I believe it was $13. They also have free dryer days as well. I believe it to be Wednesday. But even then the dryer is 25 cents for four minutes. So the prices are not bad at all. The staff walk around and clean up the machines. This place isn't dirty at all. They also have a coffee bar here. I haven't had anything. But I'm sure it's good. I see people but it all the time.

She was efficient, helpful, and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, today's experience was the complete opposite. At 7am, I washed two kids' jackets (size 6-7) and one full-length medium winter parka in machine #16. The machine was only about half full. I pretreated everything, but when the cycle finished, all three coats came out still soapy and stained, with visible OxiClean residue. I brought this to the attendant's attention and showed her the items and the leftover soap. Instead of addressing the issue, she suggested I should've used a larger machine...even though this one was not close to full...and then implied I may have used too much detergent. Her "solution" was to run the washer empty to check for an error code before considering re-washing my items. I explained that I didn't have an extra 30 minutes to wait for that process b/c I have to go to work, and that it didn't make sense to delay resolving the issue when the results were clearly not right. She then stated she couldn't rewash my load unless the machine was proven to be broken, because the cost would come out of her paycheck. At that point, I dropped it because I didn't want her to be penalized financially...but that response alone is concerning from a customer service standpoint. When I asked for a way to contact management, I was told to leave a Yelp review instead because she had done everything she could to make me happy. So here we are. It's disappointing that after 6 years of consistent business, a clear issue with a machine wasn't handled with basic customer care. I would've appreciated a simple solution or even an attempt to make it right, rather than being met with deflection and inconvenience. I hope management sees this and reconsiders both their machine maintenance and how customer concerns are handled moving forward.

We wanted the flag to be fixed only on the frayed section and they took it upon themselves to stitch all the way around the flag without letting us know first if we wanted that done. All in all they charged us $20 per pant to stitch up 2 in. and $13 to repair the flag. Seems a little steep to me. I didn't pay $20 for each pair of pants. I didn't expect a hem to be that much either. The cost for three pieces cost us $57. I know things are expensive everywhere but this just seemed like a money grab to me. I won't be back to this establishment.

I get it home and it still has the same smell as I dropped it off and the few dirt spots were still on there. never even attempted to clean it. so I tried to call and now nobody answers the phone. oh yeah and not to mention the girl at the counter when I dropped it off didn't even know how to work the credit card machine because it wasn't reading my card then I figured it out. she literally said I don't know I never used it before. my rant is over heading to the laundry mat now and I won't be going back ever again! very disappointed.
