I think I may never buy a department store shirt again. Having bought several shirts from Park Couture, I can confidently say that these are some of the best fitting shirts that I've ever owned. The fabric, fit, and finish are all exquisite and because everything down to the buttons and lining is customizable, I always get exactly what I want at prices comparable to "off the rack". The customer service has been really good too. On a couple occasions when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, they have been really great at helping me choose the fabric, cut, collar style, lining, buttons, etc. based on where I planned to wear it and the type of stuff I already like. Also once delivered, they have always checked to make sure that my shirt fit perfectly and that I am completely happy with it. UPDATE: 9/15 - I'm really impressed with how Susie handled herself when I mentioned some concerns I had about the fit of my shirts. To make a long story short - the tailor we brought it them to make a few alterations screwed it up. Instead of giving me grief about it, she handled it promptly and professionally. Custom shirts are an investment and I can definitely say that Susie cares more about your happiness with her product than her bottom line. I would still recommend women bring an example of a button down they have that fits well to their initial consultation with her. Park Couture was a better option, since the fabrics were very high quality Italian cotton, and obviously a fitted shirt is going to be a better option with more comfort and a professional look.
