Came to the doctor and I had an infection and he told me to make an appointment for 4 months later even though I need a specialist. Now I'm infection has progressed and I have to get an amputation. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE doctor he just laughs in your face and watches as your illness gets worse and keeps telling you to go to urgent care when you've already been 100 times. Someone should file a lawsuit against him for malpractice I highly advise against seeing him unless your already healthy and just want to be able to say you saw your doctor. I have been coming to Dr. Kim Robert for years he has help diagnose many things that other doctors couldn't he is a very experienced doctor and I can't think I'm enough for what for what he's done for me and my family. This doctor's license has to be taken away from him. I went to his office for the first time, he did not answer any of my questions. His office was so dirty and smelled like mildew. As if there was a dead animal in the walls. He looked like he just left the trashcan. Did not look like a doctor at all. When I asked home if I could tell him about my health challenges, he said he does not have time to was and he has other patients. From the time I was in his office until I left, I spent a bit 8 minutes in his office. I don't think he is a doctor. He was so out of it and wired looking. Don't recommend this person at all!!!! After they received my blood test results which he had ordered in that 8 minutes, he had his receptionist call me to tell me my blood results are in and my" sugar" is high?? What Sugar? I asked her did she mean my A1C or glucose? She did not even know what that meant I asked if the doctor could call me himself with my results and whenever did. But honestly if I have a platinum premium insurance l won't be looking for a Dr. At Reseda California. C'on people this place it's like any other business in town CASH ONLY if you don't have cash just go somewhere else period. Look for another Dr. In your cheap network coverage. Pros: nothing Cons : very dirty and stinky office . Staff and Dr. So rude and not professional. They way that dr talked to me I think he just a greedy and he is not educated at all . Not recommending him at all. I have a travelers insurance and I got a list of doctors that they have contract with from them which Dr. Kamran was part of that. Anyway I called his office to confirm the insurance, his receptionist refused to help us over the phone so my wife with the new born baby had to drive 15 miles to go in person so they can see the document , the receptionist called them and they didn't answer and she said come back tomorrow 30 min before your appointment i will call again ( she could have called more times or get the info and call again later ). Anyway next day I went there again , she called and confirmed with insurance company but at this point the doc came out and said I'm not gonna see you without physical card , which I explained to him these days every thing is online and i even logged in to my account and showed him everything online but it seemed that he was so indifferent and he didn't give a dam that he made us to drive 15 miles twice and when i told him why didn't yo tell us over the phone or yesterday in person he lift up his shoulder and he told me I'm telling you now. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Unfortunately I was assigned this physician due to a error by my insurance... So I called to make an appointment and the sweet secretary told me I'd have to wait a month for a visit if I wanted a morning appointment. I was having mild abdominal pain but thought to see a doctor instead of going to ER.. During MD office hours. So I asked if I could get an appt in the afternoon and she stated... That would be about three weeks from now. Really? So I Asked if I could be on a cancellation list or if there was any way I could squeeze in to see the doctor... Nope. So to the ER I go. Did not try to accommodate me at all. Thank God that my primary care physician will be seeing me as of the first of the month. read more

Came here to see reviews after talking to the Dr on the phone. Im not a patient and thankfully I am not. I recently got new insurance and wanted to call to see if I'd like that doctor. He answered the phone and was so short and kurt with me. He was very rude on the phone and frankly seemed so disinterested and finally he just said, "call bank in a month, OK." and then just hung up on me. Ellie and the other lady at the front are very helpful with sending in what i need for specialist approvals. It always gets faxed and taken care of. Funny thing is I have never met or been seen by this physician but he has some good women on the front lines. He has been my family Dr for about 30 yrs. He was my parent physician and then me and my children's. I trust him 100%, he is the most thorough physician I know. He will do all test necessary and he will do all to make sure the diagnosis and the course of action is fully explained. He beside being an amazing, capable and creditable physician, he also is a great and kind human being. Being a single mother of two all the yrs I ddnt hav insurance he charged me minimum, he has made house calls when my daughter was sick and I ddnt hav a way to get her to his office, just recently my son was in car accident and He met us at his office after hours to check my son just to put my mind at peace. The secretary that answer the phone and make the appointment is a big liar. I called Dr. Kamrava Kamran office to make an appointment as a new patient and the secretary asked me what kind of insurance do I have and when I told her that I have Anthem Blue Cross from medical then she told me that her first appointment that she have available for me is 2 month later. I called them on 7/27/2016 and she give me an appointment for 9/27/2016. when I told her that it is crazy to wait 2 month to see the Dr. she told me that this is the best that she can do. I made the appointment for 9/27/2016 and then I called back and I let my friend to talk on the phone and to make an appointment as a new patient and when she asked what kind of insurance he has he told her that he has Medicare part A & B and then the secretary told my friend that he can come the next day to see the Dr. as a new patient. It looks that in this office if you pay cash or you have Medicare then you can see the Dr. in 1 or 2 days, but if you have other insurance that don't pay that much to them then you must wait 2 month to see Dr. Kamran. I went to the Dr. office to talk to the Dr. Kamran and he just didn't care about this issue. From all the reviews I see that nobody is happy with Dr. Kamran. read more
