Paul's was described to me as expensive but the best. He is a professional and very knowledgeable…read more I highly recommend him. After spending $1300 and 3 service calls on another plumber, Paul quickly diagnosed my problem in my rental house and offered interim fix. And provided options for an more expensive permanent fix. When I first called to schedule the service call, he got on the phone and talked me for 10 minutes about the history and potential problem. And then he called me from the house and explained in-depth the problem and the potential courses of action. I highly recommend him.

With that said I will have to take issue with the fact that there is no breakdown of the invoice that was left for the job completion. I understand that the job took 2 hours @ $160.00 an hour... but was reported to me that the technician left my house the job site twice to go get parts for the job and mind you my house is 0.03 miles for the job warehouse. So $320.00 in labor and another $80 in parts? For a hose Bib? And two couplings? But to my surprise looking up the job it says the average cost can be between $150 to $450 to remove and replace, so I guess my only real issue of concern is that this company while doing good work doesn't give you a good invoice breakdown. And then leaving the job work site a little messy! And then I will now need to hire a siding person to repair the siding. In closing I really think it's a good idea to let your clients know exactly what they are paying for and if you leave to job for any reason to go get any and all extra parts it should not be at their expense.

This was posted before and sent to them. Why has it been removed?…read more John and Gina Fryer You responded quickly, even on return visits. Our primary complaint was water leaking from sink. Apparently you didn't understand what the problem was, used unnecessary parts and spent a long time "repairing" it. Minor repairs to two toilets were acceptable. You returned to problem solve and fix it, though it was still leaking when you left. Again you said that it was suppose to be that way. After researching we found the fixture that we have, on line at Lowe's. It also had diagrams on parts and how to install it and replacement parts. We sent this information to you. You returned a third time and, after the information we sent you, had it repaired in a very short time. After the first visit you charged us $590 and had to return twice, after WE figured out what the problem was. The stopper is still not like the one in the other sink. We feel that parts and labor on the first visit would have been unnecessary if you had had the correct parts. We have never had repair service that was this unsatisfactory. We think it only fair to make you aware of our dissatisfactions, and we hope you will consider a reevaluation of your charges. John Gina Fryer

Parts I value at around $80 so $700 labor for under 2 hours work seems fishy. I agreed to the work so I am foolish for being so dumb as I am not a plumber. Don't repeat my mistake. Ask for a parts and labor breakdown before agreeing to service.
