On top of that, one receptionist was extremely rude and kept calling me "hun". That is not appropriate and came off as condescending and disrespectful. They don't answer calls timely it's difficult to get ahold of the office staff. Call center wait time to get a call answer is up to 15 minutes. This clinic has gone down hill since after COVID. The call center staff is not knowledgeable or equipped to answer any questions reHarding the services and providers available at this specific clinic. When experiencing concern why they can't answer a basic question they say leave a message the office will call you back within 72 hours. That's ridiculous time to look for a doctors and real office staff members who truly care about patient care. This ain't a clinic that cares about patients if you have to jump into hops just to get a question answered.

They make sure to really take the time to listen to your concerns, and are not dismissive. I have no doubt I'm in good hands whenever I go see them. Wait times are hardly ever long. Today, I waited not even five minutes before I was called back. Once I was called back, I didn't need to wait long to be seen by my physician. I understand that nobody ever likes having to go to a doctors office, but I will continue to go here since the quality of medical care is excellent.

She suffered respiratory failure and was transferred to Northridge Hospital where she was in ICU for at least a week. Dr. Okhovat did a phenomenal job orchestrating all the necessary specialist MD consults and retreived my mom from deaths door. Even being in Healthcare I didn't realize my lack of self-care when Brandon mentioned "its been 5 years, no blood work". Brandon listened attentively while I expressed my health issues. I was impressed of his knowledge on Women's health and how I should proceed in keeping up with my well being. He was also quick to make sure I was aware of the good and the ugly lab results that followed through the next day. Brandon is a pro at what he does and it was such a pleasure to have met him. I have the utmost gratitude for Brandon and hope he continues to make an impact on others. Glad he joined team Northridge. Now I don't have to stress about who's filling in for Dr. Eddy or Dr. G who are both excellent at what they do.

Supposedly this is the primary care. Terrible service, Dr Leon and staff do not care about patients, it's a shame Dr gagneja left and service has gone downhill.
