I recognize that my original request was longer than average and that some mechanical checks were better left to an independent inspection. Instead of simply identifying which existing records could be provided and which items should wait, General Sales Manager Evan Epstein described my request as "a bit over the top" and wrote, "It is a 2018 Ford, not a Lamborghini," while encouraging me to visit first. To be fair, he said the dealership would eventually work on obtaining the information, but the tone caused me to withdraw. His subsequent response called the remark "purely in jest" and characterized my questions as "multiple pages of an AI generated list of queries." That reinforced rather than resolved my concern. At this price point, I expect reasonable due diligence to be addressed professionally and without belittling commentary. I cannot comment on the vehicle itself or the service department, but this sales-management experience caused the dealership to lose my business.

SOLD ME A NON STREET LEGAL CAR!!…read more Okay so I recently bought a cash car from here. I get pulled over a few days ago and the officer tests my windows and they are 12% tinted... I contact the dealership and let them know what happened and they tell me that they aren't willing to fix it! I ask why not and they said that because the car passed safety inspection that they sell the car as it comes. Or "as is". I contacted tinting company out where I live and let them know what happened and they tell me that it is actually illegal for a dealership to let a car leave the lot that doesn't have the legal tint on it!!! So now I have to pay $160 to fix the tints on my car. Aside from that while I was doing my paperwork (MAKE SURE YOU READ PAPERWORK AND GET ANYTHING THEY PROMISE YOU ON PAPER) a gentleman named Hayden told me I was going to have a one year warranty w/ 15,000 miles on the car. Well I'm going through my paperwork and can't seem to find anything about this warranty he spoke of and in fact on the paperwork on the page about warranty it says "as is- no dealer warranty, this dealer does not provide a warranty for any repair after sale". I wish I had been able to read through the paperwork while doing it with this gentleman but it was all on his computer and he was summarizing what I was signing to me. According to the sales manager who I spoke with on the phone about this since my car is over 80,000 miles I don't get the warranty that Hayden assured me I had while doing paperwork with him. I am VERY disappointed with how I was treated and how these matters were handled. They let me leave the car lot knowing I was going to get a ticket for having illegal tings on my car which I wouldn't have known because no one made me aware of this in the process of buying this vehicle. And then tell me it's my problem. It doesn't matter if this car passes inspection or not THERE ARE ILLEGAL TINTS ON THIS CAR AND NO ONE TOLD ME. Also keep in mind the tinting company I contacted about this is well known and do tints for dealership cars, and they said that what this dealership did is ILLEGAL!!!

The Manager I might add is INCOMPETENT AF!! Put me on hold for 30 minutes just to go back in a loop to the operator who hate their jobs. So I'm sure they told the "Manager" I was calling again to see where my sticker is AGAIN. When the manager answered he says"I have you on caller ID" great, so you will note that I'm calling every time so no one can answer a simple question of "who has my registration sticker"... If you can sell your cars and have incompetent management that can't answer BASIC questions because this is your job. Then don't sell cars. Yall are so busy twiddling your thumbs and screening calls. I know when I first got my car, they were pissed because I didn't go for all the EXTRA fees and so they couldn't get a high commission off of me. Do a better job than being pushy at this point. Instead, it has turned into an ongoing nightmare. I traded in my 2023 Cadillac, which already had a negative experience in purchasing it with Ed Morse dealership Dallas, as I had issues after a bad purchase transaction. Instead, 22 days later, my trade-in still has not been paid off because the dealership sent the wrong payoff amount, not following the contract that we all signed. As a result, I still owe money on a vehicle I no longer own. On top of that: My two rebates were not applied correctly totaling $1,250,00 ($750 veteran) ($500 Mazda to Mazda) I canceled my extended warranty and GAP coverage, and I am still waiting on my $4,092.10 refund. That I was told I would need to pay the balance first so that they can receive title before refund me the difference in what they failed to pay by contract. Now I have a car payment due on the new vehicle and still need to pay off the old vehicle for them to receive title, then to wait on at this point for 2 checks they OWE ME. Every time I ask for an update, I get a different answer. Working with Owen Benson and Brian in Finance was extremely frustrating. They were never on the same page, and neither would return calls or answer questions when issues came up. Instead of taking ownership, everyone points fingers at someone else--the finance department, accounting, or another employee. Since January 16, I've been given nothing but excuses, conflicting information, and the runaround. No one has taken responsibility, and no one has corrected these mistakes. A dealership should not leave customers chasing their own money or worrying about a trade-in that should have been paid off weeks ago. I chose Norm Reeves Mazda because I have been a loyal Mazda customer, but this experience has completely destroyed my trust in this dealership. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, make sure every rebate, payoff, and finance document is verified before you leave. I wish I had. I sincerely hope management steps in and resolves these issues because no customer should have to go through what I've experienced.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING…read more This is long overdue. I tried not leaving this review, but the public has to know. I don't deserve what I'm going through with my perfect credit score being over 740. This vehicle has a recall since 2019, but the dealership doesn't touch anything aftermarket, it has to be stock. When I first saw the vehicle, I checked the engine light since it was deleted. I barely saw enough since I didn't want to be caught. Now that I have the vehicle, there's more than what I expected. Again, bring an engine code reader, don't go by what they say. I'm spending over $1,200, and there's a lot more I'm having to pay to get my valve springs repaired which is around $800-$1,600 to fix. So yeah, I'm one "happy" customer alright. I already replaced the fuel filler neck and charcoal canister that was causing the fueling up the gas tank problem, and now the most expensive one yet is my valve springs that's causing a lot of things to go wrong with my ride. I got crapped on, big time time. I surely hope everyone double and triple CHECKS ANY vehicle before buying. Don't just go by what anyone says at all. That is all. Thank you.
