I do not recommend this orchard. I was told these were non-gMO/ organic when purchasing bags of apples. When I got home, my apples had red dye inside. I went to return them and the manager said the red is from the pesticides that they use. No refund no apology. I could have bought a lot more apples that are the same quality for a lot less money in a supermarket. read more

So, my family has been going to Breezeland for over 20 year and we have always had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately that was not the case today, my granddaughter wanted to go apple picking today so I thought that it would be great to spend some time with her making some memories (she is 7 yrs old) so we decided to head out to Breezelands. Well we arrived and we're told by the young lady behind the counter that they were only picking Cortlands and it was across the road and look for a green cone. Well off we go and where the green cone was there was a sign saying Ruby Red. Walked around for 1/2 hour and saw lots of sign post and none of them said Cortland. So by this time it's starting to rain so she and I decide to go back to the car. She still wants some apples and a bag of donuts so we went into the store. I mentioned to the young girl that she needs to give better directions as where here green cone was did not say Cortland. I suggested maybe a map or better signage would help. She informed what I assumed was the owners wife and she was apologetic and refunded our money for bag i bought to pick apples into. I still purchased a bag of apples and a couple of bags of donuts for my granddaughter. By this time the wife called her husband to the store and told him what I said. He proceeded to argue with me telling me I was wrong and that the rows were marked. I really didn't want to argue with this man especially in front of my granddaughter but he proceeded to follow me out to the parking lot to my car telling me along the way that there was a sign, that he knew his orchard and I was wrong. Long story short. Now all my granddaughter is gonna remember is that this guy was arguing at her grandfather and our day of apple picking was a bust. Well guess this guy never heard that the customer is always right so he just lost a 20 year customer that has dropped over $100's a year at the between myself and all my now grown kids. Guess we are going to have to fine a different orchard ( there are plenty around here to choose from) since I'll never be back. If this is how the owner treats his customers I suggest you go elsewhere and patronize someone that appreciates your business. read more

This is a delightful little farm! They offered Apple picking, which was no longer available at the Brookfield orchards (and my girlfriend was very insistent about picking the apples herself lol!)Great produce at better prices than most farms in this community! Cider donuts were the best we've had! We make all our apple butter, apple sauce , peach preserves and pies only with their fruit. They also carry local honey that I love also. And they also have pies. We love the staff and love the place. It's worth the trip every time. read more

The peaches are usually picked the morning you buy them. The large basket is a bargain. They take each peach out, inspect it, and replace any that have blemishes, but toss those in the paper bag that you take home, as well. They are juicy enough that I eat them over the sink, with the juices running down my forearm... delightful. I place them in large tins, and chill them before eating. They keep well, and never lose the fresh picked flavor, or juiciness. They also have cider donuts, again fresh, that taste perfect. I put them in the microwave for a few seconds, and they come out piping home, soft and delicious. The selection of fresh baked pies, preserves, and other farm products are all delicious. It's a bit out of the way, but well worth the trip. read more

The best blueberry pie I've tasted so far especially after I bought it straight out of the oven. On a drive today we stop by here. I am always looking for a great place to apple pick. We stopped and picked up peaches. The place was adorable. They were giving out free sample apples of a couple unusual varieties (the whole apple, not a slice). We picked up the HUGEST baskets of peaches because they were so cheap. I never buy peaches because I am never satisfied with them. Too mealy, not ripe enough..something. I figured I'd try some peach dessert. Everyone in my family has eaten them they were so amazing. My very picky 80 year old mom (who has grown up eating fresh fruit from the tree) said she thought it was the best peach she ever had in her whole life. (when we walked into the shop I heard my girlfriend mumble - 'did we travel back in time? ' That's what I want in an orchard) read more

Very Very disappointed in the Orchard ! We traveled 1 1/2 hours to get there only to find out instead of 18 different varieties of apples there is only Macintosh available during the week and you just walk across the street and pick them . I also bought a pumpkin pie slice and the crust was way to doughy! Although I will give them great marks for there Peach Salsa, but to find out they don't make their own someone else makes all their stuff for them ! read more
