From our first conversation, he was extremely responsive and professional. He provided a detailed proposal quickly, answered a long list of technical and business questions clearly, and revised the proposal promptly to address the points I raised. His communication was excellent, and I never felt that I had to chase him for answers. What impressed me most was his willingness to make sure I understood exactly what was included, how potential issues would be handled, and what responsibilities belonged to each party. After spending a long time dealing with a complicated construction project, that kind of organization and responsiveness was especially refreshing. Based on my experience with Jeramie and the way Concrete Etc. handled the estimating and planning process, I would not hesitate to recommend giving them serious consideration for a concrete project.

Over the years, the grass had become difficult to maintain, and tree roots had made the surface of our yard uneven. My wife and I decided it was time to pave the backyard, but we weren't exactly sure what we wanted or what would work best for the space. Jeramie was on-site every day and was very communicative throughout the entire process. He offered great suggestions for the design and layout and was always transparent and upfront about the costs and the different options available to us. We really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to work with us to achieve the look we wanted. In the end, my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and how our backyard turned out. We couldn't be happier with the results! We highly recommend Jeramie and the team at Concrete Etc to anyone looking for quality concrete work and excellent service!

I reached out to Magic Maintenance for a quote on two relatively small jobs, a stucco patch and…read morere-staining a two-story stair banister. It took two weeks to receive the quote. While their quote for the stucco was fair, the estimate for the banister re-staining was completely out of line. They quoted $3,450 just for a re-stain. Our staircase has metal spindles mounted directly into the steps, there are zero wooden balusters, no wood shoe rails, and no stair treads involved. The entire scope consists strictly of wiping down, scuff-sanding, and staining the top handrail and three non-ornate newel posts. When I spoke with Victor to discuss the estimate, he tried to justify the $3,450 price tag by claiming the job would require "three days of labor" and tried to convince me that it was a lot of work to tape off the metal spindles and protect surrounding areas. When I voiced that the number was completely out of line for the actual scope of work, he just brushed it off. While the stucco quote was fine, the willingness to massively pad a basic handrail refinishing quote, and double down on it with absurd labor claims, left me completely uncomfortable doing business with them. If you're considering using Magic Maintenance, get multiple quotes and review the items carefully.

I'm back again to say more about our experience with Valley Remodel & Construction. Earlier this…read moreyear we hired VRC to help us construct our dream front yard. Mission accomplished. Now we needed their help to completely redo our backyard. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the experience. When we first moved into our house, we had our backyard done by another contractor who pressured us through the process and unfortunately did a really poor job. The drainage was not done correctly and our backyard ended up flooding multiple times - a literal swimming pool back there! Not nearly enough drains, poor concrete quality, and craftsmanship. It was frustrating and disappointing, especially because this was supposed to be a space our family could enjoy. VRC Build came in and completely changed that. Melissa, Gregg, and their entire team were able to quickly identify all of the issues, imperfections, and things that needed to be fixed. They not only came in and made things look better, they solved the actual problems. From drainage, to layout, to materials, every detail was thought through with care. They worked with us on every part of the backyard. The stacked stone, the types of plants, the pergola, the turf, the lighting, and all of the little details that make a space feel complete. They listened to what we wanted, gave thoughtful guidance, and somehow once again managed to go above and beyond what we had imagined. Melissa is amazing. Gregg is amazing. Their team is amazing. They are kind, honest, communicative, and so easy to work with. At this point, they truly feel like family to us. They also work incredibly fast and diligently. Every day, their team showed up focused, prepared, and ready to make progress. You can tell they take real pride in what they do and that pride shows in the final result. If you are looking for a contractor who is trustworthy, kind, talented, detail-oriented, and truly cares about doing the job right, I cannot recommend VRC Build enough. We are so happy with our backyard and so thankful for Gregg, Melissa, and the entire VRC Build team!

One of the most challenging things about hiring a contractor is not knowing how skilled, honest, reliable, and trustworthy they are. Robert successfully checks all of the necessary boxes and more! Robert is exceptionally talented and thorough. He's masterfully skilled at all things you expect a contractor to be good at, but he elevates it even more with his focus on quality and details. He's honest and direct. If something will have to take longer, he'll let you know in advance. It's important to stress that any push in the timeline is due to his focus on quality execution. We learned that if we let him be and focus, his work is EXCELLENT. There is no need to hover and "supervise" him like some other contractors - in fact, that will probably only slow him down. He KNOWS what he's doing and he's very good at it! Robert pretty much gutted our new home and rebuilt it. He redid and installed the floors, ceilings, kitchen, bathrooms, fixtures, doors, etc. You name it, he probably did it for us and did it well. And lastly, he's also very straightforward and fair with pricing. He sticks to his quote. No surprises. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend Robert.

My wife wanted to remodel our kitchen. After figuring out what the costs were going to be, we knew that our budget was not going to be conducive to afford us the kind of kitchen we really wanted. Hello half bathroom remodel... We scheduled several meetings with contractors, but from the very minute we met Robert, my wife and I knew we had found our contractor. To say that we are pleased with his work would be doing a grave disservice to Robert and the level of care and craftsmanship that he brings. From the very beginning, his labor bid was fair and his attitude was outstanding. The task at hand may appear to be small with it only being a half bathroom, yet there were some challenges along the way. Although we had several unforeseen hiccups during the remodel (what remodel doesn't), NOT once did Robert say that he couldn't handle it, nor did his labor cost go up by even a penny. Robert was so easy to work with and his design ideas were spot on. My wife and I are relatively new homeowners and when we weren't sure about something, Robert was always there with a helpful idea. My wife and I are beyond happy with the end result. If you are looking to hire someone who is always on time, is a problem solver in the best way imaginable, always has a great attitude and comes in on budget and on time, then Robert is the man you should speak with...

He has an incredible eye for design and crafted a landscape plan that perfectly complemented our home. His vision and attention to detail are top-tier.
