The workers were knowledgeable and truly helpful in trying to help me find the best color match. I felt I had her full attention during my entire interaction instead of like Home Depot where you can tell they're doing too much for too many customers all at once. Love that you can check online to see what's in stock and what aisle the merchandise is located in. We would have opted for store pickup, but we wanted to pick out our own boards. This shop was very convenient to the home of the relative I was staying with, so I stopped by to pick up paint samples to bring to a few condo showings. I will return when it is time to purchase my paint unless subsequent visits prove any less pleasant and helpful. This is a relatively small shop in a strip mall across from a Safeway grocery store, but, so far, I have a very positive view of the customer service.

Jamie (sp?) is likely one of the nicest folks around and when I ordered a few items waaaay larger than my tiny little eco-car could haul was supportive in trying to help me get at least part of my order home. When I followed up to request a return for the remaining over-order amount I got to speak with them again and confirmed their super kind human status. This HD is not close to my home (was just the closest to have the item I needed in stock), but if I ever needed to place a curbside order I would absolutely consider traveling the extra distance for the professional and quality customer service
