Great boba and milk tea, kind staff would recommend quality boba pearls and great taste

Sometimes, I can be a silly head. I saw the sign outside and I took it literal. I was like "if it's part tea, what's the other part?" And my bf goes "babe, it's figuratively, it's pronounced like partY" Smh. Aye aye. Anyways... I have to say, I think this is a solid boba shop for the area. I got something simple, a taro smoothie with boba. The boba pearls had a nice chewy texture, and the brown sugar sweet tasting. The taro was fine. It had a nice slushy consistency and I do like that the cups here are thick and stumpy looking. Not overly expensive. Priced fine. I do want to try other flavors, and maybe add pudding next time. read more

I think I found my new favorite boba spot in the valley! I stumbled upon this boba spot while waiting for my food next door and decided to give it a try and it was delicious! I got the strawberry banana smoothie with boba and wasn't too sweet and was blended perfectly. They have a few board games inside while you wait or if you want to hang out inside. read more

Solid option for milk tea and boba in the area. It was pretty empty when I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and service was quick and friendly. There's plenty of bench seating along with tables and chairs and it was pretty clean when I stopped by. This cute little boba store in the Los Angeles Valley was the place we chose to satisfy our boba craving on a Sunday afternoon. Upon entering the store, the place reminded me a lot of the older and more traditional boba places with sticker decals on the walls. The cashier was very polite in taking an 8 person order and helped us check out rather quickly. Word on the street was they are known for their cheese foam drinks. Following this advice, I ordered the Jasmine Tea with Cheese Foam. When receiving my drink, I was astounded by the size of the cup - the biggest regular size drink I've ever received! Though the cup was large, the drink did not have a sip cap and I didn't want to remove the straw up, so I had to mix the two layers of Jasmine tea and cheese foam together. The two layers after being mixed complimented each other very well to become a lighter and still refreshing summer milk tea drink. They have two sizes of cups; regular and large. If you've never been to a true asian boba place their cups are shorter but wider. The "regular" is massive! The inside was clean and put together. No public bathrooms currently for those that are wondering. The drinks came out pretty fast and their large size was definitely worth the price. It does remind me of T-pumps as others mention since the cup looks similar and the menu definitely is very identical with the colorful words (flavors). They also use syrups for flavoring FYI for those that don't like syrups and prefer the more natural way of getting subtle flavors out ingredients. I think the drinks come a little sweet, so I opt for 50% sweetness on my rose oolong cheese foam and it was perfect. The rose flavor and lavender was very distinct. The other drink we got at 75% sweetness was just way too sweet. So if you're not into sweets or don't have a large sweet tooth, I'd definitely recommend you tone down the sugar. read more

One of my favorite boba spots in the valley! Swing by for a quick grab and go boba and was not disappointed. We got an iced coffee with boba and I got a taro milk tea with boba. Both were SO good, not overly sweet. A lot of coffee boba drinks always taste like more sugar than actual coffee, but not here! Honestly? One of the best, most consistent boba shops I've had in LA (or at least in the Valley area). This place is not too expensive, with consistently good drinks and boba quality. Yes outside and plaza can be a little "sus", but take my word for it: this place is a hidden gem for large quantities of cheap, yummy boba! Reminds me of TPUMPS with the drink and flavor customization, with a few premade drinks. It should be noted that I'm pretty sure they use syrup instead of real ingredients and creamers instead of milk (hence the cheap price). I ordered a White Peach Oolong Green MT and a Tiramisu MT. I should warn you guys their drinks tend to run really sweet, so I would at least tone the sugar levels down a notch. I got 50% sugar for mines, and wow, it was perfect. In the white peach oolong, you can really taste the tea flavor once the sugar levels have been toned down. The tiramisu MT tasted... well like a tiramisu cake grounded up. It didn't taste as heavy of syrup as the white peach, but I feel like any of their drinks that aren't build your own use at least some real ingredients. If you build you own drink, they probably use sugar syrup, like at TPUMPS. But the highlight of their store is the boba. This place has one of the best boba pearl consistencies and tastes I've had so far in LA. Their boba pearls were really chewy, and they actually have a good amount of taste to them! Most boba shops lack taste in their pearls, but this shop begs to differ. If you come visit this shop, make sure to order their boba pearls. I just wish they added more pearls to the large drink size, since I feel like the amount of pearls they add to the large and small drink sizes are the same. I had about 1/3 of drink left after finishing the pearls. read more

Restrooms currently closed. Their honey boba was pretty good - I really liked the sweetness it had. Texture wise it's on the firmer side, but still tasty. Jasmine milk tea has really strong floral tones (plus for some, minus for others; was alright with me), and the classic black milk tea also had a nice aromatic taste. Both were really good! Stopped by for a quick boba break after a long day work. They are located in the same plaza with Starbucks and there were plenty of parking available when we got there. We ordered the oolong milk tea with cheese foam and the coffee milk tea. I really like the cheese foam topping and it blends so well with the oolong tea. The boba is fresh and chewy as well. The only thing is that I probably should have reduced the sugar level a little bit but other than than everything was perfect. I'm excited to try to matcha latte probably next time. Lots to choose from here. Can't wait to come back for more. Also the inside doesn't look like it's completely open. There is a small table inside but it was blocked by a long table in the front. If you are like me and cannot study at home, this is a new study spot, mom and pop shop alert! My old study spot became a lounge which decreased its conduciveness to my ability to study there immensely, hence.. Thank God for Yelp because I was able to find this place! This is my new fave place to study! Plenty of outlets and table space to study, play games, meet up with friends and family over some boba. There are some great eats in the same plaza in case you get hungry during your long hours working. Parking can be a little tight. But keep circling, you're bound to get one. The drinks might look huge, but I feel when I look around, people including myself can demolish the drink in under one hour. So size up. My fave drink is the passion fruit tea 50% sweet with lychee jelly. I'm writing a review now because the delicious gelato shop next door closed. It too was a mom and pop shop. So I write this review in hopes to keep this place poppin'. I've been delaying writing a review because I didn't want to share my new study spot, but I haven't been studying like I should.
