Suzanne was amazing! She was an incredible real estate agent who I quickly felt was a great advocate for us. She was available quickly and in the evenings and weekends, which we really needed. She asked questions we didn't even consider and got us into homes that were difficult to see. She was great about holding our hands (metaphorically) when we needed it and giving us space when we needed that, too. She would tell us her honest opinion as things went on and felt like a genuine friend. She made it clear that she cared that we got the right home for us over all else, and was very sweet. She handled all the scheduling for inspections and interacted with the listing agent frequently over even the smallest questions. When it came time to renegotiate after the inspection, she was reasonable with the sellers but really went to bat for us, and we ended up creatively getting everything we really wanted and needed from our home. Towards the end, she sent us a few thoughtful, amazing, and local gifts, which made me in particular feel cared for and more comfortable instead of waiting anxiously for the paperwork to go through! We purchased a home using PDX Property group last spring and should've known from the beginning that things would have ended up the way that they have. Gabriela was helpful...up to the point of the sale. Once closing occurred, they seemed to be incapable of dealing with or helping us with any of the issues that we experienced with our builder. I'd expect our realtor to ensure that our house is ready for inspection vs. relying on our builder....who was unable to show the house twice! I even ran by the house ahead of time and told Gabriela that it wouldn't be ready. She promised it would be and voila, she was wrong. She offered to cover some of the inspectors expenses and over 6 months later....we're still waiting. I'd stay away, PDX Property group and Gabriela especially seems more interested in closing a deal than doing right by their clients. read more

We were a very difficult customer to help. We wanted everything in a home and didn't want to pay too much for it! We were trying to buy in neighborhoods where homes were going quickly and Gabriela had her work cut out for her to say the least.
