Our family was planning a weekend visit to Universal Studios, we have dogs that we don't kennel nor do we stay in hotels with them, so we found this park convenient to park our trailer, stay a night and keep our dogs in the AC for the day while we enjoyed the day. It is nice and clean and has full hook ups. There is no pool or anything recreational like that, though I do believe there is a game room and gym. Like I said we weren't there for that so I didn't check them out to even tell you what was in them or how they are. The restrooms were clean and have showers, we use the restroom and shower in our rig but did have to use the park restrooms a couple of times. It is a clean and quiet place where a lot of people are long term or residential guests. Please, if you are looking for a place to "rage", do not come here, it is not the place.

I am a solo traveler with my 2 pets and never did I worry about my safely. The people and more specifically the owner, Steve made me and my fur babies feel at home and welcomed. The washer/dryers are convenient and inexpensive (compared to every other laundromat I've used). The airport is behind the RV park and I was staying in the back row. Some days the airport was busier than others but it was never so noisy that it was distracting. There are a few great restaurants walking distance from the park. The park is very conveniently located to a lot of things and very easy interstate access. I have been away from Hollywood RV park for about a month now and I actually miss living there, but driving on the 405 every day for work became too much. If you are looking for a home to park your RV...Hollywood RV park is the place to go!

It was a much better experience than the others I spoke with. Now I own my Brand New Mobile Home and I'am very happy with it, they help me with designing the home according to my needs and they built it , transported it, and installed it for me in a matter of 2 months total with the inspections and everything. Very Very happy and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Manufactured Home. -Rikki

We did a walk through of their model home, only one available and it seemed like this might be a good possibility for us. When I did more research, I found that there are a lot of complaints about mobile home concerning the air conditioning condensation causing problems with the floor, other problems causing the roof to leak, etc. When I brought up my concerns with Miguel, he got very defensive and wouldn't give me any answers. He told me that the homes are built using California State codes and I should look up the codes with the state.... I said I don't want hypothetical from the state, I interested to know how you build your homes. He basically told me that this wasn't his responsibility, the factory builds the home to code, and I should check online with State's guidelines. Since he cannot tell me anything about how his company builds their homes or address any of my issues, I will not be using him. This is a shocking contrast to another company I spoke to that told me exactly how the home is constructed and how they address these issues and why they don't have them.

Thankfully they were able to take my call and come out perfectly within the 36hrs or so the next rains were expected. They came and assessed the issues, took photos of the problem(s) and several options on some solutions depending on budget (and my circumstances). They were able to seal the roof to prevent further leaks and then help on the inside replace the ceiling panel patch that water had damaged.

We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. It was a great experience and we are really happy with the final product. Highly recommend and we will be calling them again for any future work we need done.

Sewer lines are outdated and failing, causing raw sewage backups into homes. Plumbers confirm the lines need replacement, but management refuses to act, instead prioritizing cosmetic upgrades near the office and manager's residence. Electrical pedestals are corroded and unsafe, causing surges and damage to homes, even after their own technician documented issues. Management ignores communications, yet shows up unannounced to access properties and personal equipment without permission. The regional manager, Alondra, repeatedly deflects, speaks beyond her expertise, ignores documented issues, and fails to follow basic CA DRE requirements like providing license information. Overall, there's a clear pattern of negligence, lack of accountability, and questionable conduct. Do your research--many residents report similar issues. It was pretty easy to set an appointment and everyone I spoke to in their office was nice and helpful. The problems really arose when their employee came to my house. He didn't seem very knowledgeable about what I needed and the prices. He didn't really go though many options about anything with me, including the rebates (which had been discussed over the phone with the office) and then would shy away from giving me definite pricing about anything, instead saying things like maybe 3 to 5,000 as a 'quote'. He then proceeded to do the high pressure sales move and when I told him I was getting other bids he looked disappointed and started negging the condition of my roof in a very condescending way. I just wanted to know what he would charge for some landscaping and a drive way expansion and never really got a straight answer about it. His attitude changed dramatically when, after some irrelevant probing questions, he found out I was jewish. Very unprofessional.
