I loved working with Tyler to install wallpaper in my bedroom. Our primary bedroom has a very tall angular wall that I wanted to make into an accent wall with a pop of wallpaper (see photo for end result) - Tyler and I texted back and forth before install, he was super knowledgeable and even helped steer me in the direction on finding the right paper. He came by one day for a quick 20 minute assessment and gave me a quote on the spot. During installation, he and his colleague were super meticulous and cautious, a great vendor to work with. It's beautiful, but needed extra care to hang because of the material and the repeat pattern. It looks beautiful! We were in constant contact prior to install. He had me take photos & measurements of the powder room. Sent pictures of the wallpaper, along with label info (papers dimensions, repeat pattern info, etc.) Price was fair for the amount of planning it took to hang. 5 stars all the way. Going with Gary was the best decision I made when choosing the right wallpaper professional! It was very difficult finding someone in Orange County who did wallpaper installations. Those professionals I did find quoted me high prices and told me to order more wallpaper than was necessary. I wanted to install wallpaper on one wall in our nursery. Everyone I spoke to told me I needed to order 3 double rolls, but Gary let me know only 2 double rolls were needed. He saved me quite a bit of money right off the bat. It also helps that his prices are very reasonable! Gary responded to my request on yelp very quickly. Since he has over 30 years of experience, he is very knowledgeable about the work and all the different products. He saved me additional money by letting me know that I didn't need wallpaper liner, since I had a fairly busy pattern on my wallpaper. He was friendly, quick, easy to work with, and kept a clean workspace. I'm so happy with the results that I'll be hiring him to come back to do the wallpaper in our master bedroom. Tyler did a good job installing my wallpaper. Unfortunately, the woven fabric had a couple vertical humps a day later. I called Tyler to fix the issue and he came out and rolled the areas. Again, this did not remediate the humps. Tyler said he would come out when he was back in the area and on two different occasions left without service and didn't call me until the end of the day. I requested an appointment to have the humps fixed, and to not have to "piggyback" on other clients in the area, but after three weeks of no return communication I will need to go with another wallpaper hanger.
