We have been a client of Park One Properties for over a decade and I have to say they are truly incredible and thorough. They really know the ins and outs regarding tenant and owner laws, vetting prospective tenants, market pricing and handling of HOAs. Ed, Rochelle, Kim & Chris are always helpful. Whether you have a portfolio of $1 or millions of dollars you receive the same amount of time and attention. I understand how one may not want the added expense of managing a property but in the long run I do feel it is money well spent compared to having to handle a situation or situations on your own. read more

For those people interested in renting 1308 Still Creek Place in Danville for $8750 a month, my advice is to stay away from this lemon. The photos posted on the Parkone Property website date from many years ago. First off, the landlord uses a home warranty, which means that when something breaks, like the toilet, you have to call the management company that then calls the warranty company that then contacts a repair company. This process can take weeks. The management company does not always alert you as to when the repair company is coming to the house so you may miss the appointment. More delays. The repair person finally comes and takes a photo of the damage and then tells you he will submit the photo to see if the insurance will cover the repair cost. He will also want money for the visit. You will have to direct him to the management company who may not answer his phone call. The whole process is extremely lengthy and frustrating. It took us half a year to get our oven repaired for instance. And this was not just one isolated incidence. Secondly, the refrigerator and dryer are not even covered by the warranty so if they break (and you have no idea how old they are) you will have to buy a new one. This happened to us with the washing machine. Thirdly, try running the faucet in the kitchen to see if you get hot water. The property has a tankless water heater. You will be there a long time waiting for hot water so basically you will only have cold water in your kitchen. Not practical at all. Fourth, there is a gardener who comes every week who manages the sprinklers. However, if a sprinkler is broken, a timer doesn't work, etc. and any plants die, the landlord will try to charge you for the cost. Fifth, take a long hard look at the pool and pay attention to the depth. If you have kids and they want to play in the pool, waves will likely overflow past the weird water trough around the pool onto the grass and turn it to mud. Sixth those cheap wood floors scratch and stain very easily and the landlord will dock your security deposit for any marks, even if the floor is littered with them. Seventh, try running the ACs and open the downstairs bedroom next to the generators to see how loud they are. Eighth, take a look at the second floor screen doors and try opening and locking the master bedroom glass door to the deck. Then ask yourself is this worth $8750 a month? Ninth, in a heavy storm the roof will likely leak. Management sent a repair company to investigate. The repairman said the roof was covered by solar panels so he could not do anything about it. read more

ParkOne Properties has been my residential property manager in Orinda for over 8 years. As a homeowner renting out their property having someone trustworthy and knowledgeable is very important. They have kept the same staff over the years, so being able to pick up the phone to discuss any issues or questions with the same person is great. Ed, the owner, is ALWAYS available to answer any questions. He is very hands-on and knowledgeable about real estate and property management. Lived here for almost 2 years and wouldn't want to rent with this property management company again. At move in I had a request to fix the closest rod in the bedroom and it took weeks for it to be fixed after multiple phone calls and emails. Additionally, the apartment was barely cleaned if at all; pee stain on toilet, few random things in drawers, bugs on floor. I also will not be surprised if I get charged a cleaning fee and not get that back from my deposit. The worst was when I had a leak in my bedroom ceiling after the rain. Again, put in a request and it took months for someone to come out. I had to call the office multiple times as well and because the phone goes unanswered often, I had to drive there to speak with someone. Contacting them to move out was also not easy. read more

NEVER RENT FROM THEM! They are awful! Rude and don't answer the phone when needed. They don't do a thorough inspections on your home. Ed doesn't care , he wants his money and that's it. That jerk quit on me after I told him I'm going to sell my house with another Realitor ! He got so but hurt! His ego was so hurt that he dropped me as a client while I had the renters there! I'm sorry I didn't want to hire you as a Realitor when you're awful at being a property manager! I'm not here to stroke your ego I paying you to do a job. TRUST ME PEOPLE, more on from the company! As expected when renting an old house, there would be issues that come every here and then but they send someone very fast. Expectations are important to be set because sometimes there are delays beyond their control but I dealt with both Victor and Courtney and they have been on top of getting service asap. read more

Worst bunch of liars Ever! These guys said they wouldn't raise my monthly rent because of coronavirus. I talked to head guy Ed, He assured me my rent would not increase. I have been here 40 years this year. Never been wrote up, never missed rent or late in 40 years. I got letter saying that my rent would increase by 90.00 dollars. I'm on section 8 housing am legally disabled, I am senior citizen . I'm Ex military spent 2 years at osan airforce base Korea. Beware these guys they will lie to your face. In a nutshell they stole my stimulus check.... period. I'm struggling standing in food lines. I Had coronavirus in dec. Can't stress enough if you can avoid these guys, do so. I recently rented a property that was managed by Park One. It was an awful experience from beginning to end. When we took control of the property there was piles of dog poop in the garage. We had it noted but we were sorta stuck with it. The rest of the property was in shambles as well. During our two year stay at the property we complained constantly about rats living in the attic. They did absolutely nothing about it. My two year old daughter slept in a house with multiple rats in the attic and they did nothing about it. There was an awful smell that was coming out of the shower drain. Again, they did nothing about it. When we moved out they charged us fir multiple items that were already indicated as damaged when we moved in. They charged us $100 for a lost garage remote that can be replaced for $15. If you enter into a contract with this company you're asking for a short stay in hell. Avoid them. It's your best bet. read more

Wow I can't even begin to warn owners and renter alike. Had I known what a nightmare this management company would had been, I would had never rented a house through them. We sold our house to be more competitive in the CA market and needed a transition home. One year turned into two because of the housing market during covid. We couldn't wait to get out of there! When we moved in i was very detailed about the move in check list because i knew we should not be charged for any damages, knowing the type of people we are. Please see pictures. Our corgi never chewed a thing in her life, and we are super clean and already had a cleaning lady that would keep our rental as well. Well, I was wrong. In the pics, notice it says multiple times that the blinds were damaged upon move in. There are multiple sections that this was written in. Also, when moving in there was dog poop all over the garage and splashed on the walls. The house was extremely dirty upon move in. I called Park One and their response was that it was cleaned...I should had known then... During our stay almost everything seemed to break, or wasn't working at move in. The dishwasher, the microwave the garage door, the sprinklers, the bathroom knob, the outlets were all busted and not working the AC multiple times, the smelly shower that smelled like sulfur, especially on hot days, and the entire wall in the kitchen was rotting from gutters overfilled with leaves. Then the worst of all the Rat problem. I reported a rat problem the middle of December 2020, and this was not fixed until the last day of August 2021. Every night there were rat races above our head and scratching in the closet as they were trying to enter the access panel. It was disgusting. We called Park One 4 times at least about this issue, and it was just ignored. We actually found one in the dryer vent because this problem was never remedied. The final kicker was when we were moving out our $2000 Macys couch that was stored under plastic in a 3- car garage was destroyed! and we found hundreds of acorn shells behind our Christmas bins. disgusting! Park one couldn't care less. I would like to mention while we were staying there, we fixed multiple things around the property, installed a new sod backyard, as we had a toddler and didn't want her playing in a mud pile. We fixed the front lawn, the water system in the backyard, had all the windows professionally cleaned and a cleaning lady in every month. While moving out we had a $500 move out clean done. We took exceptional care of this property and left it BETTER than we found it and spent thousands of our own money making this a home for our family. Guess what they still took $575 of our deposit! I can't believe it. They are stealing from a middle-class family with a baby and one on the way. a teacher and a military family that devotes our lives to our community. I am disgusted. A security deposit isnt free money for you to do what you like with it! You are period, plain and simple....STEALING! You will see in the last picture that they charged us for 7 leaves that were swept into a tiny 5 inch pile in the garage and broken blinds, let's not forget about all the poop in the garage when we moved in! That deposit should be returned in FULL, and when I wrote them multiple emails about it, guess what folks not one reply, not one.... Much like how they conducted business the last two years. LIKE PULLING NAILS! This is a terrible company, beware. My last interaction with them was them claiming they sent our deposit check in the mail with our deductions invoice, which they did not. Got the paperwork, but no check, im shocked, but not really. Pretty sure after 21 days that's illegal. Leave your property management needs to another company. It will cost you a lawsuit, I'm sure. I'm still trying to decide if I want to go to small claims 7 months pregnant.... read more

Park One managed my rental property in Walnut Creek and I regret that I used their services for as long as I did. My main complaints are their lack of communication/follow up and poor assessment of rent in my area. On several occasions, the leasing manager, Chris, failed to respond to my emails. Recently he was supposed to have my tenant sign a lease extension, but he never emailed me the copy until I followed up with him two weeks later! When he finally emailed the copy he gave no explanation or apology for the delayed communication. Also with every lease renewal, Chris would quote a me way below market rate to charge as rent for my condo. He would argue that the rate he was offering was indeed the ongoing rate despite the fact that I knew several tenants in the same complex who were paying almost $200 more per month for the same size unit! When filing my taxes using Turbotax, the software conducted a search of rental comps in my area and also quoted me a rate that was higher than what Chris was insisting I charge. Please save yourself the headache and look for another property management company that is worth your time and money. read more

We rented a property Park One manages. We only stayed in the property for 4 months. The only saving grace of Park One is that they did let us out of our lease but it doesn't excuse their practices during the 4 months. I meant to leave a review when we moved out in early 2019 but forgot in the haste of trying to get out of there and waiting to get our security deposit back (what they would give us) before posting the review. I was reminded when I saw that the same property is up for lease again (I wonder why the other tenant moved out after just over a year). Anyway, we looked at the property and really liked it. We were told it still needed to be cleaned and paint touched up. We moved across country and were in a hotel with a family of 6 so we were kind of eager to move. They agreed to let us move in after the cleaning and said the painters could work around us since it was touch up. Pretty sure no cleaning was done at all and the painters never came to touch up the paint so there were several spots and holes. Just before we moved in we realized that the parking situation might not work for us. We were told by Chris C. that we could park on the street but after driving by a few times at different hours it seemed like nobody parked on the street. We inquired and were told that we definitely could park on the street, just not in the visitor lot. I even asked to get out of the lease since we hadn't exchanged money yet and had just signed the day before. Again Chris reassured us that parking would not be an issue. IT WAS AN ISSUE THAT COST US HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. My daughter got a notice on her car about a month after moving in. It said not to park on the street. We requested the HOA policies that we hadn't recieved yet, even though our lease stated we'd get them within a month. It took over 2 months to get them from the date we requested. So, we tried our best not to with the exception of things like unloading groceries and my daughter dropping off my grandson before going to park the car about 1/8 of a mile away in the dark to have to walk to the property. My husband, who always parked in the garage, came home late one night and the garage door wasn't working so he parked on the street and figured we'd move the car in the morning. His care was towed overnight. We got violations from the HOA that were mailed to Park One. We didn't get notice of them until we racked up over $1500 in fines due to late fees and subsequent notices. None of the notices we got stated that there was a monetary fine, and we didn't have the HOA policy to know. And, we truly parked on the street for run ins into the house (with the exception of the night my husband's car got towed) because when we moved in we were told we could! Chris and Ed went to the hearing which we were not allowed at. They got the fines reduced to eliminate the late fees (really, they should've paid them since it was their fault we never received the bills). It was right after that hearing that we asked to be let out of our lease. The one good thing is they did let us out after only 5 months. I don't think they cared about us but the whole thing probably looked bad for them and made the owner look bad to the HOA. Another issue we had was with the garbage disposal. Within a couple of weeks of moving in the disposal was backing up into the sink and the sink was clogged. We requested maintenance. The technician who came out told my husband the blades were really dull and old and probably needed to be replaced but cleared it out and got it working. Park One came back and said we over packed it and charged us for part of the service fee. We've had garbage disposals our whole lives and know how to operate one and what the limits are. Within a week it was doing the same thing. Maintenance came and fixed it but we were charged because they blamed us again. After they fixed it that time, we stopped using it, moved the dry dish drainer to that side so the kids wouldn't try to use it. Whenever we used the dishwasher, the disposal would back up into the sink. We lived with it because we knew they would never fix it or take responsibility. Also, even though they never sent the painters to touch up the paint when we moved in we were charged for spots on the walls when we moved out. We had the carpets professionally cleaned and had a cleaner come in before we moved out. They still kept part of our security deposit because of "streaks on the fridge" and some other ridiculousness. They also tried to blame us for a stain on the garage floor, luckily we had proof that was there when we moved in. They are shady, don't have good customer service and either lie about their properties or just don't know the HOA rules for each one. Get everything in writing, test out all appliances and take lots of pictures. Also, if you are moving into an HOA, make sure to review all their rules before signing a lease. I would never rent from this property management company nor recommend anyone else to do so. Lived at one of their apartments for 3 years. Was harassed by staff that accused me of having male company over, even had them take a picture of a man that I do not know and send it to me stating that this man has been seen entering my unit. One time I suspected that there was bed bugs in the unit and I emailed them right away to let them know and I got an email stating that next time if I don't report a bug issue right away I will be responsible for the fumigation etc. I ended up just taking care of the issue myself. Was charged close to $100 for 2 keys that was mailed to them and they were notified that the keys were going to be mailed to them. This is just a few things that I can think of off the top off my head but there is more issues I have had to deal with when it comes to this company. read more

It's been a few years since we were a customer of Park One but seeing a sign in Concord for them today reminded me to add this review. In fairness they were great when we were looking to rent a property, while we were in the property and even we began discussing a renewal for the second year. At that point though the landlord must have been looking to sell and Ed saw an opportunity and so the lies began. Firstly he told us the landlord was looking to sell to someone as an investor who would be then renting the property out and could we show them around. We did (thinking it would be good to stay on the right side of the new landlord). Then Ed shows up but unfortunately for him the prospective buyer/landlord was actually a friend of ours who was looking for a property to live in (imagine Ed's look of horror when he realized we knew each other). More lies followed (he wouldn't even admit the plan when I told him what I knew) until eventually they served one months notice on us to move out (on the last possible day), luckily we had a heads-up and had plans to move elsewhere. Business is business, I get that, but this was more than that. Avoid if possible. read more

My husband and I relocated so we had to find something to rent pretty fast, at first, everything seemed okay. But there was a lot of confusion with the staff. First, I was told I could pick up our keys at the office by appointment, then when we arrived in Norcal I was told I couldn't - luckily we had not moved in yet and they were able to leave the keys in a lockbox. Second, our mailbox key and garage key did not work correctly. (We were also not told what parking spot until a few days later). After a week, the maintenance man did come to fix numerous issues that were requested by the owner. He decided to hammer in the mailbox key instead of buying a new lock from any home improvement store...that was a weird moment, but not the last weird encounter. The garage - this problem was an easy fix but a staff employee, Melany, was super difficult and handled it very poorly. I placed the request for a broken garage key and explained this was the incorrect garage opener for this garage system, it also did not open correctly with the main wall switch. Any garage repairer would agree with me and they did.  Melany asked me to contact the garage repair company, then when I did, she put my request on hold so the repair company could not move forward. When I asked her why, she responded with rude remarks, quote "the garage key is not broken, you can still use it. Just hold it down" I was absolutely shocked and speechless by her remark... The garage key was incorrect and the button is not functioning.  I didn't bother arguing with her because she did not have basic knowledge of how a garage or any electronic device should function. Melany was extremely rude, unpleasant, unorganized but quite the reflection of the company's practices. My husband was finally able to get in contact with the manager, and he explained and apologized which was a good step forward.  We are very lucky that our property owner decided to stop using them as a management team. We were planning on not renewing because of ParkOne but now we have a good working relationship with the owners. It speaks volumes when the owners and the tenants are not happy with the services by ParkOne, their team lacks intercommunication skills with each other, and the staff does not show a lot of respect to renters who are also their clients (but they only see the owners as clients). read more

As a tenant, I can't say I'd ever recommend Park One Properties. They are incredibly responsive for things like leaky shower heads and broken ovens, but don't expect the sprinklers to work, or patio lights to shine, or even the blinds to have a handle. If it doesn't directly affect the functionality of the house, truly, they don't care. I had a difficult time figuring out if the owner was cheap or if the management company lagged, but it literally took a whole month for my garage door to get repaired because "the owner hasn't made a decision yet." What.ever. If you rent from a property from Park One, here's some tips: - DEFINITELY take pictures when you move in, and note EVERYTHING on the move-in inspection, because they will nickel and dime you to death on your way out. Tiny scratch on the hardwood? Note it. Cigarette butt in the yard? Note it. Used carpeting and unpainted walls? Note it. Note it. Note it. Note it all. - Get a working understanding of California tenant law because they...don't. Our security deposit was taken for things that Fannie Mae Useful Life grids consider "normal wear and tear," and when I asked for receipts for vague work charges listed on the invoices (like "hauling"), they either didn't know they had to produce documentation for me in 14 days OR they didn't actually have documentation and charged me for bogus work they would have had to do anyway to get the house ready for sale. - Take note of the move-out inspection and make sure it matches with the phony invoices they send you. Make sure you're not getting charged for stuff they didn't note on your move-out inspection. - Did you damage it or was it just worn out? Doesn't matter. They'll charge you for it when you move out. Fun fact: you're only financially responsible for damage you or your friends cause, not labor to remove 6 year old carpeting. So just be prepared for some serious hassles when you move out. Consider taking a class at Small Claims court, and it helps if you know a lawyer. However, Nolo.com has great resources for tenants trying to reclaim stolen funds, like references to Civil Code, demand letters, and more. With proper documentation, you too can reclaim your improperly seized security deposit. Most importantly, know your rights. A landlord or property manager has exactly 21 days to return your security deposit and/or documentation about how they used your deposit. If you receive it 22 days after you move out, they must forfeit the ENTIRE security deposit. In California, 21 days IS the line in the sand. There is not grace period. No excuses. Left a clean apartment and was charged 800 dollars for cleaning. They ripped out the carpet but charged me for carpet cleaning. One person blames the next and no one takes responsibility. It's sad and predatory. I do not recommend renting from this company. They are not responsive to maintenance requests. Constant plumbing issues, catalytic converters being stolen out front if you have to park on the street, and just all around unpleasant situation. I guess that's how you get treated for always paying rent in time, even throughout Covid, never having a complaint from other neighbors and actually taking care of my home. read more

Agree with rating by Molly W. Park One seemed to always avoid our calls during the time that we had problems with our tenant whom they did not find for us. Then they had the audacity to criticize our property stating it was not worth it and to sell the property. This property, albeit dated, is our family home that the children grew up in. Short version: ParkOne is a joke. If you want an incompetent company to serve as your money collector, then go with this one. If you want a company that actually manages your property with care and professionalism, look elsewhere.  Long version: ParkOne managed our rental property for ~ 2 years, and their service went downhill significantly over that time.  Ed Basaldua was our initial contact, and at first he seemed great. We soon realized that while he may be a good salesman, he is arrogant and horrible at customer service. (You can see this in his responses to other negative Yelp reviews, where he makes vague, noncommittal statements about how they will review policies/procedures and never takes responsibility. And, most likely, in his response to this review.) He takes no responsibility for his company's shortcomings, and even failed to respond to our communications when we complained. We should have seen the signs from the beginning. It always seemed like ParkOne made more work for us instead of less - like quoting us $45-150 to haul away some debris from the yard or failing to allocate repair costs when a mailbox pole we shared with neighbors broke. Then, shortly before our first tenants' lease was up, we found out that they had been chain smoking in the yard (causing our neighbors to complain), which violated the lease agreement. We also learned that they had a 3rd dog living in the house (also a lease violation). When we spoke to ParkOne about these issues, they got defensive and seemed to side with the tenants! We elected to terminate the rental relationship once the lease ended, and ParkOne handled that process. ParkOne kept us totally in the dark about what was happening, making it even more stressful. Later, when our house went back on the rental market, ParkOne used the same ad they had used 2 years before - even though it was out-of-date and contained inaccurate info. At this point, I called Ed regarding my various concerns. In response, Ed emailed me back providing excuses for each one of my complaints. He never apologized and didn't even address the rental ad, but said, "We of course want you to be happy with our service and we will always do our best for you.  But we will not always be able to bat 1000."  How about batting .200? ParkOne proved that they were unable to do even that when they gave our prospective tenants a lease that listed THE WRONG RENT. Not only was the rent $100 less than the ad price, but ParkOne never even sent us the lease before sending it to the new tenants. When we asked for it, Chris Carranza responded that "with the request for the additional clause about smoking I assumed that I already sent you the lease for review so I only sent the addendum page." Big assumption, Chris. Check your email? When I caught the typo in the rent, I tried calling Ed and Chris but just got an email from Ed stating "That was a typo in the preparation of the lease. The tenant did not catch that either (or maybe he did, but just didn't say anything)." Obviously. How about an apology for your company's continued incompetence? Then, after ParkOne failed to send us the executed lease as well, my husband emailed Ed on 9/9/14: "Ed, Did our new tenants move in? Has the final lease been signed? If so, is there a reason we haven't gotten a copy of the executed lease? So far ParkOne's handling of this transaction has been far below my expectations when I hired your firm. Has your firm grown a lot in the last 2 years? I am trying to put my finger on what has changed regarding customer service over that time period as we had a much better experience getting our first tenants into the house. Please advise." Ed never responded. Instead, Kim sent us a copy of the lease. I also tried to engage Ed over the phone but he stopped returning my calls. Perhaps in his eyes we were annoying customers, but we were simply trying to get the company to do the job we were paying it to do. At least they were still doing a pretty good job of transferring the rent to us - until we noticed that we were getting the rent 10 days late. Only after we inquired did ParkOne inform us that they learned that they must allow all rent checks to clear before dispersing funds. You'd think they'd tell their clients this information before they started to disperse the rent late, but it took us reaching out for them to get their act together. I wish I could tell you we wised up and fired ParkOne, but we're busy and didn't want to deal with the hassle of finding another company. Finally, out-of-the-blue, ParkOne let us know that they were terminating our relationship. I think they were just tired of having clients that actually tried to get them to do their job, though we never did receive an explanation. In the end, they did us a favor - we manage our property ourselves now and it's much smoother for everyone involved. Even our tenants have remarked that their experience with this company was a joke. I have been at my current unit for over 5 years and I can not say enough about Ed and Park One Properties. They are responsive, professional, and have been very understanding to my situation especially during the pandemic. During the past 5 years I would not have wanted to live any other place. Being that I am in Oakland I have always felt safe here. And if there was ever any problems at the property, Ed and his staff have always been on top of handling matters in a timely manner keeping residents safe and everything in order. If I could've rated this company, it would be a 6 Star! I can't thank them enough for what they did. Park One Properties took care of me on a new home construction purchase that was falling through, have they had not helped out, I would have lost my 25k deposit and some. They gave more than 100% of their effort to close on a sale deal that was blotchy from the beginning. I contacted Henry and Ed because they were experienced, are active agents, and had the right tools that I didn't have to get things done. If you're going to purchase a new home, an old home, or even selling a home. I advise you to have an active Agent that has been around real estate for a long time to represent you fully. That way, they can walk you through everything, explain the terms, and negotiate for you in your favor. I walked into a New Construction's Sale Office thinking it would be a breeze. Little did I know, the sales people there talked me into signing a contract and tried to pull a fast one on me. New Construction sales agents are like car salesman. They don't care about you. I have rented my personal training/gym business (BODY ZING) in TWO buildings managed by PARK ONE PROPERTIES. I was at one location for 5 years and really appreciated their flexible approach with me to change their building to suit my needs. My business grew and I needed a bigger building....I found the perfect location and was delighted to learn that PARK ONE PROPERTIES managed that building too! Once again, they were helpful with the changes I wanted to make and were great to work with. I haven't really had any issues with the building/maintenance or problems. The one time I did want the air conditioner looked at they were prompt and sent someone out very quickly. Everyone in the office is friendly and cheerful. I had the worst experience working with Park One Properties and by reading all the other reviews I see a pattern. We needed a fix in the place we rented and they made it sound like "the owner hasn't made a decision yet." and that the owner is the cheap one but based on the reviews I can see that this is just their way of justifying their incompetence and laziness to solve maintenance issues. read more

We're moving into a property that Park One manages. The place was left dirty with urine stains in the toilet, dirt in the drawers, dirty carpet with a moldy smell and dirty windows among other things. My wife went to their office to ask that the property be properly cleaned. It was the manager who took a defensive posture and said something to the effect that no matter what he did, we wouldn't be happy and that he could "unwind" the lease before placing all blame on the owner of the property. I'm a physician with little time for this kind of drama. I need a habitable house with a "can-do" attitude from a business. I'm glad I don't have this company representing me as a landlord. We intend to rent for a while as we're feeling out this side of the tunnel before buying, but unfortunately I have a sour taste from this business. Furthermore, after this property management company agreed to deep clean the house, I met up with the cleaners this afternoon who had just received a text telling them to only clean the toilet in the guest bathroom and a few drawers in the kitchen. It seems like a waste of time and money to hire professional cleaners just to clean that. I don't know if they did this to spite us, but whatever the reason this seems very unprofessional even if it wasn't personal. For you potential landlords looking for a property management company...
