It came as two double ribs over a sweet potato purée that had a subtle hint of cinnamon -- really nice flavor without being overpowering. The lamb was cooked to the right temperature, juicy and tender, with a light chimichurri and vegetables alongside. I also ordered the grilled corn succotash as a side -- corn, beans, and tomato. The chef proclaimed our order was ready in quick succession, maybe three orders behind the guests before us. We waited about ten minutes, maybe fifteen at most.
