwest 8th Street. It is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the Miccossuke's. Their specialty is the pastelitos and other assorted pastries that are on display in the glass cases. The typical cakes, panetelas, and other sweets are made fresh on the premises. Special order cakes are available and the cuban bread is baked continuously throughout the day. There's small tables and high counters for those of you that would like to enjoy your pastries without getting the delicious and buttery flakes all over yourselves while driving. You can find this location easily by looking for the Sedano's or the Baptist Urgent Care Center....just in case of a pastelito overload! Enjoy.... I highly recommend it. read more

The workers in this bakery obviously don't want to be at work, zero customer service in this place, this is the second time I visit this bakery and have the same experience, it's truly sad considering it is the closest to my house but I will have to go elsewhere. Awesome cakes. Convenient and close to home. Very clean and excellent social distancing practices

I come here often, but the last two times I've been here the service was poor and the pan de bonos were hard as rocks. They also charged me for food they didn't even have and after the payment went through, they'd tell me they didn't have it (both visits). This time I'm writing a review because the food was cold, they didn't have water for me to buy, they didn't have any batidos to make, they barely had any food, and I bought pastelitos de guayaba (since they didn't really have anything else) and then they sold it to the people that were behind me in line ???? How are you going to sell something to me and give it to the person after me. read more

In comparison to the one on Miller; this one is a mess! Bigger yes, clean too; but it is so unorganized. You walk in; and have no way to go but ahead to "place the order" - mind you; if there's people behind you trying to get to the counter to see what they have; you're gonna have to step aside and let them through. Once you order; you would think moving to the left side to pay is the next thing; wrong! You get mixed up in a group of Customers and have to wait to ensure you're given the correct bill and order. Not coming back here. read more

It's 3:11PM on a Friday and they DO NOT HAVE guava, meat or coconut pastries. Who knows what else they don't have because by then we left. How does a bakery not keep up with demand. Mind you they close at 8pm or at least that's what the door says. read more

Place is very nice, clean, and spacious. Food and coffee are also very good and priced right. However, the service is terrible. They seem understaffed and take forever to take your order. There's always a big line because they don't have enough employees. Gone multiple times in the morning with the same inefficiency.
