They have…read moreone five star review for months, then I post my 1 star review that brings their total down to a 3.5...but then, very conveniently, only a day later, they get 2, super generic, five star reviews both within an hour of each other? Right...that's not suspicious at all. Funny cuz if they just responded to me and apologized I probably would have taken this down...very telling about what kind of business this is. They don't care about their current patients, they'd rather just scam new people into coming to them. I was actually going to keep going here, but now? Definitely not. So sketchy. Original review: The receptionist is so incredibly rude, she flat out picked a fight with me because she gave me the wrong address on the phone so I was late (even though I was 20 minutes early to the location she gave me) and when I got there she scolded me like a child. It was crazy, like she was actually trying to pick a fight. Like I get it's annoying when someone's late but why are you making this a personal offense against you? I think she wanted me to fight with her or something. I just stayed silent but it was seriously so weird, I've never experienced anything like it before. My first visit too. The doctor was...fine. But she didn't do a checkup really. She barely examined me. She gave me all the referrals I needed which was great but I've had all the doctors I was referred to ask me questions like "did you primary care doctor look at xyz" and I'm like...no lol she didn't do anything...but there aren't a lot of doctors who take my insurance so...yeah. If you can go somewhere else go somewhere else.

Dr. Armin Arasheban is an old-school doctor in the best sense of the word. He seems to take care of…read moreeach patient as though they were a member of his own family--proactive, thoughtful, and always putting the person first. I've never met Dr. Arasheban personally, but I've been a physician for over 10 years and have encountered many patients who have him as their doctor. What has always stood out to me is how consistently they speak about him with a level of appreciation and trust that goes beyond simply being satisfied with their medical care. That kind of relationship between a physician and patient is increasingly rare. The impression I've gotten over the years is of a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and takes personal responsibility for helping them navigate their health. That deserves recognition.

I have been a patient of Dr. Armin S. Arasheben for approximately five years. When I first became…read morehis patient, I was very satisfied with his care. He was attentive, professional, followed up on my lab results, and made sure important primary-care matters were addressed. Unfortunately, my experience with the practice has gradually changed significantly. Over time, the office appears to have shifted away from the level of personal and professional medical care I initially received. Much of my care has been handled by nurse practitioners, and I have had several experiences that raised serious concerns for me regarding attention to detail and professionalism. On multiple occasions, incorrect prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy, and I was the one who noticed the errors. When I brought one of these incidents to Dr. Arasheben's attention, I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously or adequately addressed. Initially, I treated it as an isolated mistake, but over time I experienced additional issues that caused me to lose confidence in the practice. Most recently, when I asked about my overdue annual physical, I was told that it was my responsibility to keep track of when my annual examinations were due. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the level of care, I was essentially told that if I was unhappy, I could find another primary-care physician. After being a patient for five years, this was extremely disappointing. In my experience, the practice today feels much more focused on running and expanding a business than providing the attentive, disciplined primary care that I received when I first became a patient. Based on my recent experiences, particularly the repeated prescription errors and the response to my concerns, I can no longer recommend this practice as a primary-care provider.
