I had the best experience here. Tim sold me a dependable used car $1200 below blue book price. I traded in my Ford Edge and they gave me exactly what I asked for it. This was my first time buying a car from a lot, all my other cars have been given to me by family and I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in North Carolina. When we left my husband kept saying "this was the quickest trip, usually it's an all day process to trade in a car". We were in and out within an hour and a half. Tim took care of everything including transferring registration and switching over my plates and filling my new car up with gas before we were on our way. During that time my husband and I were able to sit on the beach chairs they had our front and relax. Got a beautiful car here, 2017 Hyundai Tucson Sport and I think at a decent deal. However, I think the doc fee is a bit high for a wholesale place. This is my 2nd car from them. They had a better selection this time to choose from then in 2012 when I bought the only Tucson on the lot but I've been very pleased with it. They filled it with gas too before I left and had it cleaned up which I appreciated. The process of buying it goes fairly quickly depending on how many cars you wish to test drive. read more

I assisted my daughter in buying a car from them remotely--great car and good price, but they honestly had pretty poor communication during the transaction, mailed documentation items to the wrong address, then mailed critical paperwork without being properly notarized--tried to call scores of times but evidently the title clerk also "runs errands" for several hours and doesn't answer calls promptly. One staffer, "Sheila," was a bit abrupt and actually hung up on me before we finished a conversation--seemed in a big hurry to do something other than talk with a completed sale person. Waited over an hour for the original salesman to call back--gave up after then. Make sure you check all your paperwork BEFORE you leave with the vehicle, or be prepared to play a lot of phone and email tag with these folks. read more
