Solid option for milk tea and boba in the area. It was pretty empty when I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and service was quick and friendly. There's plenty of bench seating along with tables and chairs and it was pretty clean when I stopped by. I had the Oolong Milk Tea with Cheese Foam and boba and it was the perfect sweet treat after having ramen in the same plaza.
This cute little boba store in the Los Angeles Valley was the place we chose to satisfy our boba craving on a Sunday afternoon. Upon entering the store, the place reminded me a lot of the older and more traditional boba places with sticker decals on the walls. The cashier was very polite in taking an 8 person order and helped us check out rather quickly. Word on the street was they are known for their cheese foam drinks. Following this advice, I ordered the Jasmine Tea with Cheese Foam. When receiving my drink, I was astounded by the size of the cup - the biggest regular size drink I've ever received! Though the cup was large, the drink did not have a sip cap and I didn't want to remove the straw up, so I had to mix the two layers of Jasmine tea and cheese foam together. The two layers after being mixed complimented each other very well to become a lighter and still refreshing summer milk tea drink. Overall, this is not the best boba place ever but satisfied our needs on a warm summer day!
I finally made it over here and it's not too far from where I live! Woo hoo! The taro boba smoothie (my go to drink), and mango smoothie are both really good. Not a lot of ambiance here but grab your boba to go. *orders are made quickly *free parking available in lot but can get busy from 5:30 - 7pm during the week *located in same pod mall as Starbucks & Fresh Mediterranean Grill
Easily one of the best boba spots in the valley. This place is a *partea* for your tastebuds. The drinks are all flavorful, carefully crafted, and delicious. They make a very refreshing, perfectly sweet, Honey Lemon Black Iced Tea with fresh, chewy boba that always keeps me coming back for more. In addition to its consistently excellent/efficient service, Partea Boba offers fresh teas, a variety of flavors, and plenty of options to choose from whether you want smoothies, milk teas, fruit teas, or slushies--there's something for everyone. Their boba pearls are my favorite addition to their teas and I get them every time I go. They have a small indoor area to hang out in, with tables throughout, and some games available for customers to play. Not only are the drinks here excellent, but the service is what makes this place stand out with staff that are pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. This is a boba spot definitely worth checking out
Decent spot; drinks weren't the freshest/highest quality but you get a very large portion for a cheap price. They have quite a few options to choose from in terms of flavors, toppings, etc. If you're looking for a reasonably priced boba spot with generous portions, this is the place for you.

I think I found my new favorite boba spot in the valley! I stumbled upon this boba spot while waiting for my food next door and decided to give it a try and it was delicious! I got the strawberry banana smoothie with boba and wasn't too sweet and was blended perfectly. They have a few board games inside while you wait or if you want to hang out inside. read more
|[ t e a t a s t e ]| I'll admit I have high expectations for milk teas and judge them on whether I can actually taste the tea without sugar (I don't eat added sugar), sadly not much of a tea taste in the oolong MT no sugar w/ boba. Imo milk teas should have the tea aroma so that's something I'd love to see improve here. |[ n o t e s ]| Price point is high ($8.29- I also subbed soy milk), size is decent. Parking lot was easy on a Sat evening. Service was fine, ambiance a regular boba shop w seating and board games. I don't mind price being high but I do look for correlating quality and taste not dependent on sugar. read more
Grabbed a boba filled Jasmine (Oat) Milk Tea and LOVED it! I mentioned to the nice gal behind the counter I don't like sweet drinks and she recommended which teat to get and adjusted the sugar level to my liking! Can't wait to go back and try more flavors!!! read more

Boba is great and super friendly quick service. Parking lot still sucks but at least the boba is good. Sadly this last visit my drink cup had a hole in it and leaked a bit in my cup holder on the way home. Either way still delicious and glad to have a great boba spot close to work. read more
Upon walking in we got hit with he pleasant aroma of the boba and drink mixes ~ i love this sweet smell. The shop is quiet and clean. The owner it seemed to be was very nice. The size of the cups are HUGE! and the drink was delicious. If you have the chance, you should try it out! read more

Not a good place to order! Anything you ask, the answer is NO! You can't ask for a large size for smoothies or slushies. You can't even get a receipt. Not ordering from here again!!! read more

Huge beverages! Service is excellent, ambiance is great! I got a iced matcha and my lady got a Thai tea! So sweet and delicious the matcha is more raw and earthy, the Thai tea is super refreshing and perfectly sweetened!!! Thank you team!!! read more

I was satisfied with their thai tea drink, with 25% sweetness and light ice. I'm so relieved the cashier warned us that the drinks were pretty sweet (I had to ask as it was my first time, and couldn't decide what sugar level to get); I think any sugar level greater than 25% would've been too sweet for me to enjoy. The even their regular size is enormous, so for about $5.85 per drink, it's really a steal... I've been to boba places where the drinks are much smaller and almost $7. I took off a star because I didn't love the boba balls - they were an awkward size for me. Everything tasted fine, but the boba seemed to be a hybrid of small and normal boba so they weren't as chewy as I would have liked. My sister and her friend ordered the jasmine green milk tea and black milk tea. Out of the three (thai, jasmine, and black), I would say my favorite had to be the black tea for the roasted flavor and stronger tea taste. I would definitely come back to try other flavors. read more
Stopped by one evening after having dinner at another restaurant in the same complex. The place was empty. They had a lot of different beverage options. They have two sizes of cups; regular and large. If you've never been to a true asian boba place their cups are shorter but wider. The "regular" is massive! The inside was clean and put together. They even have little games you can take to the table and play with friends while sipping on your drinks. Just got the house milk tea with boba which you can't really go wrong with. Only down side is parking at this place. When you come during a busy time the parking lot is packed. The spaces are small too so you know how that goes with the way people drive/park here in LA.... Easily one of the best boba and matcha drinks I have had! Swung by right at opening, partly my fault thinking they open at 10 or 11 like most places do but they don't open until noon so be warned! I was greeted by Kent, friendly guy who gets to your order quick even being the only customer. I ordered the Uji matcha with cheese foam and boba, came to about $6 and my only change for the future would be light ice because they do kinda go heavy on it. But let me tell you - the drink was fantastic! Smooth matcha flavor with great taste, not too sweet, boba was chewy and soft, and that cheese foam is amazing! It pairs so well, it's a bit sweet but also creamy to counter the texture of the drink. read more
One of my favorite boba spots in the valley! Swing by for a quick grab and go boba and was not disappointed. We got an iced coffee with boba and I got a taro milk tea with boba. Both were SO good, not overly sweet. A lot of coffee boba drinks always taste like more sugar than actual coffee, but not here! My husband and I kept swapping drinks back and forth because we enjoyed both of them so much. Highly recommend checking this place out! read more

We ordered the large lavender milk tea with less ice and 75% sweetness and the rose oolong with cheese foam with less ice and 50% sweetness. They currently have indoor seating with about 4 tables. No public bathrooms currently for those that are wondering. The drinks came out pretty fast and their large size was definitely worth the price. It does remind me of T-pumps as others mention since the cup looks similar and the menu definitely is very identical with the colorful words (flavors). They also use syrups for flavoring FYI for those that don't like syrups and prefer the more natural way of getting subtle flavors out ingredients. I think the drinks come a little sweet, so I opt for 50% sweetness on my rose oolong cheese foam and it was perfect. The rose flavor and lavender was very distinct. The other drink we got at 75% sweetness was just way too sweet. So if you're not into sweets or don't have a large sweet tooth, I'd definitely recommend you tone down the sugar. read more

We ordered two teas (Roasted Oolong milk tea & Taro milk tea) and they were both very tasty. The taro is really good and the boba is a good texture. There were only two guys working but they got it out pretty quickly considering how busy it was. The inside was cozy and comfortable and they offered some board games to play. read more

Honestly? One of the best, most consistent boba shops I've had in LA (or at least in the Valley area). This place is not too expensive, with consistently good drinks and boba quality. Yes outside and plaza can be a little "sus", but take my word for it: this place is a hidden gem for large quantities of cheap, yummy boba! Reminds me of TPUMPS with the drink and flavor customization, with a few premade drinks. It should be noted that I'm pretty sure they use syrup instead of real ingredients and creamers instead of milk (hence the cheap price). I ordered a White Peach Oolong Green MT and a Tiramisu MT. I should warn you guys their drinks tend to run really sweet, so I would at least tone the sugar levels down a notch. I got 50% sugar for mines, and wow, it was perfect. In the white peach oolong, you can really taste the tea flavor once the sugar levels have been toned down. The tiramisu MT tasted... well like a tiramisu cake grounded up. It didn't taste as heavy of syrup as the white peach, but I feel like any of their drinks that aren't build your own use at least some real ingredients. If you build you own drink, they probably use sugar syrup, like at TPUMPS. But the highlight of their store is the boba. This place has one of the best boba pearl consistencies and tastes I've had so far in LA. Their boba pearls were really chewy, and they actually have a good amount of taste to them! Most boba shops lack taste in their pearls, but this shop begs to differ. If you come visit this shop, make sure to order their boba pearls. I just wish they added more pearls to the large drink size, since I feel like the amount of pearls they add to the large and small drink sizes are the same. I had about 1/3 of drink left after finishing the pearls. read more

They make you pay for the topping and yet they hardly put any of it your drink, if they are going to charge for the topping on top of the drink they should a least put a decent amount of. read more

Stopped by for a quick boba break after a long day work. They are located in the same plaza with Starbucks and there were plenty of parking available when we got there. We ordered the oolong milk tea with cheese foam and the coffee milk tea. I really like the cheese foam topping and it blends so well with the oolong tea. The boba is fresh and chewy as well. The only thing is that I probably should have reduced the sugar level a little bit but other than than everything was perfect. I'm excited to try to matcha latte probably next time. Lots to choose from here. Can't wait to come back for more. Also the inside doesn't look like it's completely open. There is a small table inside but it was blocked by a long table in the front. I would suggest take out for the time being. read more

Tried green tea with guava + lychee flavor with honey boba and no sweetener (cold). It was really good - the flavors blended well together and the drink was sweet enough to cover up the bitterness of the tea. It left a s ret and sour after taste which I really liked. On a chill day like this, hot tea would be a great option! Plenty of parking available and max 5 people allowed inside. Easy to pay and pick your drink! read more

Pretty decent spot to get boba in the valley. Its not the best quality, but not the worse. They are very generous with their toppings and prices. The service is very fast here too. The portions are HUGE and the cost is pretty good. I got a jasmin green tea with sea salt foam and it was bomb. There are many tables and seats along the wall of the place to sit with your friends. read more

Yum!! I got the roasted oolong cheese foam with boba, and the dirty milk tea with boba. The cheese foam actually wasn't very cheesy or salty at all hence the -1 star. Overall I actually really enjoyed this spot. They have a Tpumps-looking menu design so I was kinda concerned I'd get Tpumps quality but ai was pleasantly surprised! I also got 50% sugar and less ice as usual and I think that was perfect for me. When I went, they weren't allowing sit-down dining nor did they have outdoor seating. But I was able to walk in and order at the front. Lastly, looking at the pictures, I hella thought these were gna be small portions like Starbucks tall sizes. Which was nice since I had just eaten ayce kbbq. But they're actually like Starbucks grande size but THICC. so 24oz is their smallest size. had me shook when I got my order LMAO. The prices here are average for CA boba nowadays! Which is expensive in my book bc I'm used to the good ol $3-$4 days :( read more

I would give this place 3.5 stars, there are just too many good boba places nowadays to give it 4 stars. It is a clean shop with an adorable name and a wide variety of drinks, including milk teas, fruit teas, ice milks, slushies and smoothies. I got the jasmine milk tea with whole milk and boba and would give it 4 stars. The jasmine tea was pleasantly aromatic with only a slight bitterness. The boba is well sweetened and was just a touch too soft. I usually get my drinks less sweet, but I went with the regular sweetness and it was a good level. The other two drinks were not as good. The ice milk with brown sugar wasn't overly sweet and it was ok, but a bit icy and bland. My cousin got the oolong tea with cheese foam and didn't like it, she rated it a 2, saying the foam wasn't cheesy at all and the oolong tea didn't really taste like oolong. The price was ok considering the regular size is a bit bigger than average. read more

You're getting a buck for your bang because of the portion sizes here. This place makes your drinks very fast & it tastes very good. I can't help but to wonder if this is owned by the same owner as T-pumps because it's very similar. read more
