Although the line can be intimidating, it moves really quickly. They have a huge selection of donuts. The cookies and cream and maple bacon were the favorites. The coffee was just fine, I got a cold brew. The honey cinnamon latte was way better. read more

I was not expecting them to have gluten-free nut-free doughnuts. I was surely not expecting the gluten-free ones to taste so amazing. They were absolutely delicious! The staff was nice and answered all of our questions. These were gluten-free cake donuts. I chose the strawberry shortcake and the chocolate. We got a variety box for the kids of all different flavors. Not one of them tasted bad. All six people loved these donuts. They had something for everyone. We bought these on a rainy day at the beach and they ate one of them within two days. read more

The wait was worth it! Nothing beats a freshly made doughnut! The place stayed packed all the way out the door to the parking lot! While you wait in line you can check the menu out and see the donuts on display through the glass. It will make you want one of each. We tried a multitude of doughnuts when we went but my favorite had to be the Jelly Filled. Definitely recommend before leaving Destin on your next vacation. read more

The doughnuts are great. The gluten-free option is nice, but shaped more like a regular doughnut than the regular croissant doughnuts. We did have an issue with the drink order. I ordered an iced chai, and when we arrived, the worker told us they were all out of half-and-half, and only had almond or coconut milk. I told her I couldn't substitute those, since I have a nut allergy. She sort of just ignored me at first, then went on to make the other drinks. Later, she asked what I wanted to do, since regular milk is not an option there for some reason (although, they do sell it in the drink refrigerator). I asked for just regular tea. So, she made hot English breakfast tea (it was between that and Earl Gray), and poured it over ice. Not a great option. read more

It has become a tradition to stop at Parlor Doughnuts when we travel. This was not the exception. If you're coming in the morning expect the long line but moves along. The parking is limited and the front can feel a bit crammed with the line. We order breakfast sandwiches this time and they were good. I was tired of hotel coffee and I was disappointed to finally get to order and be told they had no regular brew coffee. I then opted for a latte which she charged me full price for. I don't know, it wasn't my fault they didn't have brew coffee and have to pay more for something I really didn't want. I obviously hadn't had my coffee yet so I left it as is. Their sitting area is a nicely sized. But not suitable for big parties. read more

Delicious croissant doughnuts, hand-glazed to order! Nothing better to start the day Went with a group of 5 and shared the raspberry pistachio, lemon, and blueberry doughnuts, avocado toast, breakfast tacos, mini powdered w/jam, and mini cinnamon sugar. I ordered the vanilla latte (nothing wrong with it). All food was delicious, would definitely recommend. Favorites were raspberry and pistachio and mini powdered. Was surprised by the generous portion of the breakfast tacos. Would recommend warming doughnuts slightly. Employees could use some customer service training... honestly, that's my biggest takeaway from this visit. I always think of doughnut shops as happy places, the mood here was not welcoming nor cheerful. I don't expect energetic smiles at 11am but, some common courtesy would improve the experience. Just sayin'. read more

Slowest baristas I've ever seen. The people after us asked for a refund bc they were taking so long just to make 3 drinks Update: we waited 35 minutes and they continuously denied us a refund bc they "didn't know how to do it" we still never received 2/3 of our drinks read more

Service was horrid. The 4 girls working behind the counter were rude and mean to all guest this morning while I waited inline for 30 minutes. The girl making coffee didn't know what she was doing and every drink she made was wrong. Multiple people had to come back. The doughnuts are great but I would make the short drive to the other location. Service a quality are much better. The people working at this location were miserable and clearly did not seem thrilled to be there. read more

Delicious and creative donuts! We have one of these in Houston that I've always wanted to try. So, when I saw there was one in Destin we made a trip in. I'm so glad we did! We ordered a box of mixed mini donuts. I love that the dough is crescent dough. We also ordered sausage biscuits and some of the full sized donuts. The biscuits were hot and flaky with a yummy fig jam. read more

We are staying at club Destin, so we walked across the parking lot to try Parlor Doughnuts and it did not disappoint! These are cake donuts and they are absolutely amazing!! So this time of year they make them to order so even if they don't have them in the case, you just tell them what you want and they will go back and make them and it takes between 15 and 20 minutes. And I will just say this, it is totally worth it being fresh! Everyone we had was amazing! But I think my favorite was turtle cheesecake. Or was it the maple bacon? :) read more

The best donuts are Parlor Donuts. And if you're living or staying in Destin, you no longer have to drive to Ft Walton to get them. The old Destin Diner has had a nice remodel and is a great coffee and donuts spot open 6:30a-6:30p Mon-Sat. read more

A little disappointed with the order I received this morning. The box of minis tasted stale and the outside of the box was covered in sticky chocolate(?) handprints, despite the box being sealed and clean on the inside (no sign of the chocolate sauce spilling) and plastic bag also being sealed. The coffee, however, was affordable and pretty good. The espresso is on the weaker side, so getting a "less sweet" latte is probably the move if you're a coffee lover. As far as I can tell I wasn't charged for the oat-milk sub or the flavoring, which is a nice touch. read more

I came at 6pm, there was no one here. Ordered a sandwich, doughnut and coffee. After 10 minutes someone came and ordered. Took 30 minutes to get the doughnut and sandwich. The people that came after me also go their doughnuts and left. Now she's working on my coffee. Very inefficient staff. 40 minutes for a coffee, doughnut and sandwich and there was no one there when I ordered. First and last time I'll be here. read more

My husband and I noticed this place while on our way to eat at another restaurant. We saw a line of people walking out with multiple boxes of doughnuts and thought we needed to check it out too. So happy our nosiness paid off! We ordered a variety of different flavored doughnuts but I tried the strawberry shortcake doughnut first. It was so light, and crispy;--not at all what I had expected of a doughnut. It was not too sweet but just enough to satisfy my taste buds. The line extended out of the door but the friendly staff moved the line along nicely. I will definitely put this on my list of places to return when we visit Destin again. read more

Parlor was a must-have according to my teenage niece when I visited her in Destin recently. She had the chocolate chocolate, I had the Sandy Beach, and we grabbed a Turtle Cheesecake for her mom. All of them were fantastic, unique flavors. The Sandy Beach was a fun take on a classic glazed donut. The Turtle Cheesecake was sweet and creamy and amazing. Lots of parking and easy to pull in from the street! The staff were kind and gave solid recommendations. Next time I will definitely try the French Toast! read more

Great doughnuts! Staff was okay. The coffee was okay. The worker spilled our drink and didn't bother to refill it? Very weird since we watched it happen. I went back again today and left with a bug in my drink. read more

Donuts were amazing, however it was so hot in that place and the service wasn't great.

The donuts were delicious! They melt in your mouth and almost had a soft croissant feel to them. The strawberry shortcake was especially tasty! The avocado toast was good... not amazing but just good. The acai bowl was not good. I would recommend any of the donuts but was not a fan of the other foods. The service was great! They were very kind and helpful. The ambiance was a nice touch. It was very aesthetic. (: Overall, I will definitely be returning! read more
