I ordered tires on-line (www.tirerack.com) for delivery to my home. Menards Mobile Tire Service came to my home. All the work was done in their fully kitted out van, in my driveway. I saved ~$100 over the best in-store prices/specials and avoided unnecessary bemusement. Will I use them again? Absolutely, yes.

I, too, ordered a full set of "snow shoes" from Tire Rack for our little girl and I've got to be honest. I was skeptical. Almost everything that could go wrong sincerely tried. FedEx delivered late and it was POURING rain on my installation date, but Menard's was communicative and clear, "We'll be there!", and they were, and the entire ordeal cost about $100 less than it would have had a conceded to sitting and watching a tire shop work on someone else's car for two hours. Install took a little over an hour and went off without a hitch. And like I said, the communication, service and setting of expectations was smooth all the way through from booking to confirmation to installation and payment. Better than what you expect... The guys at Walmart knocked out all 4 perfectly today. I've spent THREE hundred dollars looking for a tire shop that does it "right" - I'm pleasantly shocked it turned out to be Walmart because it sure as hell aint "the big boys" discount tire or belle tire or firestone. And my list is longer for those smart enough to care to track me down.... Kudos. PRO-TIP: There is no such thing as an "appointment" here...and Sundays are the longest wait times as they are crazy busy...best to go there 8am to 11am on weekdays. 2nd PRO-TIP: The bad reviews here are truly from dumbassed people who are also not capable of Empathy.
