I have spoken to the management about this and they were very helpful. They even checked security footage, and, given how long I have been a customer, they were very receptive. A woman with very long, frizzy, dyed-black hair, heavy-set in tight blue jeans, appears to have been videotaping me, holding her phone straight up, with her back to me on the way into the store. She then stops, keeping the phone straight up, so I turned around and rode my cart out the entrance and back outside just to get out of her camera range. As I shop I go into aisle 3 and I have proven with my receipt I needed to be there. This woman is standing near the end of the aisle with her back to me and she extends her left arm to show me her camera's eyes. I get what I need and again, turn around and go back out the way I came in to avoid her camera's gaze. She did not move the whole time. After I leave I go to put my cart away. I am vey close to the brick wall to the right of the entrance. She suddenly drives her cart up to me on my right and I am now standing between her and the wall. I see her camera's eyes (filming me at close range) and the back of her head. I turn to my left to walk around her to avoid her completely. When I get to the car, she is still standing there and looking my way. Then she won't leave the parking lot. Then she drove around the back. I want what she actually did to be known if she now chooses to identify me as a part of her life. I can guarantee you no one reading this has ever heard of anything like this at this location before now.

Market 32 is our closest grocery store, yet it is always one of our last choices. Our pecking order…read moreof supermarkets in our area is as follows: 1. Wegmans 2. Whole Foods 3. Market Basket 4. Stop & Shop 5. Market 32 6. Price Chopper/Hannaford We realize that quality and selection with some of these grocery stores can vary by location. For example, a Price Chopper can be much nicer in one town than in another (Price Chopper Webster, MA is a very nice PC). But in our area, we stand by these standings! We use Market 32 as a giant convenience store for on demand staples like hamburger patties and rolls, milk and eggs. That said, some of these items are much more expensive than Market Basket. And when it comes to produce, we're always disappointed with Market 32 quality, and often the price too. Bok choy is a good example. Market 32 Bok choy is often $2 more a pound than at Market Basket, and limp, like it's been on a Price Chopper truck for a few days too long. And the cod we tried, was very fishy and compares poorly with cod loins from Wegman's. Market 32 prepared pizza was very disappointing, though I tried sushi here once (I was starving), and to my chagrin, it was pretty good. On the plus side, this Market 32 is quite new, quite clean, and usually quite quiet. But other than on-demand necessitates, we have much better choices if we're willing to drive an extra 10 - 15 minutes.

I politely said hi as she picked up the phone, no response even after she hung up from her phone call. I inquired about if they were organic bc there is a sign that says hormone free etc, she just blandly said no bc they give their cows grain, and that was the end of that. They have good products but it's hard to support local farms when the people working there seem to not give a shit about the people walking in the door. Number one rule of sales: sell the company, sell yourself, sell the product. She didn't do any of these things. The eggnog is pretty good, really thick, I like it. But they could work on their enthusiasm for their customers, and customer service hell even a smile would have been nice.
