Super clean, very friendly, trustworthy, and most of all excellent at the job Before hiring him, 3 of us tried to install the 5 panels ourselves. We messed up 1 before giving up. The first thing I liked about him was how he had good numbers on material and labor, accurate and right off the top of his head. He didn't go into an act and sighs with comments like "whoa, this could be a big project" and "I will have to take it back to the office and sharpen the pencil blah blah blah" and come back with one number. It was more like, that will be $100, that's $500, that's $250, etc. Once work began, he'd call me over and show potential future problems and suggest a fix and a price, always reasonable. I also noticed the quality of his work. We had him do a simple remodel of a small bathroom and he showed his ability to do paint, plumbing, flooring and electrical. He did not cut corners and pointed out some plumbing issues with suggestions. He also had decent design suggestions like grout colors, types of molding, an alternate way to hang the lights so they won't accumulate dust and bugs. As a bonus, if you are interested in hockey or eastern Europe, he's a fun guy to chat with. Call him Jaroslav with a reasonable pronunciation and he will smile with appreciation. If you know what Czechoslovakia was and what it is now, that will be even more fun conversation.

We had such a great experience with Ultimate Home Painters, Manny, and his entire crew. They…read morecompletely transformed the exterior of our home, and the difference is incredible. Our home originally had a very traditional Mediterranean color palette--orange, yellow, brown, and red tones throughout the exterior and roof. We wanted to completely modernize it with a crisp black-and-white exterior, including painting the entire roof black and limewashing all of the stonework. It was a major transformation, and they executed it beautifully. I personally did a lot of research beforehand on the different paints, products, and finishes I wanted to use, and Manny was extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. He and his crew understood the importance of proper preparation and application, including spraying and back-rolling where needed. They were also very accommodating with the high-quality paint products we selected and made sure everything was applied correctly. Before painting the roof, they even helped us use a drone to inspect the condition of the roof, which gave us additional peace of mind before moving forward. The entire crew was professional, friendly, thorough, and respectful of our property. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up at the end of each day, and completed everything professionally. When we noticed a few areas that needed touch-ups afterward, they came back promptly and took care of everything without hesitation. The transformation from our original Mediterranean exterior to the black, white, and limewashed stone is truly night and day. We've already recommended Ultimate Home Painters to several of our neighbors, and people on our street and throughout our community have already reached out to Manny after seeing our home. I can't recommend Ultimate Home Painters enough. If you're looking for a professional, knowledgeable, reliable painting company, especially for a major exterior transformation, Manny and his crew are absolutely worth considering. We couldn't be happier with the finished result!
