I figured I would end up with an antibiotic and then be able to get on the plane. Everybody at this facility was so nice. They were courteous, kind, and professional. This included the receptionist, the medical assistant named Amy, and the doctor herself. Turns out I just had a severe wax build up. The doctor explained that I would need to have my ear washed out before she could even see what was going on in there. Amy the medical assistant came in, explained the entire procedure, and was very kind and gentle on me during the procedure. After everything was cleaned out and I had no infection. I was so grateful for their excellent work. This was so much better of an experience than my regular doctor's office. I will definitely be back for my urgent care needs.

What I appreciated the most is that I didn't have to hunt her, endlessly call the office begging for a follow-up or explanation of the blood tests which is the case with most doctors. She told me when I should return, and when I did, she went over each item with me providing a comprehensive explanation on what that means for me, outlined a plan of action and said when I should return for the next check-up. She also answered my numerous questions. All that gave me the impression that she cares. It definitely points to her professionalism, and for this reason I highly recommend Dr. Saedi. I have to remind him of my medical history. In addition, just a few minutes into the visit, the office manager, repeatedly knocks on the door, urging him to wrap up every five minutes so he can see the next patient. That said, the front desk staff are always nice and friendly, which makes checking in and interacting with the office pleasant. Experiencing a doctor who is frequently late, unprepared, and rushed feels unprofessional and leaves me concerned about the quality of my care.
