Food and service is great Happened to stay a nearby hotel and this little store caught my attention. Great seafood salad as well!

I usually get lobster tails here. The clerk is very friendly. Prices are comparable to supermarket prices but probably fresher

Bought 3 pounds of haddock last night. Open the bag at home and the smell of ammonia just about punched me in the face. Threw it out.

Worst steamers I've ever had! 10 lbs and 6 of them ended up in the compost pile

We love it here! The owner is super nice and helpful, the place is very clean and the fish is always fresh. A gem in the heart of Auburn!

Supposedly fresh haddock that "just came in" had a strong ammonia odor when opened at home. Very disappointed.

Everyone was kind and friendly the person waiting on me at the front desk Tessa she was awesome. Very helpful and kind. I had lots of questions. She had no problem giving the answers. Then we did buy a few things at the front. They also offer each week a month a cabinet like you packed type thing today's had like some cheese sticks in it. It had a dip that had a quart of yogurt has some slicing cheese on burgers. It had the kind of crackers it had a cream cheese. It had about seven different items in the bag for $25. I really felt that was a very good value Because it's directly from the farmer. They had a lot of good deals today. They are fresh local meats and cheeses pies from humble pie company and waffle. They also had ice cream from like five different companies. This was a lot of fun so glad I bought the ticket. It was only $10 and well worth the price. My intentions had to take my grandkids up here so they can see the cows and stuff and they can get ice cream a different day.

At first I was a little frazzled when I realized you need to order on the website and then come down and pick it up. This was no problem. I called back from the parking lot, placed my order, and they brought it out and put it in my car. I'm sure if it was a busy time this may have taken longer. Bottom line: they are doing this the right way. I had no physical contact with anyone so all i needed to do was wash the groceries when I got home, which I do anyway! Great service. Decent selection for a country store. Friendly and helpful staff. Much safer than going to the grocery store for us and for them. I highly recommend this business.

We stumbled upon Charlton Orchards. We went into the store and each paid for a bushel of apples. Then we headed out past the farm and ventured into rows and rows of apple bushes to start picking. For me being a Floridian, I found this to be a lot of fun! It was a perfect September fall day and just walking around the farm, looking for the best looking apples, was a great change of pace. We spent about an hour roaming around and filling up our baskets. We even walked past a herd of friendly cows and offered them some of our fruit, which they happily accepted! Before leaving we bought some homemade apple cider for the road, which was absolutely fresh and delicious. For me being sort of a fish out of water visiting the New England area, I genuinely enjoyed my time at Charlton Orchards. Soaking up the quaint and quiet atmosphere of farmland was just what I needed to complete my Massachusetts getaway!
