Disappointing Customer Service After Purchasing a New Audi Q7…read more I recently purchased a new 2026 Audi Q7 from Audi Cape Fear, and while I am very pleased with the vehicle, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received after the sale. First, the dealership never contacted me to let me know that my permanent license plate had arrived. When I eventually went to the dealership to pick it up, my original salesperson was unavailable, and it seemed that no one was particularly interested in assisting me. After some time, the finance manager was finally contacted and went to retrieve my plate. Rather than coming through the showroom to greet me, he walked outside, handed me the plate without any meaningful conversation, and immediately returned to the building. There was no acknowledgment of my recent purchase, no inquiry about whether I was enjoying my new Audi, and no effort whatsoever to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. I was then left to install the license plate myself. When a customer purchases a luxury vehicle at this price point, I believe it is reasonable to expect a certain level of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail--not just during the sales process, but afterward as well. What disappointed me most wasn't the license plate itself. It was the complete lack of appreciation and respect shown to me as a customer once the sale was completed. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and I understand that good customer relationships extend well beyond signing the paperwork. Audi is a premium brand, and its dealership experience should reflect that standard. Unfortunately, my experience at Audi Cape Fear fell well short of those expectations. I hope dealership management takes this feedback seriously and makes customer service after the sale as much of a priority as closing the sale.

Just bought a reliable vehicle from Seasell a couple weeks ago for my wife and they turned out to be the greatest value for a used vehicle (even compared to private sellers in the area). I am an analytical, particular, and skeptical person however I was very surprised with how well the business and product was provided. Streamlined car sale with all the information you need. Highly recommend.

My experience with this dealership has left me seriously concerned about its honesty,…read moreaccountability, and commitment to customer safety. I understand that I purchased a vehicle "as is," but that does not excuse misleading a customer about its condition or withholding known problems. Customers deserve the full truth about what they are purchasing, especially when those issues affect whether a vehicle is safe to drive. When I called for help, I was hung up on instead of receiving assistance. When I brought the vehicle to their auto shop, Blake instructed the staff to "clear all codes and send her on her way," despite the safety issues with the vehicle. Clearing warning codes does not repair the underlying problems. This response left me feeling that getting me out the door mattered more than my safety. Additionally, items marked as "passed" on the emissions test do not actually function, which raises serious questions about the accuracy of the report and the information I was given. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. If others have experienced similar problems, I encourage them to document what happened and consider filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Those affected may also want to consult an attorney about whether a class action or other legal action is appropriate. Customers deserve honest information, accurate documentation, and to have their safety concerns taken seriously.

Excellent purchase experience…read more I have been looking for several months, on-line and at many other dealers for the next car. Finally stumbled on what I was looking for when I finally to check out the CarMax listings. The car was in SC, easy shipment to Wilmington for a first look and test drive. That first look and test drive was delayed for a week because CarMax found a problem with the car. CarMax immediately refunded the transport fee while still holding the car in reserve for my eventual test drive. I hadn't even asked about that, I was impressed. The week delay was not a problem for me, I'm happy they took it Bob King Mercedes for its diagnosis and easy fix. The team there (at CarMax), including many in the service department were transparent in communicating the cars status while I waited to test drive it. I don't recall all the names but do recall Josh and Martin. Overall, everybody we've met or talked to (even just walking through the office space), made greetings, were professional and courteous, great bunch of people. On test drive and purchase day, we were fortunate to have Katie Ricketts as our Customer Specialist to take us through the complete process. Katie is a leading example of the complete team at CarMax, professional, personable and courteous. Plus, she's very detail orientated when processing the paperwork, and efficient while doing it. Thank you Katie.
