Advantage is now just another large company that only wants to sell you a new and expensive system. I use them for 2 houses and totally trust them.

It was well worth the research. I called and a left a message and received a returned call immediately. I spoke with Brian the owner and explained the issues and situation, he was patient, and respectful, with excellent customer service. Brain scheduled a certain time to send Jim his technician out the same day. GREAT! Jim called thirty minutes before arrival time to let us know that he was on his way. Upon arrival, he introduced himself; I explained as best as I could and showed him our air conditioner. Jim examined the air conditioner and was very explicit with pointing out each detail what the problems were. I could see that it was (TWO MANY). I can confidently say this company met our expectations with their attention to detail and commitment to QUALITY and VALUE. We met Brian the owner in person, who reiterated about the history of the small company he owns, which we had already read. Brian the owner delivered exactly what was promised the same day. The quality, service, VALUE, and the overall experience has made us happy. (HINT) from experience, we learned that larger companies with their fleet of vehicles to service the public isn't always the best. In addition, the International Carrier Corporation - BRYANT AIR CONDITIONER is a good air conditioner to invest in. GREAT QUALITY SERVICE AND AFFORDABLE. We thank you very much.

Tried to fix it myself many times since with little success. Finally today, while trying to attempt yet another repair (approaching a dozen now), the root cause was revealed. The main stem that _should_ have been screwed into the base of the faucet was never attached to the body of the faucet. It was giving him trouble when he was installing it, but apparently he was running short on time and left it as it was. Cosmetically it looked right, but functionally it could not stand up to daily use (kitchen sink is kind of the center of the kitchen, right?). I reassembled the faucet unit the best I could with hand tightening, so I expect that it will fall apart again soon, until I can get a specialty wrench that will reach the nut to finally make it tight. I'm not upset with Tim personally, but I did curse the day that he showed up (after many cancellations and delays) when the sink and faucet were installed. I'll not be using his services again, and will keep a sharp eye on future plumbers working on my home. I cannot recommend him as a plumber.

He had great communication letting me know what time he would arrive and sticking on schedule. My issue was diagnosed quickly, and he went straight to work. The A/C is blasting ice cold now! I work from home and he did not disrupt my flow at all while working around my home. This may seem odd to add, but I've had some experiences with home services that put me on edge (I'm sure other women out there have as well). As a younger woman that was home alone, I felt very comfortable with James being in my home. He was friendly, and nothing short of polite and professional. He broke down the issue for me in a way someone with zero knowledge could clearly understand. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area!

He squeezed us in between appointments the day before he was actually scheduled to be at our house. He said he wanted to see what was going on so that he could get the request into American Home Shield if it was something major that couldn't be handled that day which it was. A couple days later, AHS approved the work to be done. I called James and asked him about setting up a time to return. He didn't know it was approved yet as he was busy out working for the day. He called AHS and confirmed the work order approval and called me back saying he would be there the next day which was a Saturday. James showed up on his day off and spent about 4-5 hours fixing the problem. He was very professional, was respectful of our home and cleaned up after himself. He showed us the problem along the way and explained what he was doing and why the problem occurred and educated us as to how to better care for our system. I was very impressed with James' professionalism and the fact he showed up a day early on the initial call. Then worked on his day (Saturday) to get our AC unit fixed. I would highly recommend James and Ready Air to anyone needing hvac work, warranty or otherwise.
