We also asked him to install a junction box under our gas cooktop for a 240-volt line. He ran the 240-volt line from the new sub-panel. This new line was in case we ever wanted to replace the cooktop with an induction cooktop. Most recently he came back to move the junction box, as we had decided to get that induction cooktop after all, and it spec'd a junction box lower down than Mike installed. (Of course, if we'd picked a cooktop ahead of time and had the spec, this extra trip would not have been needed.) Every time he's come, he's been on time, very pleasant, and cleans up any mess the job created. And, his jobs are very precise and neat.

This time, I…read moreneeded them to come out to install a NEMA 14-50 for a JACKERY solar generator setup (new Homepower 3600 ProMax) to power my MTS as a UPS setup for the critical 10 circuits in the MTS box. A really good way for our needs for backup power for either planned PG&E power shutoffs for fire safety and unplanned during the winter even if we are away. Also had them fix a 4 way light switch that never worked correctly when we move in years ago. They came on time this past Friday morning in the first part of the time window and did a great job. Very clean install right next to the panels. Entry way light now works with all the switches that were at the top and bottom of the stairs and the in between landing. Wonderful work! Very reasonable pricing. Friendly and communicative. Hannah is great - very knowledgeable and she me the right appointment time for my schedule. Highly recommended! Nick was able to give me a quote later that day and it was fairly reasonable. I decided to ask Nick to provide and estimate for recessed lighting and adding another switch and modifying a switch that was connected to an outlet to turn on and off the lights.
