It was clear that they are both honest and loyal people. I decided to stick with Royal because I did not want to wait over a week to get my phone back from Apple! I am so pleased with the customer service and quality of their repair service. If you want fast and affordable service.. Go here! Yesterday I had to go back in because I dropped my phone and broke the screen again.. They still gave me the best service and even gave me a deal on the screen since I had just been in there. I bought an otter box in the same building and hopefully will never be having to replace a screen again!

Said that he'll hold it for me but failed to tell me they didn't have the item at ALL so once I got there I waited in line as the customer in front of me was turned away after he tried to purchase LEGIT Apple airpods but after coming to the store he found out they were fake so he was no longer interested. So it was my turn to be service and the woman approached me by asking "DO YOU HAVE THE AD" I replied "YES" she stepped to the back for about 5 minutes and returned and said "we don't have ANY series 4 Apple watches". They did an outstanding job and the difference is night and day, my phone used to die everyday and now it easily lasts on one charge. Not only did they do an outstanding job with the replace, but even gave me a phone to borrow for the few hours I had to leave mine at their shop. Also, I had asked for a recommendation for a new charger block as my stock one that came with the phone seems to take forever to charge. I was recommended and shown the charger that they used personally on their phone. Talk about a genuine interest and desire to help. That product works fantastic. All of that combined with how friendly and knowledgeable the representatives were made it hard to believe how good of a deal I was getting. Dropped it off and was told they would have to order part from China.....that's fine, took about a week and got a call it was fixed. Went and picked up and looks and plays good as new. I will state however in regards to complaints by others---- as I was waiting my turn there was a guy at counter complaining about them fixing his iPhone. Apparently ER4 had it for 2 weeks and was saying it would be 1 more week to fix.....guy said he was told 1 week in first place and he was pissed. I looked at the reviews, gave them a call and walked over from my office. My phone is a generation 1 so a new screen needed to be ordered. I was able to pick my watch up the following day. Fast forward about two weeks and I notice my watch was dimmer and as I began to touch the screen was loose. The screen appeared to need better adhesive because the screen was off of the face of the watch. I took my watch back to Fix UR Gadget and after analysis I was told there was corrosion on the interior mechanism of my watch that they don't repair. The corrosion was believed to be caused by moisture.... so the screen was replaced but not secured properly and moisture apparently got inside of the watch and now it's on me??? Thanks Guys
