What I received was completely unacceptable: * The cake design was poorly executed--one of Hello Kitty's eyes was much bigger than the other, making it look completely off. * The colors were wrong and did not match the reference photo. * The fondant was not smooth, and the cake was uneven, showing a complete lack of skill. Whoever made this cake clearly had no experience. * The cake itself was dry and not fresh at all. When I called the store to express my concerns, the customer service was horrible.
