Asked the male employee to complete the return section of their form, and to provide me with a receipt/documentation of the equipment's return. Employee flat-out refused to do either. Somehow it is OK to document the rental equipment leaving the store, but not its return. I did not expect to be in negotiations with this employee for such a simple request. At one point still without a receipt being provided, the employee stated to please leave the store, never come back to this store again, never buy anything here again. From Kitchen appliances , bed pillows , sheet sets, cutlery , it doesn't much matter. The 20 percent coupons, the $10 off coupons etc are not valid. I think I get the pattern. The coupons apparently work on the cheap inexpensive items but not on the better quality higher end items. Works on the house brand "Our Table" cookware (which is pretty inferior ) but not on the Calphalon or All-clad . Frustrating . Without these coupons the store isn't that great a deal And I can get better selection elsewhere.

Actually, the store has 2 doors demarcating the hardware store proper on the right, and the flea market kind of place on the left. If you need an odd sized bolt or washer or screw, there must be hundreds of them here. I stopped in today looking to sell an old mirror. The proprietor wasn't interested in buying it, but was agreeable to offering it for a consignment sale. The proprietor is a friendly guy, and the store is a trip and a half to browse around in.
