Kirk took my 4" x 6" photo and in 10 hours converted the photo onto a 9' x 12' wall. How he did it is totally baffling, Now, everybody who sees it wants to know who this person is (after they stop, stare and say "wow" of course). Reasonable, too. I called Kirk and set up an initial appointment with him to go over our ideas and what areas we were looking to paint. He showed up with his portfolio and my goodness is this man talented. He can do anything! We decided to have him start as soon as possible. He sent renderings and made faux samples so we could choose exactly what we wanted. Everyday he shows up on time and ready to get started. A true artist that can give any wall new life. We absolutely love the way our faux looks, we even decided to add some scroll work in our entryway and it's stunning. He came to my home and scoped out the work then did some preliminary drawings and in 2 days of work he nailed it. My wife could not be more pleased. He pricing was very fair and we actually tipped him up a bit because the work turned out better than expected and we felt he deserved the additional cash for the job. If you are looking for someone to do any kind of faux finish or artistic work on a project, you don't need to look any further than Kirk Waterman! I recently had a whole house repipe done after a water leak, and was left with patched walls in my master bedroom and 3 bathrooms. The restoration company painted or primed over the nicely patched drywall, but because of faux paint finishes or wallpaper that were in these rooms, they were unable to match or restore the patched walls. I was at a loss until a friend referred Kirk to me. From our initial consultation, to the completion of the project, Kirk impressed me with his professionalism, honesty and kind spirit. He was efficient, and careful in his preparation and work, and each day left his work areas clean. Kirk's artistic vision and talents are truly a gift, as he was able to perfectly match the existing faux paint in my master bedroom and bath! There aren't enough words to describe how talented Kirk Waterman is. He painted my cement stairs to look like stone and hand painted "tiles" on the risers as well as enhanced my fireplace. Literally everyone that comes over is baffled that the stairs/risers are not real stone/tile. I've even had a couple people bend down and touch the risers to see for themselves.
