What a pleasant surprise to work w/ a company that is professional and very helpful and kept us informed throughout the process. They held our hand and kept us in constant communication so we knew what to expect. Fast forward a couple years later, unfortunately, we needed their services again because my aunt passed away and we asked if they could help sell my uncles mobile home, again in Mountain View. In both situations, which aren't good when someone passes and you have to deal w/ moving and selling off their goods, I have to say, they were very sympathtic to our needs, but most of all, very quick to respond and let us know what we needed to do, and they absolutely made this unfortunate situation easy to complete and move on and get my uncle moved north. I would highly reccomend this company, and especially Scott, as he was the go to guy throughout this process. Thank you MMH for all your help, and sympathy.

Their team acknowledged the issue, sent contractors to assess, and even took a cabinet door to match for replacement. The work stalled, and they never completed it. Deborah Correa, their VP of Warranty, was involved throughout the process but became increasingly unresponsive and dismissive. After years of follow-up, she suddenly claimed Williams Homes had no responsibility and referred me to an outside risk consultant who has done nothing to resolve the issue. This is a clear case of warranty mismanagement and a deliberate attempt to avoid accountability. All communication came from Williams Homes. They handled everything until I escalated the complaint. Now they are trying to rewrite the facts and shift blame. Save yourself the frustration. Their homes may look nice, but once you close, the support disappears.

I have been owed the money sine 2021. I have been in touch with Rommy, he has blown me off. There is an instagram account exposing this Shy family of being slumlords and owing lots of folks. The name of the account is sbbuildingsdtla. These people are fraudulent and involved in many lawsuits. I literally am going to have to go back to court to garnish bank accounts and put liens on their property to recoup. Do not use them as realtors and do not rent at their buildings.
