I was pleasantly surprised by the wide array of products offered. Yes, there is hardware, and yes, we we able to purchase the ONE screw that we wanted, for 10 cents, without having to purchase a whole pack, but there is also a fabric section with some of the cutest fabrics I have seen recently. Also, candy. We didn't explore the whole store, but it was clean, organized and the associates were all very helpful and friendly. I wish this store was near me. One thing, and it's probably just me cause I can be lame, but the sign is giant and out on the edge of the street next to a building. That building is NOT Ace. Ace is the gigantic store back behind the gas pumps and the big parking lot with the letters A-C-E on it. I drove right by it.

I purchased this same generator (Duromax 16000iH Inverter generator) on September 1, 2026. Although…read moreI had it more than 30 days; it worked for only 36 hours per the Duromax hour meter and will not start again. It worked great for the whole house for 36 hours but will not start again. I called the Duromax 800 number. After an hour wait time on the phone, I requested a call back. This took another hour before they called back. A live person provided a case number. I was instructed to provide recorded video of the problem and submit them due to the remote location and no cellular service. I later submitted the video feed in an email as instructed. It was an AI response to my email. I was told that they would review the videos and provide me with a solution. I emailed the videos, Thursday, October 1, 2026. This was 4 days ago and there was no response other than an AI message apologizing for the delay, only after I would make an inquiry. So, by Tuesday October 6. 2026 I took it back to the Cedar City Home Depot store. I was told by the cashier at the return desk that the store has a 7 day no return policy. I was unaware of that and no disclosure or notification was made available. This information was provided by the return desk clerk who said he was speaking on the phone with the store manager. The store manager would not even come to speak to me. By 2:40 PM while still at Home Depot a representative from Duromax called me and said that they had reviewed the videos I had submitted at their instructions and was sending me contact information and a shipping label to have the generator picked up and shipped to their repair service in Ontario, CA. Upon transporting the generator 300 miles to northern Utah and looking into it, I discovered that I needed to crate up the generator and secure it to a pallet before the transport company would even except and pick up the generator to ship it. The original crate and package were removed and discarded by employees and the Home Depot Store because they could not load it in the bed of my truck. I did agree with this decision. So, this is more of an expense I was not aware of. I must pay another company a fee to complete the package to ensure it is accepted. I suspect this will be in hundreds of dollars. After all this time I realized that these items were supposed to be included and were not at the time of delivery, 25 ft. 50 Amp Power Cord and 50 ft. 15 Amp Extension Cord Combo. It is still listed in the description but not included at time of pickup at Cedar City Home Depot Store. But out of stock. There was no mention of items being out of stock at the time of picking the generator up. Extremely frustrating! I tried to post a video with this frustrating experience, but it says it is not supported.

They have a good selection of guns and can order accesories for you if they don't already have what you want. I will hopefully be purchasing a American made AK-47 from them this week! There is plenty of parking in the large parking area in front of the store. And now, with Harbor Freight being next to Joann Fabrics, spouses can shop in one store, while the other goes right next door to the other! My wife can spend as much time in Joann Fabrics and no longer, am I waiting in the parking lot. She can shop as long as she likes as I will spend an equal amount of time (and probably money) in Harbor Freight!
