Barely 1/4 cup of syrup for 3 pancakes and no butter. The result? A dry breakfast. It was an hour wait. Still has a cool factor but server was so crazy busy that she never offered more coffee. Probably best to buy a jug of the syrup next time and skip the breakfast.

It's time for an update!…read more I want to start by saying if you have yet to come what are you waiting for?! But in all seriousness we have done a lot up here since I put the farm on the map. Lets start with our new kitchen! We have built a beautiful kitchen which has helped serve some delicious burgers, hotdogs, chicken tenders, fries & grilled cheese for you to munch on. While waiting for your order you can walk to the other side of the building to grab a craft beer from Fieldcrest Brewing Company. We do not yet sell ice cream but the plan is to have it in 2023! We do sell cider donuts and s'mores in our country store to help with that sugar craving. We have a stage for our live music! Starting mid July we start our summer concert series which has been a huge hit with the community. I personally love seeing our field covered with lawn chairs and smiles every weekend. We provide lots of games for the kids such as sport balls, tumbling towers, and disc golf while you are enjoying the tunes of your favorite musicians! And when you need a break you can take a tractor ride around the farm! During the week we have provide sunset yoga as well as farmers markets! What better way to enjoy the views than supporting your local community vendors and or taking in some relaxing yoga with friends and family. We still have all your favorite apples for picking AND we planted 250 more trees with plans this fall to plant even more! This will help us prolong our season to Columbus Day Weekend a few years from now. Please do not climb on the trees. We do provide apple pickers for those hard to reach apples. Any broken branches could increase the risk of disease and or kill the tree. The farm has now also turned into a venue for events! We have had a few weddings now this year, including Dan and his new wife Brooke! So if you are looking for a wedding venue why not here! Please scroll through the many pictures to see some of their pictures for a visual. Some things you may notice when coming up, we no longer have the pumpkin patch and the cows have been sold. We have butchered two of the cows so if you are looking for some grass fed beef just find Dan or myself and we'll let you know what we have. A couple reminders: Please drive slow. This helps keep the dust at a minimal, our neighbors will appreciate it, and with all the children running around we want to keep everyone safe. We do not allow outside food and alcohol beverages. Please leave your coolers at home. We are a pet friendly farm! Please pick up after your furry friends after they do their business. This is a farm so you will come across bees also enjoying the apple. Look before you step when picking apples. Could easily step on a fallen apple and roll an ankle. We do encourage exploration! The view from the upper hill is amazing and we recommend taking a walk to enjoy the scenery. And without saying please pick up after yourself, a clean farm is a happy farm. After all, there's not too many places out there that sell fruits, vegetables, flowers and plants, kielbasa dogs, clam rolls, and a full menu of ice cream in all of its glorious frozen variations and permutations. The grounds are eye-strikingly beautiful with flowering flats and hanging baskets everywhere you look. To the far right of the main building is a small produce store with zucchini, watermelon, onions, potatoes, scallions, beans, lettuce, radishes, and more. But the left side of that building was the primary reason we visited Fini's, because that's where the ice cream action is! Cones, shakes, sundaes, banana splits are yours to enjoy at a reasonable price and a pretty generous portion. It's always an adventure when you order a Kids sized cone, because some are scaled to an itty-bitty Lilliputian-sized portion, and some are supersized. Their $4.50 Kid cone was on a regular sized Sugar Cone and sure looked to me like more than two scoops. Our cone selections were Strawberry Cheesecake and Almond Joy. Fini's ice cream was very good- great flavor that was smooth and creamy, without a trace of ice particles. What a cool place to visit!

In the store section, they have fresh cut bacon and other meats that some people might find extremely delicious. Some of the expected things like fresh produce including squash and apples are also available right now. There's also a large selection of homemade jelly, jam, and marmalade. They have two different bakery sections. One has cookies and simple baked goods, and the other has things like mini cheesecakes and eclairs. Inside the store, they also have their own wine. Lots of different flavors. I did not grab any of that today, but that will be interesting for a different day. I also recommend a hike around the conservation area :-) Grab a sandwich first!
