I was here for a quinceañera reception last night (yes, odd venue choice for such an event, but I…read morebelieve the family was on a budget). The main hall/dining area was kind of dreary, with old chandeliers that looked to be straight out of Disney's Haunted House ride. The staff was nice, though, and when we went to their bar downstairs to take a break from the booming Latin music for a few minutes, we were greeted by several bikers and their wenches as well as a friendly and generous-pouring bartender. This place serves Lech, a Heineken-esque Polish beer, as well as the often-overlooked and awesome War Eagle Kentucky straight bourbon, which helped the rest of the night upstairs go a tad more smoothly. The men's room was reminiscent of a scene in a mobster movie where a likable character is tortured and eventually killed. It was legit scary. So with that, I ask you, "How many Polacks does it take to clean a restroom?"

I sent this to the facility with no response so I am posting here. I was told during our event that…read morethere was also a mixup with the party the day before as they had it down for the wrong date. I do not recommend hosting an event here. Good morning. I wanted to express my disappointment with the party yesterday. I wanted to give feedback because that's how things improve. First, the place is really cool so I hope it continues to grow and is successful. When I got the information about the party, I was told that there were different options of equipment kids could play on, but that no one would need a login where we were set up. This was not true. One kid was playing Minecraft and the others wanted to join but couldn't because they didn't have a login. Roblox and we were figuring out how to get them logged in with different accounts so they could play together. There were a lot of other games available from what I could tell, but if there are specific popular games that won't be available or that the kids should bring login info for, that would be good to know. Especially since we ended up doing that for two hours. I won't get into the food because I think you're already aware that there seems to have been a miscommunication when we ordered specific food items several weeks ago and the party host had down there was no food order. This could be why the kids were playing games on free time for two hours before there was any food or drinks served. Since two hours had gone by and I was told it would take at least an hour for the tournament, I asked the party host to move along and set up Mario Kart. I was told there would be a set of rules as if the tournament was a very organized fun thing that would take a long time. First, it was not set up so all the kids could play in the "tournament." We had five kids which I notified of ahead of time, so arrangements could have been made ahead of time. The tournament took maybe 20 minutes because all it was was the kids playing Mario kart for a few laps and the host writing down where they placed and the score they got. The final thing that drove me to notify you was the goodie bags. What really bothers me is that I asked ahead of time about the goodie bags and if they were going to be good for this age group. The goodie bags had one or two dragon or dinosaur plastic toys. The candy was mini M & Ms, which was good. The rest was loose yellow candies that were wrapped up in the grass paper, even a loose piece of ice cream cone candy. I thought maybe one had broken open and it was just a fluke in that bag, but they all had this. Both those things usually come in wrappers so I don't know why everything was loose. The rest was Werther's candies, which is not really popular for kids. This is not at all the candy I was expecting, and the bags overall were disappointing. I appreciate that things can be laid back but some organization is needed. Overall, there needs to be a flow and energy to the party so that people coming and paying a lot of money for a party aren't thinking they could've just done this at home. Even though there were only five kids at this party it's one of them most expensive parties I have done and it really fell short. I had the impression you've been hosting parties for a while, but it seemed very new and I think there's a lot of room for improvement. Thank you

We had the private dining room because we were a party of 10. Very nice menu and an excellent wine list but on the pricey side. Started with crispy Calamari with a lemon caper tartar and a crispy artichoke with lemon aioli, Friese, peppers, and pecorino cheese. Both were very good. For mains. my wife ordered the scallops with mushrooms and asparagus risotto. She truly enjoyed it. I opted for the herb crusted lamb loin since I am a rack of lamb lover. It came with farro and sautéed spinach. Unfortunately I was disappointed. Others in the group raved about the pork chop. For dessert, we tried the chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache and chocolate cookie crumble. Much denser than a regular mouse, very good. Also the brown butter creme Brule. Almost as good as my mine which I got the recipe from a family friend Paul Bocuse.

I'm a tough critic, having worked in restaurants for a decade, so take this seriously: the service was impeccable and the food was perfect. The dining room is lively -- yes, it's noisy -- but that energy comes from a full house of happy diners, which tells you everything you need to know. We started with scallops: buttery, golden-crusted, and exquisitely tender. I had the veal saltimbocca -- one of my favorite dishes anywhere -- and Sergio's version is by far the best I've had. Dessert was a Basque cheesecake with a perfect balance of texture and sweetness. In five years, I have never had a bad meal or a lapse in service here. It isn't cheap, but it is absolutely worth every penny. Ignore the haters.

They also offer an enclosed atrium area, which seemed like a quieter option--but the heat was a bit too high for us, so we chose to sit inside. It was quite loud, so next time I would try the atrium area near the entrance for a more comfortable noise level. One of the highlights right away was the complimentary antipasto: a nice plate of mixed cheeses, olives, and sliced salami, along with a basket of bread. The thin, crispy salted bread was seriously addictive--so good! Paired well with our Aperol Spritz. We started by splitting the fried zucchini flower blossoms stuffed with ricotta, served over tomato sauce. You get two per order; they were good. For entrées, my friend ordered the Pollo Fino--strips of chicken breast topped with asparagus, shrimp, and mushrooms in a white wine citrus sauce. It came with four jumbo shrimp, and she said it was incredibly good. I had the Pappardelle alla Boschiola with prosciutto di Parma and green peas in a pink sauce. It was a generous portion and very tasty. I later noticed the menu included mushrooms, which didn't seem to be in my dish, but I did not catch it at the time. We finished by sharing the Napoleon dessert--my friend had raved about it. The flavor was good, and our server nicely split it for us, but the pastry layers were quite crunchy, making it challenging to eat. Overall, a fun atmosphere with tasty food. They have a big parking lot offering valet service.

Even though I…read morelive relatively close, there were a bunch of people staying over and I figured I would be wiped after the wedding - so I decided to stay. Location, layout, and cleanliness are the biggest positives Courtyard has IMO. It's not located in a heavy commercial area, but *is* right off a major highway which gives you access to several other areas of Westchester. The wedding was relatively far from the hotel in New Rochelle, but we were able to get there in under 20 minutes. The common areas and my room were very tidy - everything was in place and functional. The layout is kind of like a broken square that has a courtyard (name connection!) in the middle. Even though my room was at the very end of the hall (furthest from the lobby), there was an entrance to the hotel right by my room along with parking so there was no need to hike it to get in my car. I was in a king room which also had a couch that looked like it could be converted to a futon. There was a coffee machine with some samples, and a large bottle of water that cost $6. Bathroom was a simple setup - the toilet was old, I didn't have confidence flushing. The shower was the weakest part of the room - the head was old and water only came out of a few holes (it wasn't adjustable). The accommodations were fine - I imagine that many a wedding party stay here (there were three others staying here at the same time we were). The common area was spacious, they have a nice seating area with a bar, and separate rooms for more private gatherings. They also have a restaurant and a fitness center, but I didn't see/use them. There is an abundance of parking onsite, albeit they charge $10/night. Staff was pretty good - I didn't interact with many but my check in process was mostly smooth. Overall, I had a fine experience at Courtyard Rye - this is not in the most prime location, and it's not the fanciest place, but it's an ideal spot for a short stay if you're in the area for an event.

We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday here today and what could normally be a stressful day for most parents, ended up being such a breeze!! From the start, before the big day, communication was clear and we were given exact pricing. I went in a few weeks before the big day and the manager (?) was kind enough to give me a tour and a rundown of exactly how the time would be spent. For the first half hour, the kids have free range of the jungle gym area, that reminded me of Discovery Zone from my youth. The next half hour was spent in a separate room that had trampolines, rock walls, swings, bubbles, balls...it was kid heaven. Keep in mind our group had age ranges from 1 all the way to 11, and everyone seemed entertained! During the whole time the staff was super attentive and assisted any of the kids if they needed help. The last half hour we all moved to the food area that was decorated so beautifully, where everyone enjoyed the cake and food and again, the staff was super on point and handled everything. They served the kids food, they cut and served the cake, and they cleaned up when we were done! I can't reiterate enough how efficient the 3 women were!
