Food was great! very fresh cuts of fruits and veggies. So when our company Mainline needed to order food for luncheon meetings I knew exactly where to go. I stopped in and ordered wrap platters , veggie dish, and fruit platter for both our Thursday and Friday meeting's. As expected we picked up the food on Thursday and were thrilled very fresh and very tasty. We sent one of the associates to grab our order on Friday AM and when he returned I was puzzled that the small tray of wraps looked like it was jammed into a to go container not displayed as picture show or as we received the day before. Then there was not fruit platter....YIKES! Meeting was starting in 15 mins. and all hands were in on it. Needless to say I was not happy. I called and the deli manager came to the phone and was so sorry, she prepared our food for Thursday but not for today(Friday). She asked if she could call me back she will see if they can bring it out to us. When the call came back the women told me her title and name and was so apologetic and offered to bring out the fruit platter , offered a gift card or tray of cookies I declined both and just said you bringing the fruit out is more then enough. When they delivered it to us he brought out the fruit platter and I was thrilled, I said let me grab my purse we owe for this still. He said no this was our mistake there is no charge, then he said I have something else for you and brought a tray of cookies and small vase of flowers. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE....I was so surprised and pleased. I have many events that will be coming up and I will be using them for all of them. THANK YOU SHAW'S TEAM

It's just about the right size -big but not too big, know what I mean? Plenty of food and artisan booths to choose from. Vendor choices include plenty of fruit and vegetable farmers, plus baked goods, grocery items, dog treats, ceramic tiles, flowers, seafood, honey, soaps, granola, coffee, spices and more. We picked up six apple cider donuts from Worcester's Crust Bake Shop and a bottle of fiery Black Sambal Indonesian Hot Sauce from Worcester's Bali Marle. I had a teeny tiny sample on a teeny tiny spoon and coughed for 30 seconds !!!!!! Can't wait to add some to my next stir fry. If you are ever in the area when the Sturbridge Farmers Market is open, you really need to work it into your schedule. It's that good !

I was not impressed. Not only is this place is a sensory hell for autistic people (bad lighting,…read morebad odors, crowded atmosphere, and disorganized aisles), but it is rare to see anyone wearing a mask (this includes part of the staff). Due to the aforementioned sensory triggers, I actually bailed early and went back to my car while my partner finished up our grocery trip. While waiting in the car, I happened to see a woman shooting up (what I assume was heroin) in her van in the parking lot. She proceeded to nod off, but luckily came back to consciousness within a few minutes. I had heard that there was a bit of a drug problem in this area, but I didn't expect to see it SO out in the open. :( It was heartbreaking to see.
