Jeff is a phenomenal realtor. He goes above and beyond in whatever it takes to sell your home, or negotiate to find your perfect home. He helped me sell a home this year that was very unique, and also had some drawbacks. He stuck with me, was an excellent communicator with showings and offers, always had my best interest in mind. He helped me fix an appraisal repair issue last minute to keep the closing date. He stands out as kind, thoughtful, while making sure to go to bat for you and get deals done. Give him a call :) 503 515 4040 read more

I was party to a transaction in which it is my opinion that Parker realty acted in a way that maximized their commission while costing the listing homeowner thousands of dollars. I would never list a home with Parker. read more

If you get the chance to have Jeff Parker as your landlord, take it! We were immediately impressed by the quality of the remodel. It's clear that time and money was spent between tenants to make the home feel clean & comfortable and look great! High quality appliances were added, and Jeff went way out of his way to get the home ready for us quickly. (We made the mistake of trusting photos from a different property management company prior to moving). We're so grateful for Jeff's kindness and ability to remain level-headed while we were a bit stressed. Jeff is a stand-up guy, and when it's time for us to purchase a home, we will be contacting Parker Realty first! read more

This is the most dishonest company i have ever dealt with as a rental owner. Had to finally threaten legal action to get the most incompetent of them there, Pete Kirby, for SIX MONTHS of rent from my tenant. The lists of text messages and voicemails I have saved from him all show conflicting stories and multiple lies in order to cover their mistakes for one more month. When I called Pete's boss, Jeff Parker, he was extremely arrogant and told me he wouldn't have any clue how his employees were managing their customers and properties because he doesn't "micromanage". The fact that the lies never stopped and I only got my money after acquiring a lawyer sickens me. These crooks need to be put out of business. Seems like they're just robbing Peter each month to pay Paul. The people of the suburbs of Portland, OR, everyone! read more

My wife and I moved from Dallas Texas and were in the market for a place to rent in Multnomah Village. We found a townhouse we liked and turned in our applications with Parker. A few days later (and a few attempts of calling with no reply or answer), I called from a different # and got an answer, we were told that we were not allowed to apply for the apartment because we were from out of town?! We were told that the owners of the townhouse might be willing to let us apply if we paid a few months in advance, so I said we could pay 6 months cash in advance + deposit and all other fees. Well, we were told we would be called back the next day to let us know if the owners would accept the offer. Of course I never received a call back, so I called again about 2 days later...still got the same no answer, no reply. So I again, I called from a different # and got the same run around with a promise of calling me back with an answer...needless to say, we never got a call back. We weren't as disappointed about not renting the townhouse as much as we were about the very unprofessional service we had to deal with. I mean a general rule of thumb would be to at least call your client back, or at least answer your phone when they call you...after the first call, the only way I was able to contact the realtor was to use a different phone with a different #. I can understand if we were riff raff, but my wife and I are pretty strait, clean cut, professional individuals with Master degrees, and we have great credit. So I feel this horrible service had nothing to do with us and everything to do with this crapy company and shady employees. We now live in a different townhouse in Multnomah Village. As we walk around the town, we see for sale signs listed by Parker, and just laugh and feel sorry for the seller. AVOID this company at all costs, unless you like the run around game. read more

We had Jeff Parker of Parker Realty sell our house last year. We also bought another one through him. He not only expertly facilitated the process when our first buyer cancelled out on the deal, but handled the final sale and subsequent purchase in record time. He has developed good relationships with various professionals that made the whole process much easier. He and his team demonstrated both professionalism and commitment. We liked his easy going manner and experience that assured positive attitudes and outcomes. We highly recommend Jeff Parker and Parker Realty! read more

I was considering selling my home, but did not think I could get what it was worth. I talked to Pete Kirby at Parker Realty and he was very knowledgeable about the market and its trends. While he did not think he would be able to sell the home at the price we needed, he suggested we rent it out. He met us and toured our home and made some great suggestions on little things to do that would increase the rent-ability of our home. We were thrilled that in just a few days, he found us a great renter at a rent much higher than we thought we could get if we did it ourselves. He handled everything and got the tenants moved in. During the time the renters were in the home, Pete had to handle some repair issues. The repairs were done very well and at a good cost. He even fixed several things himself and did not charge any labor cost. That easily saved us hundreds of dollars. The renters stayed for a couple of years and apparently the for sale market improved. Pete notified us that the real estate market had improved and that he could now get a good price should we decide to sell. We interviewed some other real estate agents, but hired Pete. He had kept us informed and he had the relationship with the tenants. He was able to market the home and keep the tenants as rent payers during the sales process (more money saved!). The home sold quickly and at the price he targeted. We could not be more pleased with the service from Parker Realty and Pete Kirby. read more

We chose Jeff Parker as our realtor after hearing good things about him from our son and daughter-in-law who had Jeff as their realtor in 2008. In the middle of a crashing real estate market Jeff listed their house at a price higher than that recommended by other realtors, yet found a buyer for their house in a matter of days who met their asking price. With that background we listed our house with Jeff this past February. He was very helpful in making recommendations as to how to show the house. He gave us good advice as to what pre-sale preparations were or were not needed. Jeff presented us with some very thorough market comparisons and we went ahead and listed our house at a price that he recommended. In a matter of 5 days we had 4 offers and we accepted one that was for $20,000 more than our asking price. Needless to say, Jeff's work for us far exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a realtor who has many years of experience and who can translate that experience into a highly effective marketing campaign to sell your house for its full worth, then Jeff Parker is the realtor you want. He seems to have an especially keen awareness of the real estate market in the Multnomah neighborhood, which served us so well. We highly recommend Jeff without any reservations. read more

THE WORST REALITY IN OREGON! The absolute worst place I have ever dealt with in regards to finding a rental property. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! My girlfriend and I had put in our 30 day notice at our previous rental and were looking at one of the properties represented by Parker Reality. Long story short, we were in a bit of a time crunch and wanted to get into a rental asap. Parker reality however took our money for the background check and did nothing with if for over 10 days. I was prepared to move in right away but, my calls were never returned and a background check never performed. finally two weeks later I was able to get a hold of someone and realized that they had forgotten about us somehow. I retrieved my check and was able to ask my landlord for an extension because my 30 days were almost up. Now we are in a beautiful place close by and have been there over 4 years. the moral of the story: Good landlords have good long-term renters, Parker Reality has No Renters. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES AND NEVER GO TO PARKER REALITY! read more

I have utilized Pete Kirby of Parker Realty for the last 3 years as a property manager. He was outstanding in finding quality tenants for my rental, and promptly informed me of any and all concerns or issues that arose during that time. Transition time between tenant occupancy was brief. Pete worked hard at assuring good tenant occupancy with little to no vacancy time. Any time repairs were needed, and in one case an emergency plumbling issue, he had a plumber out there in an hour and the job was done at a reasonable price. Pete then became my listing agent for the sale of the rental, which worked out very well. He managed the tenants moving out, quickly listed the house for sale, and hired an outstanding cleaning crew to make the place shine. I had an offer on the house in a matter of weeks, sold in well under 30 days. I would use and recommend Pete as a property manager and realtor any day. read more

I needed to sell my mother's house in Multnomah. Jeff is an expert on the area, and I felt confident with him representing my interest. He went above be beyond by helping me with a solution to remove remaining items that no one would pick up. This was back in 2012, and I would contact Jeff again for any consumer real estate needs in Multnomah. read more

Pete Kirby was my Property Manager since 2013 and terminated our contract in October 2016 due to the fact that his best interest was not mine as the property owner but the tenants. I would have to speculate that he had a relationship with the tenants outside of a tenant/PM relationship. The lack of oversight and enforcement of Rental Contract and Oregon Law, the tenants built a shed, built furniture on premises for their business, changed out electrical switches and outlets, replaced and added fixtures inside and outside of the home all WITHOUT PERMISSION. These events caused nearly $10,000 dollars in damages/repairs to the property after all is said and done. Sorry for the property owner who now have these tenants in their property that Pete placed. Yes, he removed them from mine to just place them in another of his properties he manages. Shady? I would say. read more
