Solid option for milk tea and boba in the area. It was pretty empty when I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and service was quick and friendly. There's plenty of bench seating along with tables and chairs and it was pretty clean when I stopped by. I had the Oolong Milk Tea with Cheese Foam and boba and it was the perfect sweet treat after having ramen in the same plaza.
|[ t e a t a s t e ]| I'll admit I have high expectations for milk teas and judge them on whether I can actually taste the tea without sugar (I don't eat added sugar), sadly not much of a tea taste in the oolong MT no sugar w/ boba. Imo milk teas should have the tea aroma so that's something I'd love to see improve here. |[ n o t e s ]| Price point is high ($8.29- I also subbed soy milk), size is decent. Parking lot was easy on a Sat evening. Service was fine, ambiance a regular boba shop w seating and board games. I don't mind price being high but I do look for correlating quality and taste not dependent on sugar.
Boba is great and super friendly quick service. Parking lot still sucks but at least the boba is good. Sadly this last visit my drink cup had a hole in it and leaked a bit in my cup holder on the way home. Either way still delicious and glad to have a great boba spot close to work.
Upon walking in we got hit with he pleasant aroma of the boba and drink mixes ~ i love this sweet smell. The shop is quiet and clean. The owner it seemed to be was very nice. The size of the cups are HUGE! and the drink was delicious. If you have the chance, you should try it out!
My first time there I was next door at For the Win, and stepping in to get a taro smoothie with boba which is my favorite of all! Very good and tasty It was my first time trying that place I ll go back

Ordered the mango smoothie. Found it to be refreshing. Only a 4 star due to not being asked how sweet. I'm not even sure if it's possible. But fairly sweet for those who have a sweet tooth.
I finally made it over here and it's not too far from where I live! Woo hoo! The taro boba smoothie (my go to drink), and mango smoothie are both really good. This cute little boba store in the Los Angeles Valley was the place we chose to satisfy our boba craving on a Sunday afternoon. Upon entering the store, the place reminded me a lot of the older and more traditional boba places with sticker decals on the walls. The cashier was very polite in taking an 8 person order and helped us check out rather quickly. Word on the street was they are known for their cheese foam drinks. Following this advice, I ordered the Jasmine Tea with Cheese Foam. When receiving my drink, I was astounded by the size of the cup - the biggest regular size drink I've ever received! Though the cup was large, the drink did not have a sip cap and I didn't want to remove the straw up, so I had to mix the two layers of Jasmine tea and cheese foam together. The two layers after being mixed complimented each other very well to become a lighter and still refreshing summer milk tea drink. Overall, this is not the best boba place ever but satisfied our needs on a warm summer day!
Huge beverages! Service is excellent, ambiance is great! I got a iced matcha and my lady got a Thai tea! So sweet and delicious the matcha is more raw and earthy, the Thai tea is super refreshing and perfectly sweetened!!! Thank you team!!!
Easily one of the best boba spots in the valley. This place is a *partea* for your tastebuds. The drinks are all flavorful, carefully crafted, and delicious. They make a very refreshing, perfectly sweet, Honey Lemon Black Iced Tea with fresh, chewy boba that always keeps me coming back for more. In addition to its consistently excellent/efficient service, Partea Boba offers fresh teas, a variety of flavors, and plenty of options to choose from whether you want smoothies, milk teas, fruit teas, or slushies--there's something for everyone. Their boba pearls are my favorite addition to their teas and I get them every time I go. They have a small indoor area to hang out in, with tables throughout, and some games available for customers to play. Not only are the drinks here excellent, but the service is what makes this place stand out with staff that are pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. This is a boba spot definitely worth checking out

You're getting a buck for your bang because of the portion sizes here. This place makes your drinks very fast & it tastes very good. I can't help but to wonder if this is owned by the same owner as T-pumps because it's very similar. read more
I enjoyed getting milk tea here. My favorite drink is jasmine green milk tea. I tried a few other drinks such as oolong milk tea, earl grey milK tea, dirty milk tea, but jasmine green milk tea is still my favorite. I usually ask for extra sweet, less ice because even with extra sweet, my drink is still not sweet enough. They have loyalty card for every drink you purchase so make sure to ask for it if they don't offer it to you. The first few times I was there, the cashiers did not offer it until one time another one actually told us about it. Parking can be hectic since the lot is tiny and people don't always park right which makes it very hard to find a decent spot. Staff is friendly although some don't look too happy working there. read more
Can't believe I haven't written a review for this place! I was pretty sad at the lack of good boba options when I first moved to the valley and a few months later, this place opened up. I've been going here since! It's the ONLY place for good boba in the valley. My boyfriend and I would come here to pick up drinks, and then drive to a different boba shop to get snacks like popcorn chicken, fries, and calamari. I hope they will eventually add snacks to their menu so we could just make one stop here lol. Partea has a pretty good variety of fruit teas and milk teas, as well as cheese foam drinks. I really like that you can adjust the sweetness here because their 75% is still pretty sweet for me! Drinks come out to be about $5 each when you add boba, which isn't bad because their regular sized cups are huge! read more
I wanted to try a new boba spot that was closer to me in Sherman Oaks. I always give my first impression with the classic black milk tea with boba, so that's what I got here. This was refreshing on a very hot day in April and it was a pretty decent price for the size I got. I gave this a 4 out of five because although it was good, it's not quite in the same league as the boba spots you'll find in Koreatown or even in the Bay Area. read more

I don't know what it is about this place but they make the best Jasmine milk tea. Every. single. time. I've been to every other Boba place in the area and none come close to this business. I don't really interact with anyone but their service is amazing, like you can just feel that calm vibe when entering. Definitely recommend trying this place out, don't forget to tip and support their business! The next time I go I'll add a photo of their drinks so y'all can see ‼ read more
Greet boba place in Van Nuys! I was at 99 ranch and since I had a light lunch, decided to treat myself to a drink. Parking lot was spacious and had a lot of doors - lotsa yummy businesses in this complex and the one I've! Got there either get a milk tea with boba or a grape fruit green tea with lychee jelly. I decided on the latter and was very happy with my drink! It was refreshing and not too sweet! Overall a great place - will definitely come back as I am in this hood often enough! read more

New boba place in The Valley! They have cheese foam here (which I will try in a future visit), but I wanted to try their regular milk teas first. I had peach milk tea and it had an interesting taste to it. It tasted good when I sipped my drink, but had a somewhat artificial taste on the way down. The boba wasn't soft as I was hoping. Was in the mood for boba after leaving Super King supermarket one day. Yelped what boba was nearby and found Partea Boba. Thank you, Yelp! I placed our order over the phone with ease! So shout out to whoever took my order :) I was also stuck between two drinks and she recommended I get the tiramisu milk tea boba. YUM! We got that, iced passion fruit/lychee black tea, and extra boba for our kid. Parking in this plaza where Partea Boba is located is typically full most of the time, but I'm guessing since COVID, it hasn't been as packed. Parking spaces are tight, but luckily, not too many cars are there. Put my mask on and walked in. Greeted with hellos and smizes. My order was there waiting for me. I paid with card, went through, said thanks, and walked out. Again, ordering and getting our drinks was a breeze! Really appreciate it! Will I come here again? Yes. read more
BEST BOBA SPOT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO The drinks are all very well made and the boba is perfect: chewy, sweet, and tasty. We get the Taro and the Rose Milk Tea every single time. Always large of course, well worth the price! Great place to hangout and play games with friends too! read more
A bit skeptical when I first came but this place is a decent study spot with solid boba drinks. Outlets and wifi are available, and the music isn't too loud - though sometimes the blender can be. Restrooms currently closed. Their honey boba was pretty good - I really liked the sweetness it had. Texture wise it's on the firmer side, but still tasty. Jasmine milk tea has really strong floral tones (plus for some, minus for others; was alright with me), and the classic black milk tea also had a nice aromatic taste. Both were really good! Prices around $6 range but they do have larger portions (24oz) and decent quality. read more
The drinks at this place are HUGE! Service has always been quick and drinks have consistently been great! I love the taro smoothie with pudding. I have yet to try normal bubble tea but the slushees and smoothies I have gotten here have been all good!! read more

My friends and I were craving boba and decided to stop by since we were already in the area! There were so many options on the menu, but we ended up ordering the black, jasmine, and thai milk teas. The cashier was very friendly and when asked about the sweetness levels, mentioned it was pretty sweet. I got the black milk tea with 25% sugar and boba, but still thought it was still too sweet (maybe because the boba also is coated in sugar) so would definitely get 0% next time. The boba pearls were smaller than what I'm used to but still good. The portions are also HUGE, making it so worth it for the price. read more
Stopped by to get some Boba with the family. Staff was friendly and made my order really quick. We ordered 5 drinks. I had the jasmine milk green tea with cheese foam. I liked it but I wish I would have asked for 50/75 % sweet, just a heads up if you prefer less sweet. My parents ordered a brown sugar milk tea with honey boba and black milk tea with tiramisu foam. They also had good feedback on their drinks, but said the same about the sweetness. My younger siblings ordered strawberry slushes and loved them! Another call out is that I was a little confused because I wasn't sure from their yelp page/website if I had to call or order online only. When we got there it was super easy to order in store, so just wanted to point that out for anyone that you can order in-stores as well. Overall good experience! read more
If you are like me and cannot study at home, this is a new study spot, mom and pop shop alert! My old study spot became a lounge which decreased its conduciveness to my ability to study there immensely, hence.. Thank God for Yelp because I was able to find this place! This is my new fave place to study! Plenty of outlets and table space to study, play games, meet up with friends and family over some boba. There are some great eats in the same plaza in case you get hungry during your long hours working. Parking can be a little tight. But keep circling, you're bound to get one. The drinks might look huge, but I feel when I look around, people including myself can demolish the drink in under one hour. So size up. My fave drink is the passion fruit tea 50% sweet with lychee jelly. I'm writing a review now because the delicious gelato shop next door closed. It too was a mom and pop shop. So I write this review in hopes to keep this place poppin'. I've been delaying writing a review because I didn't want to share my new study spot, but I haven't been studying like I should. Great selection of tea and milk tea! It gives the satisfaction of having a boba drink in your hand but it really doesn't stand out to me. Here's why.. I ordered brown sugar milk tea with boba and cheese foam. They didn't ask me for the sugar level so they probably just went regular amount. It was too sweet for me. I didnt care much about that. The cheese foam killed it for me, tastes like butter. Compared to the cheese foam I've tried in other places, it is doesn't have that salty sweet taste to it. Made me feel sated with just half my regular drink. I noticed there's are a bunch of Filipino staff, I love it! The word for what I experienced with the cheese foam is that I felt "umay". Do not know how to express that word in English. I love that boba beads tho. It was just the right amount of chewiness. This place is great for studying in groups or by yourself. It is cozy and you dont feel uncomfortable sitting there for a long time. Their decor is so random all over: stars hanging by the glass window, bonjour paris on one wall, a framed artichoke and another is an islander lead. I'm torn between 3 or 4 stars but I used their restroom, it was pretty clean. Also their staff is nice so that's a plus. read more

The drinks are decent. Partea Boba has your staple boba options, and some fun seasonal ones as well. They offer a stamp card, so be sure to ask for one if it's your first time! If you get 10 stamps (drinks), you get 1 regular drink for free, however, the stamp card specifically says that you cannot combine cards, which is a bummer. I ordered the Aurora Mango Tea and a Lychee Kiwi Slush. There were hardly any mango chunks in the Aurora which was a tad disappointing, but the flavor was good. Personally, I wouldn't recommend getting the Aurora even though it's a seasonal beverage. My boyfriend said really enjoys the Lychee Kiwi Slush, but recommends switching out the honey boba with lychee jelly instead. If it's close by, Partea Boba is worth going to. If not, I wouldn't go out of my way to get drinks from here. read more

I had to write a review because this place just made it to my top places to get boba from! . First this signature Aurora Tea, I got the Mango flavor. It's sweat and lemonade-like. If you're like me who loves sweet and sour you'll like this one plus these colors are beautiful! . Second the Hokkaido Milk Tea - Not all Boba places carry it and when they do, it's practically butterscotch candy. Not the case at Partea Boba! This place has fun stuff like Brown sugar milk tea and tiramisu milk tea ect. Can't wait to try it. I had Thai tea. It's not as potent as in a Thai restaurant so if you like the flavor you may not like this one as much. But it's still good and the milk tea is good too but again less sweet. Sometimes that's a good thing. Place is clean. The portion is big and huge which I like a lot. Quick reviews just for you ! read more
Delicious!! This is one of the best teas I've had so far in the valley, hands down. We got white peach coconut slushee (you can get one flavor, or combine from all the options) and oolong milk tea. We requested the oolong milk tea 25% sweet and it was really nice, very nice oolong flavor with a creaminess from the pudding topping we added. If you don't like your drink to be too sweet, I highly recommend this one. It's got a nice earthy (?) aftertaste. You can't adjust the sweetness of the slushee without sacrificing some of the flavor since they use syrup to make it. So I got it regular, which I was slightly nervous about since I always order my drinks with adjusted sweetness. But it was tasty! It's definitely a dessert drink but very lovely and refreshing! read more

Partea Boba is serious about the quality of their drinks and honey boba. My group ordered a variety of drinks and we were all curious so we sipped on each other s drinks to get a taste of each unique concoction. I've got to say, I am impressed. To preface: all of our drinks were ordered with boba. AURORA TEA (5/5): So incredibly tasty, refreshing, infused with unique fruity flavors and delicious. This was my brother's order but I'd totally get this next time. The cup size for this is different, and a bit smaller and taller than the ones reserved for milk tea boba drinks. HOKKAIDO MILK TEA (5/5): This one is a little different from black tea because it contains a powder and brown sugar in the drink. I asked for 50% sweetness and it was great. It all depends on what level sweetness you like but I loved it. I could have asked for less sweetener but again, that's a preference. UJI MATCHA CHEESE FOAM LATTE (5/5): Fantastic. No words. A (relatively new) classic. MATCHA LATTE (4/5): Only docked a point because it tasted a bit more bitter than the other drinks, especially for 100% sweetness. Although in their defense it did taste like authentic matcha. The service was great, and there was plenty of seating available for customers. PARKING Available for free in the plaza lot read more
Love this place! One of the best boba spots in my opinion. I've tried a variety of their drinks, and we are addicted! They have stamp cards they give out which is great. You can customize your drink to your liking. Some of their options are sweet and I usually ask for no sweetener or 50%. They also have coconut milk. My fave is their jasmine tea with cheese foam! I'm not a fan of their matcha btw... Their drink portions are large!good value. It's never very crowded and there's plenty of space to sit and enjoy yourself. I been eyeing this place since I was usually ending my work days at Starbucks. Unfortunately I had to switch location and I wasn't able to try it. Luckily I came back to that Starbucks and It was time to try it . I walked in and asked the Employee what's the most popular drink she answered the Taro I'm like ok I'll try that and can you add pudding which is my fave.. I also had notice on tHere yelp they had a colorful drink so I asked her if I could get one too... she said the mango one is her fave...so I got it.. Ima be real honest I had the Taro it was good kind of reminded me of the nestle quick strawberry the pudding was on point .. my sister said she love the Aurora mango tea .. The drink that I ordered tasted good at first but overtime it had a weird after taste. I ordered the matcha latte with cheese foam. My mom ordered a strawberry black tea with cheese foam. My mom did not like her drink. This place used to be a crepe spot. The interior is nice. My mom and I played connect 4 here. They also have jenga that you can play with. They have an inspirational quote framed up under a hello neon sign. My mom and I ordered a small and they were more like a large. I would not go here again. This place gets the Boba AND the juice right! And theres not a lot of places that can do that -- either just the boba is good & the juice sucks or the other way around. The fact that theyre very generous with their sizing is a BIG bonus, too (pun intended)!!! read more
