Well, I am a believer. I contacted About Kitchen and Bath on September 30th for quartz for my kitchen. Nelson came out the same day and provided an estimate. On October 1st I went to the store and selected my slab. I then notified Nelson about my selection. Now the amazing part. Just 72 hours later Nelson contacted me and asked if they could do the install. I am sure my situation was somewhat rare and the stars aligned but I was truly astonished.
